Just like a US hotel, except that there is no hot water for early risers. Only stayed here because no rooms anywhere else. Why travel to Europe to stay in an institutional box? Noisy bar upon checking in. Yuk!

Hotel is modern, clean close to the beach away from hundreds of people. It’s important to reserve your parking before your arrival. They are short of parking spaces. Parking is 20zl for one day. Parking in front of the hotel is 15zl for one day. We had no trouble finding one. Breakfast is fabulous, buffet style for everyone something to eat. Great coffee. Tuesday evening we had life music outside with bonfire, bread and sausage were served complimentary. Hotel room was clean end very comfortable. Great stay...

There's a lot of interesting attractions for children, a playground, the pool, animations and a lot more. The food is also good, however it could be a bit more diverse. The rams are clean, the hotel stuff is helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the sea, surrounded by the forest.

There are three good things I can say about this place: it is very close to the sea, it is cheap and apparently very children-friendly (if you are interested). However beside that it is a disaster. For starters, additional fee for parking is charged for EVERY night you stay in. Then, you theoretically can use the spa section during your whole stay, but it is pointless, since the saunas begin to work at 4 pm. Which is still pointless, since they are semi-warm at best. The whole spa section could use a renovation and some cleaning. I wasn't able to find out how to get some bathrobes, there also wasn't a single dryer working. Our room was unbelievably small and the bathroom reached the size of a closet, which is kind of impressive. What wasn't impressive, was the lack of water in the morning. And then the lack of pressure, when the water finally appeared. Then, there is no air-conditioner in the room and the walls are so thin I could hear every single neighbour of ours. The fridge was empty and in terms of hot drinks, we were offered one bag of tea (no coffee, but this got even more fun during the breakfast). I have no idea who and why designed it in such a way, but to boil the water, we actually had to plug it into of two powerpoints which were literally IN OUR BEDS, next to the head of a sleeping person actually. Breakfast would be rather okay, if we didn't find out, that the only coffee you can get in the hotel is chicory coffee, which is not even a real thing. But yea, it IS cheaper than regular one, so I get the idea. In the end it is fine, if you expect a cheap place with a 10 years old jacuzzi, but for a relax or just a nice experience it is not worth any sum of money, no matter how many clients they try to win with a cheap deal.

Popped in passing by in hunt for 2 nights accommodation. Kind reception staff offered us £100/night cozy room with 4 single beds to suit our family requirement. Large room with large bathroom and balcony (1012 I guess). Kettle and selection of tea and coffee in the room, no courtesy fridge , soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, tv with access to English programmes. Large massage offer available early afternoon, swimming pool with saunas. Clean and pleasant facilities. Great food in restaurant , shockingly reach breakfast buffet variety. Drink bar with really polite bartenders eager to mix for us custom cocktails. Really good experience at Jantar Hotel situated just few hundred yards from wild beach and conveniently accessible Ustka Centre by rickshaws at £2 per head each way. What's really important - hotel offers 24h monitored gated parking for your peace of mind at additional £2/night.
