We booked with them and paid extra for the REFUNDABLE rate. We tried to cancel our room 3 months before arrival, and in our reservation, confirmed in writing, it says "full refund if cancelled 30 days before arrival".... We have been going back and forth with them and our credit card company for 5 months now, and they are still refusing to give us our REFUNDABLE deposit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not book with them unless it's the day before and you know for sure you will be going. Horrible.
We thought this hotel would be suitable for a celebratory holiday for three generations of our family, seven vegetarians, two vegans and one carnivore. And it was. The situation and extended layout of the hotel are excellent. The rooms were nice and spacious. I preferred the beach to the more noisy pool areas. The grandchildren loved the kids club. The staff, with a couple of exceptions on reception, were helThe cocktails were fine and the food for a buffet was very good. One problem was that dishes were unlabelled and waiters did not know if particular dishes were suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It would be easy for the hotel to introduce labels for dishes, perhaps including “V” and “Ve” symbols and giving potential allergy information. The evening entertainment consisted of a solo or duo at the piano bar, and singers or dancers performing to very loud backing tracks at the pool bar. Disappointingly there was no Greek music on the six nights we were there. All the music was mid-atlantic pop. I would have appreciated greater variety. A good 4 star hotel, rather than 5 star, lacking individuality, but that is probably the owners’ intention.…
Let me start of by saying I left my heart here and I will most definitely be returning one day. I spent the most AMAZING week here with my partner in July, I just wish it could have been longer. The hotel itself and it’s surroundings are absolutely gorgeous as are the rooms. The rooms are very light and airy and they are kept to a very good standard. The amenities are great, there’s plenty of pools and bars to choose from and we never had a issue finding a lounger, the spa was also very good. I would also recommend the al a carte restaurant the food was beyond this world I’ve never tasted anything so good! As for the staff I have nothing to say but good things! Every staff member I had encounters with were lovely they all went above and beyond to offer help and to make sure our stay was going as perfectly as it should. They were all so friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and wanted nothing more than for us to have a fantastic time. I actually really enjoyed seeing them everyday, they made my holiday that bit more better and they were always there when we needed them. They were nothing short of amazing from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. They also helped my partner arrange our engagement and they were great he’s so happy with the help they had given him to make it extra special and I give them huge thanks for that to, they were all their so excited for us when it happened to. I could honestly boast about this place all day I really could. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. You’d be missing out not to go!…
Great location , eadtvacces to town via bus ( not as bad as it sounds ) but taxi back ! Local restaurants great , beach bar very good , all in all fantastic But don’t use the dive school on site , he’s not padi despite his claim
Had a lovely time at this hotel. We stayed in a bungalow and were very happy. The only downside for us was we were on the ground floor so had no privacy on the patio. The room was kept clean as were the grounds and pool area. The restaurant stipulates men wear long trousers which is absolutely fine. However they didn’t stop guests entering the restaurant in shorts. My Husband hates wearing long trousers on holiday but adhered to the request for the first few nights. However there were men wearing swim shorts, ripped denim shorts with football shirts - so my Husband wore his ‘dress’ shorts for the remainder of the week. The food in the restaurant was lovely - plenty of choice and of a very high standard. Sometimes restaurants in all inclusive hotels can be a bit cafeteria ish, but this restaurant was really nice. The A La Carte restaurant was fab - the food and service was amazing. The bar staff in the main bar worked their socks off - always ready to take your order an drinks were brought to your table quickly. We did get the overall feeling that the hotel was waiting to close - everyone seemed to be on wind down - but we were at the end of season so I guess that should be expected. All in all I would recommend this hotel.…
