Sometimes in life you are lucky to meet somebody who you feel you have known forever, and Ellen is one of those people. She is truly a wonderful hostess and from the minute you arrive at her lovely home she embraces you with warmth and kindness, from a most welcome pot of tea to her lovely baked cake. Everything about...

Four of us had a two-night stay here and we were absolutely delighted. Ellen, the owner, made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was so eager to please. She even provided us with a delicious cake and drinks when we returned from a walk on the Blackdown Hills that she had recommended. The breakfasts were...

We stayed here for two nights, room clean and comfortable with en suite facilities, hospitality trays, television with DVD player and hairdryer. A wonderful welcome and hospitality from Ellen, the Proprietor. A wonderful full English Breakfast provided using the very best local produce. Off road parking, lovely garden. Host, Ellen is delightful and welcomes you into her home like you are a member of the family. We came from America to do family research at Taunton Archives. This B and B was a great location. The beds were super comfortable and food the best. Thank you, Ellen! We will surely return for another visit. Jeff and Kathie Haines

We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, high quality produce in the breakfasts and the lovely sponge cake we were given a large piece of on arrival. Everything was immaculately clean and the service was friendly and attentive. We...

This is an exceptionally good B&B.The hosts are especially welcoming, it is immaculately clean, the breakfasts are excellent, it is quiet at night and the location is good for numerous towns and good country walks. The prices are very reasonable and I cannot recommend this highly enough.

This was the perfect setting for visiting Wellington - close enough to get into town but far enough away that you felt you were in the countryside. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the welcome was very warm. The choice and quality of food for breakfast was extensive and would satisfy the most fussy eaters. We will definitely be...

Lovely B and B. We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a friends wedding. The owner was so friendly but not in anyway intrusive. Breakfast has to be mentioned as it was the best cooked breakfast I think I have ever had. The local produce was amazing!!! Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en suite. Highly...
