Very nice place breathtaking view from every corner . surrounded by olive trees, direct access to the sea with short walk.
From the pool bathing you see the sea,s
Cosy rooms nothing is missing, top cleaning, in front of the entrance of the room mine was sea view with an addition of 100 euros (beautiful) there is a table, chairs where you can admire the sea, there is also a very comfortable sink to wash the costumes, wire to spread the costumes and beach towels.
Food: great plentiful and varied fish every day. nice waiters.
Swimming pool: clean.
Bar unfamiliar with coctails, bartender at the ingenious sea does his best.
A flaw animation the 12-year-old boys were part of the baby club that obviously did not follow , junior club not present , situation reported to the village head without feedback.
The animator Simone after some exchange of ideas and given the situation undertook to bring them together and thanks to him some activities were done, evening shows to be reviewed and enhanced.
Good also fitness animator and sasy.

Just returned from this village that I would recommend, but with some clarifications. Reservations should be checked better, I cannot call a week before arrival and be told that my Reservation
exists but on another village (even in an annoyed tone ), only to be called back by the agency that tells me, it's all a mistake... Chech-in to review, you can not wait 30 minutes outdoors, with a temperature of 35 degrees. Large village, surrounded by greenery, ( among other things very nice ), clean and the buildings look new from the outside, spacious and spotless family rooms, (congratulations to the cleaning ladies) ours had a double room plus bathroom and private balcony, with everything you need, (air conditioner. TV fridge, safe, hairdryer etc.) even inside the walls seem whitewashed recently, certainly the furniture should be reviewed, but there are no shortage of wardrobes and beds are comfortable. The pool is large and clean with umbrellas and sunbeds at will, (in other villages it is not so obvious) both from the pool and from the bar the view is beautiful and you can enjoy wonderful sunsets, even the beach is very beautiful, wide and well-kept, with a beautiful sea, umbrellas are not assigned, but there are for everyone (1 umbrella, 1 deckchair and a sunbed per room), too bad there is no shuttle service, also because the distance from the accommodation, varies from 200 to 400/450 meters, it must also be said that on the beach there are bathrooms and showers. The animation is composed of guys who know the trade Baba, Sasa', Simone etc. and was very active, without being intrusive, but the feeling is that 1 or 2 elements were missing, otherwise I do not understand why there is the Baby club but not the junior is the mini, despite being proposed on the site and guests from 7 to 11 and 12 to 17 years were present. Engaging shows and beautiful theater. The restaurant deserves a separate review, TOP waiters, fantastic Samuele, large and air-conditioned room, some tables with sea views, others on the outdoor gazebo, other interiors, breakfast only sweet, but very well stocked and good, while the main meals are composed of a small appetizer served at the table, 2 first courses, 2 main courses of meat and fish and 1 side dish (almost always salad) buffet, served by the waiters, fruit at lunch and an excellent dessert at dinner, more pasta with tomato and various cutlets on request for the children, all of good quality and always available (if you arrive 10 minutes after the end of the service and pretend to eat anyway, the problem is yours not of the village) I find it uncomfortable instead to have only one pitcher at the table, if you want to drink still and sparkling water, you have to alternate, I do not understand why a 4-star village does not have the buffet of side dishes, it is the first time I happen, and in the past I know from the videos, that were present, a shame because everyone expected it, not because it was written, but because it is taken for granted. Very good value for money, as I wrote at the beginning the Recommendation, only the sunset is already worth the price and it should be considered that this village comes from a closing season, for which great works have already been done, Best wishes to the new management.

We stayed at this property the week of August. The village has enormous potential but lacks organization, just consider that on arrival you have to wait for hours to get the room without the possibility of being able to consume at the bar until the activation of the card. The rooms are quite clean and cool, at the restaurant good food never repetitive but lacks air conditioning and during meals you sweat like hell. An applause to the waiting staff who despite the prohibitive temperatures always had a smile for everyone. Beautiful sea and top beach bar thanks to the sympathy of Luigi. Mid-August evening with swimming in the pool, aperitif and fires was a wonderful surprise.

Let's start by saying it's not a 4 star, maybe 2 and I've already been good
You can see from the moment you enter everything seems except a village, brushes from all over and poorly cared for
The real problem is that this facility was closed last year and those who took over the new management will probably have thought of making a lot of cuts to re-enter economically thus to the detriment of customers, this is obviously my opinion.
In fact there is no more shuttle service and to go to the sea I had to take the car every day as they placed me on the highest point of the village and I can assure you that they are much more than 500 meters all uphill and from here I understood why it is called Dolomites on the sea
I went to the manager to explain the problem as my wife is a heart patient and could not walk all that way under the sun 2 times a day, at the end of the discussion he gave me the grace to allow me to go to sea with the car
Another discussion I had for the dog, I have been traveling villages for 15 years but I have never paid such a high fee of 105.00 euros without receiving in return services of any kind, basically the dog must be locked in the room. The Response of the management was that the 105.00 euros is used to sanitize the room and I told him that a good sanitizer costs only 5.00 euros
The restaurant could use it as a sauna you die from the heat and there is little hygiene and you can not wait to leave, dear direction Recommendation to use the 105.00 euros to sanitize the restaurant instead of the room as the dogs are much cleaner, the food is low quality and poorly cooked, the buffet dishes are exposed in an unhygienic way
The only thing I save is the staff, they are few but good and kind who do everything even if they are not put in the best conditions to do their job
Good and nice entertainers even if I didn't follow them so much
Lifeguards very good, helpful and gemtilissimi to customer needs
Special thanks to Luigi, manager of the beach bar, very good guy and very nice
Sea and beach are beautiful
That said I'm not so pretentious but I expected so much negligence
Too bad!!!!!!!!!

