You won’t find any sulphur here—what you will find is a spring-fed freshwater lake brimming with Trout, Kokanee, Burbot (freshwater cod) and Rainbow Trout. Our waters are also great for fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, and more. As the only resort on Sulphurous Lake, our guests get to experience the thrill of nature with the comforts of home. We stayed in the Eagle Cabin right on the edge of the lake. It was so quaint. It had all the essentials and the queen bed was super comfy. We loved the front screened porch and enjoyed the huge firepit and free firewood. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our time there. They even let us get lors of cuddles with Gizmo their french bull dog. The washhouse/bathrooms were super clean and a short jaunt from the cabin. We look forward to returning for sure.
