3 of us booked in for the nights of August 12-14, 2016, unaware of the issues that are listed on the internet. We arrived at 7 PM and were asked to pay in full up front ($508.00 for one room) which we found odd. The motel is extremely dilapidated with over half of it looking already condemned. We were given... More

We booked in because it was a Saturday in August late in the day and online many hotels were full. Looked pretty sketchy as we made our way to our room. The outside was very rundown but we are not fancy people and you can't always tell from the outside. The room was pretty rundown too, there was no remote... More

This place should be condemned. Absolutely disgusting on every level. $130 for the room because it was a long weekend. That's more than the whole place is worth. Worn out towels and bedding, dirty. Do not stay here.

rooms was infested with bed bugs - manager gave a bottle of insecticide spray and added the cost to the room stay at your own risk, the ownership or management are not helpful and will dismiss your concerns

The room was Dirty. Broken. Bugs everywhere. And no electricity after 10pm. We asked for help but the staff said he didn't know how to fix it. Sorry for nothing. We didn't sleep that night and wait till morning and move on our road trip immediately. Horrible motel, STAY AWAY !

Me and my family had horrible time staying here. We chose this because it was the only thing available every other hotel was booked but we didn't expect it to be this bad. The place looked haunted. Took an hour to check in. There were stains on blanket. The walls and carpet were dirty. The owner was a creepy 80... More

I booked a room online a week in advance for may long weekend. When I arrived at the hotel the lobby was dusty and cluttered. When I asked the guy behind the counter to be checked in and that I have a reservation, he asked for my name and said he didn't have me on the list and that he... More

We were looking for a nice place to stay at for a few days in Kelowna. Unfortunately there was limited hotels available in Kelowna that week so we had no choice but to choose Airport inn. We assumed that it would be right next to a lake because it is called Airport inn "Lake Side". But when we arrived we... More

We booked because of the price. Big mistake! We got what we paid for! This place is awful! The room was disgusting: dirty, smelled of tobacco smoke and mould. There were bare lightbulbs and the bathroom was disgusting. I literally kept my shoes on the whole time I was in the room. And my husband and I asked for a... More

I booked this hotel on Expedia because it was the only hotel near Kelowna that had availability. I'm not a princess and I have stayed in many dated older motels. We shopped in Kelowna for the day and when I called the hotel to confirm the that afternoon they told me they had no record of it. I phoned Expedia... More