I stayed in this village the week of August with my family. As soon as we arrived at the hotel (at 12) we were left waiting in the sun before being able to check in, a mess never seen, there was a sun that split the stones and you could not consume at the bar until the activation of the card they gave you only when you checked in. The food left much to be desired, as did the service, the buffet service was not organized at all (it seemed to be at the soup kitchen), the waiters for goodness sake very kind and helpful except that it happened to me several times that even before I finished the dish they came to ask me if they could take it away, in short, it seemed they were getting you up from the table. And then not at all air-conditioned area two air conditioners in a huge room that were of little use as you sweated while eating, not to mention the tables on the terrace (I fortunately managed to get moved inside and Recommendation). The rooms too far from the sea and to get to the beach you had to make a nice path under the sun in the middle of the brush, and as long as you went down early in the morning you could still do it but when you returned at lunchtime it was a real torture as it was also uphill. As if that wasn't enough my room was also another two hundred meters from the restaurant. Spectacular sea very large beach but umbrellas close to each other. It would be advisable to activate a shuttle service as you could not even use cars to get to the beach. The only positive side are the animators THE ENGINE OF THE VILLAGE!! exceptional people, always ready to make you smile and have a fun day, have always organized pleasant and fun activities including children and teenagers of all ages and even adults. So a special thanks to all the animators who are Simone head animator, Salvatore choreographer, Vanessa exceptional dancer fitness manager and much more, Melissa baby club manager, flanked by Lorenza and Nicola, Simone junior club manager and Baba. Without the entertainers I could not have given more than one star to this holiday.
I conclude by saying that I will never go back and I strongly advise against this village if you are looking for comfort, service, and gastronomic quality.

I begin by saying that it is ABSOLUTELY NOT A 4 STAR.
Dirty rooms, 90s bathrooms with fountains full of limestone and curtains to plastic showers that stick on themselves. Cover mismatched toilet and then find yourself balancing while you are busy doing other things. Ants in the bedroom and bathroom.
Coffee table on the terrace half broken.
Village on the sea but too bad that the sea is far away , there is no shuttle service and you find yourself having to travel hundreds of meters through the brushwood and under the scorching sun to reach it ... and as long as it is downhill and at 9 in the morning ... you can also do .... but the tragedy is on the return from the sea ... all uphill and without shadow .... to go crazy .
The beautiful and large beach ... the beautiful sea but the umbrellas are practically placed high behind (top) the railroad tracks .... 3 rows of umbrellas attached to each other ... and I do not understand why this choice since between the umbrellas and the sea there is a lot of unused beach.
The beach bar really makes you cry... semi-melted ice creams.... hot drinks and very little choice and without even an ice cube.
The restaurant itself tragedy as to reach the sea with the difference that the sea is at the bottom (of course) and the restaurant is at the top.
Equipped with air conditioners not suitable for the large environment ... so after almost dying to reach it ... come in and die permanently from the heat. Obviously people then open the windows because it really is death to be in there. 1980s restaurant .... With a breathtaking view in the evening too bad that the windows are so dirty that you can not see anything. The food acceptable... but you do not comply with hygiene rules. Food kept there while everyone passes by and serves themselves ... no food is covered. An exaggerated line to get food. It seems to be at a soup kitchen. And the saddest thing is to see so much food wasted and thrown away because people first fill dishes and then do not eat it. A village with potential but no organization. In the evening you could not sit a little at the tables because the chairs literally disappeared ... taken by the holidaymakers to where the shows are made. There is no rule, no control.
It wasn't a holiday, it was just a lot of stress.
I will never go back and with this experience I also ended with Calabria... fantastic sea but back light years

We were guests of the village on June 24, we were a group of 7 people. The village policy is to start with lunch. We arrived at 2.30pm when the restaurant was closing and we started with dinner. Lunch cannot be recovered upon departure. You have to leave the village after breakfast. Ultimately, the structure's policy states that its guests cannot use the day of departure without paying for an additional lunch. In my opinion it's a way of extracting money. According to the same policy, the tablecloths are changed every other day. On the second day of my stay I left the dirty and wet tablecloths on the floor. I found them clearly dirty and wet when folded like new tablecloths. In defiance of hygiene. Fantastic, engaging animation. They entertained us and made us have a relaxing time. A group of intelligent, friendly and very polite kids. Catering staff, metro, very attentive, polite, very kind. Adding food. The entertainment and restaurant people will keep you in your heart.

The week has just ended and we had a great time! The location is beautiful, huge beach with white sand and crystal clear sea. The structure is not new but clean and quite cared for, I would improve the care of the flower beds and shaded spaces that are very few, even a shuttle would be a service to implement. The food is good quality and the restaurant staff is always friendly and attentive to every request. Congratulations also to the girls at the reception and the guys at the bar. Finally I would like to thank all the animation that gave us so much fun, always present and never intrusive. Congratulations guys really, you are a beautiful group and you allowed us to spend a wonderful holiday!!!!

A beautiful structure that could be improved. The path to go to the beach given the green space available, could be equipped with trees to shade and make it less tiring to return from the beach especially in the hot hours. Cleaning the flower beds near the houses wouldn't hurt. Very nice and clean homes, always courteous and helpful staff. Food service acceptable and fast, but I would recommend varying the choice of vegetables, insert more side dishes beyond salads and review the children's menus especially the main courses, cordon blue and croquettes every day lunch and dinner, is inconceivable.
Very nice and well maintained pool area, with efficient lifeguard assistance, the same care should be reserved for the rest of the green spaces, it would earn many points to the structure, which is very nice. Engaging and non-invasive animation.
Overall a nice relaxing holiday in a fabulous sea 😍🥰

Il 2023 la struttura era chiusa. La navetta questa estate non e' presente. Purtroppo le bicamere piu' vicine al mare sono a circa 350 metri.
