Medio friendly service, ok breakfast in a not so cozy breakfast hall (also the place for dinner if you order this), the pool is nice but closes at 6 pm, the minigolf is not maintained well, clean rooms, bad wifi, you are dependent on a car as it is outside and far up from the city center. The rooms and its terraces are bit worn - and the light at the terrace turns off at 10.38 pm;) Will probably not stay here again if we return to Limone sul Garda.

Other than a location with a fantastic view, this was a disappointing hotel - and over-priced. To those from the UK, it might be reminisent of holiday camp accommodation. The bedroom, supposedly a "superior room", was adequate but nothing more - and panels in the ceiling were missing to reveal the workings of the air conditioner. The balcony was nice with a great view, but spoilt by a large pipe rising from the lower floor. The dining are was like a canteen - large, cluttered with tables and served from a long, self-help buffet. That said, the food was good at dinner and breakfast.

Staff and service was friendly and helpfully. The pool area is great. The food is good. A renovation of the rooms is needed, furnitures from the 80s but the bed was excellent. The location is excellent.

We stayed 3 nights with two kids. The room was fine and exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable and with a fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. Note that there are new rooms and old rooms, the old ones don’t have AC. We had one of the new rooms. The arrangement of the rooms is odd: in order to go from our rooms to the pool or to the dining room we had to walk through what felt like back alleys and uncomfortable areas of the hotel and places where cars are parked. It wasn’t terrible but it made for a considerably less fun experience. Also, it meant we couldn’t just let the kids roam around. Some of the staff weren’t very friendly. They gave us decent service but we didn’t feel welcome. The bartender was great though. Our kids loved the pools, they are big and clean and the pool area in general is very nice and again with an amazing view. Breakfast had a large selection but quality was so-so. Everything felt more or less like it was bought at a large supermarket. No local produce or specialties. Overall we enjoyed our stay but if we ever come back to the area we will look out for better places.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Booked here for 2 night B&B stay we are a family of 7. Overpriced overrated and photo gallery on booking.com are not realistic or even try to be. STAFF - good but obviously flogging a dead horse hotel has seen better days ie in the 50’s and everything about the place is old and in dire need of upgrading refurbishment and remodelling - nothing about the interior says it more than the lobby reception area landings bedrooms and dining area - old tatty and unwelcoming - most expensive hotel in our 10day tour after staying in big cities like Munich Salzburg Vienna & Venice I was expecting so much more for the money we paid - breakfast is cheap - cheap food cheap napkins cheap drinks - nothing and nowhere in the hotel was comfortable - the pool area was okay but maintenance needed - the gym was in an old pizzeria and from reception to our room on the 2nd floor we counted 9 different shades of paint and 6 different patterns of carpet. Bedroom appealing for the cost nothing in there was comfortable - beds rock hard electrical points hanging out of wall and mouldy shower naked light bulbs in bathroom and tv smaller than a lap top and no air con - we paid £825 for 3 dire rooms all in the same disgusting smelly condition - NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS WORTH STAYING HERE - the view is amazing but you can get that from the road - not worth any of the 3stars that it is rated - this is one of the worse places I have ever booked and stayed in. And also I have never felt so determined to write such a scathing review so should have done my homework a bit better and will do next time!

Dear masonblance, Thank you for your comment. We're very sorry that you were not able to enjoy your stay with us. You can be rest assured that we will look into this and will take necessary action in order to prevent a similar re-occurance in future. Anyway, we would like to point out that our photos correspond to reality. We didn’t use any particular filter, just a good light. We have different types of rooms, corresponding to a range of categories. You should have booked a “superior room” or "deluxe" to have the guarantee of a higher category. We hope we have made our position clear. Best regards
