We were there last summer for 10 days and plan on being there this summer for about the same. We love fishing. These cabins are near many, many great fishing lakes. A bonus is that the Italian restaurant has amazing food all cooked from scratch by the family on the premises. Also, the people that run the place are incredibly... More

Driving by we saw signs on the highway advertising 'cappuccino on the lake' and 'lunch' so we turned in. When we walked into dining room, an employee or maybe the owner (?) was talking to a table of people but saw us come in and sit down. We were not acknowledged and the woman walked back into the kitchen. Ten... More

We visited this resort during their off season and were not too impressed. We felt like we were more of an inconvenience instead of valued guests of the resort. The whole experience felt quite unorganized and like a lot of communication was lacking. The kitchen supplies are quite limited so if you plan to cook more then the basics then... More

Stopped here as we hadn't reserved any accommodation for that night and had reached the point where we needed to stop driving and eat. Arrived after dark, cabin was functional but a little shabby. It helps if you like cats as there are many semi-feral ones on site that will try to access you room. Was relatively peaceful with just... More

We had a blast and so did our dog, the cabins are cosy and warm and we were able to cook a full meal whilst listening to the fire crackle and burn outside. The walks are beautiful and it is a tonic from urban life. There are lots of activities to do, you can rent a boat on the lake... More

I loved staying here. My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon cabin. They provided dishes, utensils and pots and pans, towels and all the basic things you would need! The cabin could have used a bit of tlc, but for the price, it was a total steal. The price on renting a boat for the day was a bit... More

Rustic and very basic. Bring towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer. Cabins may be a little nicer. Motel rooms okay for the guy wanting a rustic fishing trip. Clean but really showing it's wear. Lovely location on the lake

We just spent 2 relaxing weeks in the honeymoon cabin. Loved it. We would get daily visits from Nutella the dog, and a couple of cats. Felt like home having the animals around. We were even able to put a tent up beside the cabin for family that joined us which was appreciated. Luca, Laura and staff were warm and... More
