We were a party of 6 adults and a dog. We stayed 2 nights at this lovely old farmhouse which offers rooms in the main house and cottages in the grounds. We were made extremely welcome by the host (including the dog!) and stayed in the cottages. The rustic cottages are well equipped and quite comfortable. Wifi is available in...

Myself and my grandparents stayed at this Quinta for two nights. They stayed here over 20 years ago, and it is still run by the same great family. I had such a great time meeting them, spending time touring the beautiful grounds, swimming and relaxing. We stayed in a cottage type with very spacious rooms, a kitchen and great amenities....

This B&B is a place to relax. In the countryside life seems to slow down a little. Don't expect the service of the 5-star hotel - there is no sign to say "reception" - you just look for the owners. We were a little disconcerted that our double bed looked as high as it was wide, but it proved very...

We only spent one night here on our trip through Portugal, but will definitely return. This is a beautiful manor house which has been in the same family since the 17th century. The grounds even have its own cute little chapel, the main house (where our room was located) was like walking through a museum, full of beautiful antiques, but...

The place was ridiculously beautiful both inside and out. We were made at home by the owners immediately upon arrival. The apartment we were given was clean, quaint and far larger than expected. All you can eat breakfast buffet (included) was absolutely delicious. The owners were so accommodating and kind especially to lost, tired travellers. They were knowledgeable about the...

Do not miss this rural farm and historic place (where D. Nuno Álvares Pereira have been in the XVth century), 12 kms away from Fátima. Excelent conditions, quiet and peaceful hotel, surrounded by the forest. An everlasting expirence.

We booked this location in a package selected by a travel agency. When I got the names of the accommodations and read the not so pleasant reviews I was a little worried about this place here. This turned out to be completely unnecessary. Somebody wrote about the unfriendly owners. I have no idea what this guy was talking about. The...

We went to Portugal this summer for a 10 day culture, food and wine trip and we stayed 2 nights at the Quinta Da Alcaidaria-Mor. This was the worst place we stayed at during our trip. The room was very dusty, the carpet was stained and had not been cleaned for years, the shower was not working etc.Their way of...

We find this comment very strange. In the overall, all our clients leave our house very satisfied with our services and place. You can check www.booking.com which is a qualified website for hotels and check our overall rating which is almost 10, which is the maximium rating

I spent 3 fantastic days with friends (Easter weekend). The service is very good. The decoration of many houses is very well achieved. Located in a rural area, but very close to everything. The breakfasts are fantastic. I recommend a stay in this house

A perfect place for a weekend in family (or with friends), far from the rush of cities and ideal to relax after a week of work, even if living abroad since it is not very far from Lisbon's airport. The Quinta is super charming and the owners’ hospitality is highly recommended. We arrived late Friday and were welcomed by the...
