We stayed there for one night while visiting some business partners. Hotel clean, room spacious, and clean. Only complaint for the coffee/tea amenities in the room because there was literally just some leftovers, and water kettle heater was dirty and hidden behind TV. Spacious parking behind the hotel, which was tricky to find. Breakfast was adequate. I would definitely sta in the same hotel but solved room coffee amenities before checking in.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. I have not been out of my country for a long while. This hotel was so welcoming from start to finish. The drinks were at the finest quality and food was amazing. The room I stayed in was very cozy even in this heat. The staff were absolutely amazing and I was so happy they were English speaking.

Excellent dinner, very good service, lovely environment, english menu, recommend highly. I ordered sirloin steak with dumplings and cream sauce, amazing. Not massive choice, but decent for size. Parking available.

The hotel is very modern and a kind of a boutique. Large room, nice bathroom, good restaurant with sitting facilities outside, easy parking and round the corner from the city centre. Opava and this hotel worth a visit!

I have visited the restaurant in the hotel few times and always liked it but this time they really surprised me. They had a tofu burger on the menu. I am Czech and have grown up there but lived in England now for many years but this is first time ever I have come across tofu in this part of the Czech Republic. Well done to the owners for embracing this. Loved it but you do need more waiters at lunch time. They do get very busy. Good experience

I have been here for one week.The location is really good.....by walk you can reach the downtime in a short time.The laundry take 2 days and they give me back the laundry with the some bag........really not a good point.I expected much better.
The rooms are clean and confortable.There is a moquette in a room(26 room number) and two single bad.The breakfast is no great.Fruits just a little,yogurt just a natural kind.......Actually i expected much more for brakfast side.
My general opinion is anyway good and i'll be right back.

this is my second visit to the hotel
arrived very late (22:15), registration was very quick and with a smile
unfortunately - kitchen was closed even that they have a restaurant
room is very nice, clean, big.
didn't had iron board but they just took my shirt and iron it for me - this is even better !
internet connection is free and without any games of long passwords and small letters

It is very nice place to stay in Opava. I stayed there for only one night and it is the only hotel in Opava where I stayed, so I can't say much about getting to town from there or compare it with hotels nearby. I can compare it to hotels where I stayed before and this one is very good. I had very nice room with lovely bathroom everything was perfectly clean and bed was very comfy. There also was a kettle (not very common in Czech republic) but I didn't see any tea or coffee or a mug. But I was not looking for it. We also went to hotel restaurant, but I wasn't hungry, so I took only soup, but I heard that food there is very good, too. I wasn't fully satisfied with breakfast, but I guess that we came late.

The hotel is in good shape clean rooms, the beds are fine with duvets. Very clean, bathrooms are simple but well kept. Breakfast is on the lighter side. The restaurant and bar are the star here. Somewhat of a local place where local people come to have a drink and dine. The meals are simple but superbly prepared and executed. I’ve traveled the world and have spent many times the money for inferior dinners. The dinning room is simple and rustic, the owners are kind and hopefully hold onto this chef. This is basic regional food which is just GREAT. I’ll be back. Plus the price for hotel and meals is crazy cheap including booze. Just what a business traveler need. Thank you.
