We stayed here for 3 nights. Booked in on a DBB basis. Had a suite as it was the only room left. This cost around £125 per night! Which is amazing value. The room was a two bedroom suite with a lovely bathroom. Clean, fresh and very comfortable. Staff were amazing and the food very good. They take Covid 19 seriously with gloves and masks mandatory for breakfast. Easy access to forests and beech makes it a perfect place to stay. And best of all the resident cat Lucjan!!!
We had contacted that hôtel directly by mail asking for a quiet, large and light bedroom with a nice view, if possible with a balcony and a bathroom with a bath tub. We were proposed a Comfort room ( the highest and most expensive category of bedroom) which we accepted. The bedroom we got was indeed large, with a balcony and a bathtub but facing a building site due to the construction of a huge extension of the hotel (hard to imagine à view uglier than that!!). And what to say about the calmess of ouf bedroom : the works were starting very early in the morning (may be 6.30 or even before !!) Fortunately we were staying only 3 nights but the ugly view and the noise of the works definitely spoiled our stay!!
Prepare to be ripped off if you book a room through a broker. Our experience of booking with booking.com resulted in an additional 50% cost at time of check out. Hidden in the small print is the detail that each child costs 120 zloty per night extra, despite our booking specifying a family room for 2 adults, 2 children and quoting what we thought was a reasonable price. We tried to query this, as there was no information about these costs anywhere visible in our confirmation, but the staff were having none of it and insisted upon their dodgy policy. This is not four star behaviour and I would expect much more from a hotel seeking to position itself as a boutique of international standing.
Very nice hotel in front of the beach. The rooms are in a vintage style, clean and fully equipped. The bar has a good beer. The restaurant is OK even a bit expensive. The breakfast was very good. Also a nice spa and wellness area.
We loved our visit here - ideally secluded location a short walk from the beach - 2.5km beach walk to Ustka which we did every morning before spending the rest of the day in the perfectly adequate spa with a wealth of massages and beauty treatments on offer. Highly recommend the upgraded rooms which offer more space and better furninishing for not very much more money. 90% of guests during our stay were on package deals which offer excellent bufet meals in the evening and really abundant breakfasts. Hard to fault anything - wi-fi worked perfectly throughout hotel - hospitality exactly what you would expect from hotel of this standard. Most guests are returning visitors which is probably the best recommendation.
Was having a good stay, breakfast is ok, restaurant a la cart is good, buffet dinner not great. However if ur room is over the restaurant and guests organise a dj, u are out of luck. Even worse if u have a day trip the next day that starts at 6am. Music still shacking the room at 11:20pm. Rang reception, asked when the music would stop got hung up on. Generally good but allowing a group restaurant booking with a DJ shows a lack of respect to other paying guests.
The hotel is well located and offers many things, such rental bikes, nice spa, kinder corner in the restaurant, kinder corner on a floor... Near is the sea and very beautiful forest with walking paths, bike's paths, off road paths for walking and bikes etc. Excellent food.
We were greeted by the most friendly staff and immediately made welcome, We were informed about the hotel and the facilities and meal times and given our room. The room was in the 50's style and we loved it. It was cleaned daily. The beds were really comfortable. There was plenty of room for suit cases and bags. The en suite bathroom had a shower, sink and loo and was decorated to a high standard, there were soaps and complimentary items included (i.e) shower cap, shoe buffers, shampoo. Our room had a view of the forest and the swimming pool roof and terrace. It was near a vent from the kitchen. Our balcony was very small and only one chair fitted on the balcony but the double doors opened up so not really a problem. A nice touch is a beach chair and a wind break provided for the beach. The food at the hotel was very good and cooked to a high standard. Because we had half board we did not try the "a la carte" restaurant, but it looked good. Breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff very helpful and speaking many languages. The evening meals were very good, how ever I noted that on two occasions the main dishes were cream based. There is a bar open all day and terrace areas which are lovely with canopy tents and seating to protect from the wind. The leisure facilities are lovely and the swimming pool a perfect temperature, there are plenty of sun beds and towels are provided. There are two saunas with aromatherapy oils and a nice jacuzzi, the steam room is wonderful and is turned on at 4pm and most of the day on Sunday. This palace style hotel is so close to the beautiful beach about 5 to 10 minutes and the pretty town a 20 minute walk. The parking is free at the Royal Baltic but not secure, we did not find any problems with this. Over all we had a great time on our short break. We were lucky to get a room but if you are booking in advance ask for a room overlooking the road to the sea or the opposite side from the pool which also look out to forest. I would say that is hotel has class.…
The place was so cool i loved my stay with my girl friend its 3 mins walk to beach and hostel has good pool and saunna , the breakfast and dinner was great really i enjoyed the the stay there and candel light dinner was very perfect wish to go there again i stayed in room 310 with terrece was great...
Very nice hotel surrounded by pine trees 100 meters from the sand beach on the baltic coast. The hotel looks like a small palace, feels brand new and is very clean as well. The rooms are spacious and well lit with good beds and a nice ensuite. Did not have a chance to test the spa but the pool looked big and inviting. Being spoilt with good wifi connection throughout Poland we were a little bit disappointed with the quality in this hotel but if you came here to enjoy the beach and not to work or surf the Internet this is a great hotel. The bar closed at 10pm which is probably a bon for the guests who like their peace and quiet. Definitely worth a visit.
