We had a great time here, the site location is beautiful. We stayed in one of the static caravan homes on the hill, my partner and our toddler. The facilities were great, gas ran out after a week and the staff very quickly sorted that for us. Staff on the whole very helpful, the staff in the site bar were exceptional, happy to offer different choices of drinks for example and have a laugh with us. We’re from the UK and most of the staff had no trouble understanding us. At the pool however the staff were a little slow and didn’t seem fully focused on the job. We were served by 2 different members of staff on two different visits. Both times the staff member was busy talking to what seemed to be one of their friends or another staff member stood at the side of the bar, and we had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they acknowledged we were there. The checkout process was a let down, we were informed we had to have an inspection of the caravan before we left to get our deposit back, which of course is fair. I enquires about leaving early and informed the staff when we would be leaving, we for a reminder about 2 hours later about the inspection being needed from a leaflet dropped off at the caravan. The day after I went to the cash office to let them know what time we’d be leaving again and to pay travellers tax etc.. I was offered to choose a time for inspection so chose 10:30, nobody came, so I went back to the cash office at 11:20 to remind them, someone them quickly came, did the inspection and gave us back our deposit, all good. I had informed the staff twice now what we would be leaving at 3PM, so an hour after inspection someone came back and said we would need to come back and inspect the caravan once more before we left because a short time had passed and people usually leave right after the inspection. It just seemed unnecessary and time wasting when I was trying to make the experience of packing up with a 2 year old more stress free for us. On the whole, we had a great time, the facilities are good. The pool staff need to step up their game and take an example from the restaurant staff. Have stayed here once before and would stay again but would recommend to people bringing their own caravans.

A great campsite for the whole family! Spacious pitches, easy to manoeuvre a large camper or motorhome. Highly recommend the comfort pitches for a motorhome. Separated by hedges for privacy and also have own terrace with table and chairs. Although a busy campsite it is not too loud and at 11pm it goes completely quiet which is lovely and we had many great nights sleep here. There are enough swimming pools and sunbeds for all. Lifeguards on duty are very attentive throughout the day. Restaurant is amazing and positioned overlooking the beautiful Lake Garda, pre-book for the best table view. Food and wine is delicious and service is great. Recommend the boat ride for half a day to view Garda from the lake, great day out. Management all really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Clean toilets with toilet roll provided and seats on the toilets!Clean hot showers and the facilities are so adequate there is enough for the whole site, no queuing ever! We are so pleased and impressed with this site, we will definitely return one day.

Excellent site . Had a super - pitch (164) so connected to mains water & drainage . Immaculate shower /toilet block with super shower facility for dogs. Staff at reception multi lingual and very helpful. Pool area also very well run with lots of loungers & parasols available even though it was very busy . Pool area has bar & great animation team although-we didn't have any children with us - we were in a minority. A very large family site with various types of accommodation & camping available. Most people drive (German & Dutch) so bring extras along as cabins are basically equipped . Staff kindly lent us 2 extra chairs as my sisters chalet had 3 of everything (plates cups cutlery etc )- in a 1 bedroom chalet On site shop & restaurant with views across Lake Garda . Shingle small beach - not serviced- but another beach with easier access a short walk away. Met many who return year after year and we can see why . We drove to Venice - trains very difficult - told we should have booked earlier & all seats taken. Boat trip to Bardolino on other side of lake from nearby Salo . Easy & beautiful . We also drove to Verona which was easy with good parking near the Arena for the Opera. Amazing .

Lovely staff, great campsite located against the lake close to small traditional town. Easy access into towns via off road footpaths. Lots of activities for the kids - clubs, play grounds, 2 swimming pools etc. Plenty of open space and pitches not cramped together even the basic ones. Great restaurant which does take away pizza or you can eat in. Really nice too. They cater for breakfast too. The small shop on site is really handy and the kids enjoyed collecting the fresh bread in the mornings which you didnt need to order. Pitches are in the shade too.

We rented a mobile home here for a week. It was spotless on arrival, lovely well maintened site with excellent facilities- washing machine, shop, bar. Mobile home was well kitted out with clothes dryer etc and a timber decking.Very safe and secure site. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially Barbara! Access to lake from campsite. Lovely swimming pool area with drink bar. The site provides a lot of options for guest like car rentals and tours etc. Mobile homes are inspected by a staff member before u leave which I think shows the standard of the site. I would definitely be back.Really enjoyed our holiday.
