In town for hockey tournament. Got a great rate - perfect room for short stays. Clean, includes microwave and fridge. A bit noisy on the highway but night time it dies down. Would use this hotel again for this purpose - not my idea for a couples retreat. Standard hotel, serves the purpose, family run. Close to everything we needed.

Be aware of a $25 cancellation charge, even months before arrival. Terms and conditions state the front desk closes at 1100pm. I booked, then was emailed to arrive before 900pm, front desk closes then, not 1100pm, according to the email. My flight into YLW arrives 930pm, so I cancelled. Lake Country Inn charged my CC $25. I spoke to the...

The managers charged my credit card BEFORE official check in. The room is sub standard, mattresses are CHEAP and very uncomfortable. When I attempted to resolve my issues, the management outwardly argued with me and refused to credit the credit card. I would strongly advise a review of this motels policies immediately.

For anyone with children attending UBCO, I would recommend this hotel. Near the campus, quiet, and avoids the constant traffic if you stay in Kelowna. We were on our way back home from our vacation and had one night to stay in Kelowna. Was a Friday night in September and there were few rooms available and all more than we...

Great budget accomodation choice if you can't afford the steep prices in Kelowna! Only 20 mins on the highway from downtown Kelowna we chose this hotel for affordability. Family run, very clean and comfortable no frills room. We used it as a base to do a Kelowna wine tour and took a taxi in and out which cost about $52...

Was going to stay at this hotel but could not due to an emergency - cancellation policy is generally 48 hours with this property but the owners were incredibly gracious and waived the fee. We will definitely book with them again and stay there the next time we are passing through. If you find the rate on a third party...

We stayed here once with a room at the back, but this time we were right on the highway which was noisy all night, even the ac did not drown the sounds. The beds are comfortable and rooms clean. It fills up quickly and has free parking. Convenient for the airport

Asked for and were given an upstairs room, at the rear of the inn, so no traffic noise and no noise from above us! Very welcoming receptionist, clean and tidy room, with everything you need for a simple overnight. Close proximity, in fact a 2 minute walk to Woodys Pub, where we sampled good beer and good food.

Booked a room and requested a late check-in as we don't land till 10.30pm. Hotel closes at 10pm! When does a hotel close at 10pm? Called and spoke to the hotel directly and requested a late check in again, explaining we were travelling with a 11 month old baby and they didn't want to know. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Clean and comfortable. Older furniture and no pools, kids area etc unless you go for a short drive to a local park. Shoppers drug mart conveniently located across the street and a few food options nearby. I would say good value for a short stay.
