Sooo... We paid almost 10k PLN for 3 persons ( one is a child) for 3 days, food was All-right,out of 3 days only today it was really tasty, but we needed to wait in line like in communist times for basic food, like pierogi or uszka on 24/12 Christmas eve!!!!!!!!!?? The bartanders and most of stuff is from, Ukraine bartender in the club did cheat on bar prices ( my freind paid 2x times more than I did for Hennessy, I paid 35 zł and he did paid 60 zł). The stuff don't give a-f about guests ( except polish stuff or female Ukrainian, they were realy amazing and they tried to make the stay on this hotel more pleasant, and don't get any strange ideas, i mean just treating us, guest as human beings, being professional). I don't understand how this hotel get menage to being such a sh***ole, in just 3y i been here last time, idk what happened but it's not a good direction and as a costumer and a small biznes over i will never come back here, for example : today is Saturday and hotel workers working here are closing club at 1am... Why the f*** did I paid for drinks?! Just to get drunk and go back to room to sleep and not even dance for a hour?! ? F**k this place, pick other one really 🔙 even if u want to spend time under the sea i reccomend to rent an apartment. I didn't test here, I just got angry and being stress out, we had wasted so much money on here-don't repeat our mistakes.

I’ve been travelling all around the world. I’ve visited many hotels from Moscow to Palau. This one is special. It gives you feeling of being part of something bigger. Moment you step inside you know that it is family business - you are a guest not a number. Recomend it a lot!

Booked the hotel via Booking.com. It sounded very nice and looked great in the photos. On arrival it soon turned into a bit of a nightmare. I had not realised we had booked during Polish school holidays (and most kids are off due to virus). this meant that the Poles had not gone elsewhere and stayed in Poland (and I don't blame them) We arrived by car and there were no parking spaces! The car park staff were excellent and eventually found us a place to park. The place was packed with very little wearing of face masks in foyer of hotel by visitors. We made our way to our room which was very nice. The problem though was the balcony is exposed to other balconies for other rooms. This means dont leave your door open and that kids can walk through to your balcony as we found out at 8.40am one morning. This brings me on to the other issue. If you want a quiet 5 star hotel dont go here! It was packed with screaming kids and most of the hotel is children focussed. It is our fault for not checking, but forget having a quiet breakfast etc. We also had big problems with the wifi!! It was pathetic and only worked now and again. The room TV also had problems. The staff were good and the service when we needed it very fast. During breakfast no gloves were provided as they were in a previous hotel we stayed in. Disappointed that we never did our homework on dates for schools etc.

We stayed here for two nights and were expecting a nice and relaxing stay at a five star hotel. But we were quite dissapointed. First of all the reception staff was not nice. They were not happy and smiling, they were very boring and gave very limited information. For example at checkout the girl just took the payment and did not say a word, not thank you, not how was your stay, not even a good bye. Very low level of service. Worse than a hostel. The room was quite good. We were disappointed with the pool and relax areas. They were full of screaming children. Not relaxing at all. And in the sauna world both the steam sauna and the dry sauna were out of order and not working. Very bad service. We will not go back to this hotel and we don't recommend it.

Fantastic hotel in this region, I’m on business but can see it would suit families in a very big way, efficient staff and a well maintained hotel, not far from beech if that suits! Optional restaurants to suit your needs!! Breakfast buffet is worth a mention and a visit!!
