Comfortable hotel with good-sized rooms, pool and gardens. Some things could have done with a bit of "snagging" (e.g. fittings in bathroom) but overall very good value for money. The restaurant is a couple of doors away down the street and seems ok – there were pizzas as well as rather more ambitious meals. Breakfast ok. The village is rather... More

We were walking the Via Francigena from Canterbury, England to Rome, Italy - so we didn't have a vehicle! I booked this accommodation in November 2015 (6 months prior to our stay) and informed the owners of our walking status and the fact that we would require a meal - they assured us all would be fine. I even sent... More

We stayed here for a family wedding. Our party booked almost the entire hotel. 18 adults and 11 children under 12. The rooms are all very recently refurbished and very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are good quality standard continental. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and also the table tennis table and tennis court. The staff were extremely accommodating... More

Stayed there on a business trip. The hotel room was payed for by a business partner, so i don't know about the price. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The mattress was to my absolute liking. Breakfast was a bit poor from choices, but very well presented. I recommend it.

stayed here this weekend as playing at a festival. The owner greeted us and made our stay perfect. The rooms clean spacious and perfectly presented. There is an outdoor swimming pool, and it's in a lovely small village, perfect if you want to relax and be away from the usual hussle and bustle!

We have rented the studio room here for our overnight stays on our drive from calais to aosta in italy. Friendly staff, very clean room which is great value for a family of 4. Nice pool/tennis courts etc. The breakfast is always good value, and if you want an evening meal then the restaurant that is associated with the hotel... More

The Hotel Pinocchio is clean and comfortable. The room was large and the bathroom shower was easy to use and enjoyable. The hotel does not serve dinner and the Petite Dejeuner was a bit skimpy. The hotel does not open for registration until the afternoon so plan accordingly.

A group of us stayed here overnight on a trip from Newcastle to Nice. It was a little Oasis of peace and tranquility. Beautiful setting and a spotless hotel, only wish we had more time to use the pool! Would definitely revisit. The pizza restaurant just 100m away is very good too.

Like other reviewers, we stayed en route from Zeebrugge to Sardinia. 'A good small village hotel' indeed - we were warmly welcomed, good clean nice comfortable bedroom with snazzy bathroom and geraniums at the window and a more than adequate simple breakfast. The pizza place next door however was shut (on a Wednesday night) so do not start promising yourself... More

Stayed for one night en route. The room was lovely and the bathroom nicely appointed. We ate dinner in the restaurant next door - the food was excellent. The continental breakfast the following morning was freshly prepared and very good.
