Hotel Lubicz is nice and clean. Hotel staff is very good. SPA is excellent. The food is delicious. There is a very large selection of food. There are hot and cold dishes, delicious cakes and wine for breakfast. I recommend this hotel.
Popped in to book a table after seeing the amazing menu. We had some wine and a Prosecco and the bar staff were amazing. Polite, smart and delivered 5 star service. Very impressed. The hotel decor is beautiful and the whole place feels very cosy, clean and impressive.
Nice Staff, rooms clean nad good size but a bit tired decor. Food ok. Ask what exactly to are gonna get for your money when using spa facilities.I received 30 minutes massage instead od 60 minutes that I paid for. When I made a complaint, masseuse lied about cutting the time of massage only by 5 minutes. His manager apologized, offered me discount and a liitle make up voucher, but the hole thing was unpleasent. When I go for a massage, I hope for a bit od relax, not for unnecessary arguments with the staff. So...
Booked the hotel for four nights during Xmas time. A week prior to our arrival tried to call to clarify the meal schedule for the holiday and waited over two hours till somebody had picked up the phone. Arrived to the hotel and the smell of chlorine from the pool was so strong that we needed to go out after checking to catch our breath. ( I assume the pool water was not changed in a long time so they needed to doctor it with chlorine in huge quantities,, The room was large with stained carpet. The bathroom was the best and most modern part of the room. The room furniture was dark ( 60th style hotel furniture in the US,,) The room was not vacuumed once in our stay.. bed linen and towels were changed daily at out request,, We had a meal plan for our stay.. breakfast was good... clocked meals such as dinner and lunch were at most adequate. Nothing fancy or overly tasty. Xmas dinner was a flop. There is no lobby you can sit so if you happen to be there in the winter and there is nothing to do outside, you are forced to stay in your room. The town is dead in winter time... For the price we paid, we could find a better place to stay.. …
Hotel generally clean, but in our three (3) days stay room was not cleaned even once. Maid stopped by on a second day, but when asked to come back latter she announced she works till 3 pm... Interesting experience. There is no AC!!!! My fault I didn't check at booking time. Breakfast horrible... The worst I've ever experienced in this class hotel.
Hotel in general was nice but could do with a little bit of a spruce. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice enough bathroom but the drains for the shower were a little backed up and the shower tray was cracked. The bed was really comfortable. Restaurant was good, food delicious but the portions were so big that I felt quite overfaced and didn't manage to eat much if my main course. I would stay again when in the area.
Really enjoyed this luxurious hotel, with all of the extras that you don't normally find like a bowling alley and the most incredible pool! This hotel is incredibly modern and offers all the amenities of a 'spa vacation. The morning breakfast buffet is beyond compare, fresh fruit to start......and then the sky's the limit! We dined in the evening in the wonderful restaurant and the service was wonderful. Hotel Lubicz is a great choice for business, for couples and for families. Would highly recommend it!
This hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the beach. The hotel has an amazing staff. The indoor pool has 2 sauna areas, there also 2 more in the spa area. Pedicure service available and believe me, it was great! Love the town. The staff was very friendly, I will recommend it, if you come to Poland, you must visit Ustka, 10 minutes from the baltic sea.
When I stay at hotels, there are a few things import_ant for me, like probably for most people. Firstly, the room and the bathroom must be clean. I pay the greatest attention to the bed and to the condition of shower cabins. Secondly, the hotel must provide wireless and high-speed Internet to their guests – it seems obvious nowadays, but not for all hotels. Thirdly, the hotel's staff should be friendly. Lubicz Hotel passed this test in one hundred percent! In addition I must also praise the food that was exceptionally good. I also enjoyed the SPA, where I spent several very pleasant hours really relaxing and resting. Probably the occupancy rate in the hotel was lower at that time, as it was very quiet and peaceful there. I put this hotel on my map of the places worth visiting. I recommend it to you!…
Booked a New Year package here with my wife and daughter 4 days, 3 nights including New Years Eve Ball and spa package for my wife and I. Hotel is VERY well kept. Room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. Daughter was accomodated by a folding chair/bed. Spa treatments were very refreshing and helped us get ready for the party that night. Salt cave in the spa was very relaxing and did my sinuses some good. All meals were delicous and served with excellent presentation. Slight trouble with ordering beverages for the meals as though it did seem they were a little bit understaffed during that period. We had a wonderful time at the New Years Eve Ball with a few of out friends (Total party of 18) and they set up a nice table for all of us to sit together to greet in the New Year. Master of ceremonies did his best to keep us on the dance floor until past 3 AM. (He was a one man show and al little diversity may have been a better answer). We also used the pool and sauna which were never to crowded. Hotel is a fairly short walk from the beach and port (about 10 min).…
