We had a wonderful Time here in Greece. Especially, we loved the stretching classes and darts Games organized by the very nice animators. The buffet was delicious and the Outside Restaurant „Triton“ with his very friendly waiter makes you feel like a prince for a while

Wonderfull hotel. The food quality is really good for an all in hotel. The entertainment team is also great especially for the stretching class in the morning. Only down side is that you need to have luck and have calm neighbors. The walls are thin and you can hear when people come back late after party…

10 of us booked for 11 nights a year ago, we spent a lot of money on our recent trip here. Very disappointed with the main attraction of the Red Sky Bar being closed. Which was the only reason we chose this hotel over others. It has been shut for 3 years, hotel staff and also Tui rep said they have repeated complaints about it. The welcome letter still stated the Red Sky Bar, so not sure how truthful staff there were. Tui has still not amended the website to say it is closed and is still posting lots of pictures of it and states it as a main attraction. The indoor pool was also closed due to staff issues, as well as squash court, hot tub & sauna. Most of the pool que's for the pool table had no tips, which didn't matter that much given there was no chalk either :-) or change at reception for the tables. Food generally was very poor considering it was 5 star hotel. Salads were good but quality and temperature of food was below standard. (pasta option, always the same, grilled fish or meat, a soup, veg but not hot and canteen like. Other options for restaurants were pretty basic too (sorry) Wine on tap in restaurants was okay but bar wine was like drinking vinegar. Spirits were of good quality it has to be said. We are sympathetic to issues that Covid imposed on resort/s but don't LIE by omission!! Some of the staff at reception and in authority were bordering on rude. Pool bar staff were lovely though and worked very hard all day. Queue got rather large at peak times as only one bar and no self service. Rooms were very tired (wrinkly carpets and bad decor, they needed major investment. 3 out of 4 bathrooms leaked and our 16 year olds sharing a room got locked in theirs, luckily the staff gave them a pick to open it! . Ants were difficult to get rid of, even on our second floor. Aqualand slides were a joke for those with kids. As it is a conference hotel, (we didn't know that either) the main lobby, bar and pool were nicely furnished but so many other things let this hotel down. We have stated the worst parts to warn others but I do agree with many reviews on here that said it is not a terrible hotel but absolutely not a 5 star one. 3 is reasonable across the board. Lobby and pool area maybe 4 star. Maybe consider finding an alternative, until the hotel is refurbished and they spend money on staff to open up everything.

This isn't a bad hotel, it's just not a great hotel. Tips: * Get yourself a meal deal at the airport for the flight, the Jet2 inflight food is very average. * Get some water when you land as you'll be on the coach for 1.5 hours for your transfer. * There are three alternative restaurants. Don't get too excited, they're fairly basic and food is ok. You get 3 visits for lunch and 3 visits for dinner. * Don't worry about rushing down to the pool to put your towels out. The hotel is not at capacity and there's plenty of room. * Towels are EUR10 each and you need to go to reception to get a card in the first instance. * Buy a multi-usb Euro plug as the rooms don't have lots of plugs. * Use bicycles to get back and forth to Kos town as the taxis and buses are unreliable. * As long as you cover up and aren't wet, you can use the restaurant in the morning and lunch. * You need dress shorts minimum in the restaurant in the evening, not ones with sports logos. Men aren't allowed to wear flip flops or sliders fir dinner. * The hotel shop is pretty similar in cost for snacks as the local shops. * There's a cash machine at the bottom of the hotel drive way in case you need cash. * The shops and restaurants prefer cash than card. * There's lots of places in Kos to watch footy, etc.. * You can drink everything in your fridge for free but it doesn't get replaced. * Recommend visits to Kos town after dinner. It's a 50 minute walk or 15 minute bike ride. Positives: * Kos airport is pretty quick to process you and your luggage. * Rooms are spacious. * Pool area is clean. * Main hotel is large and kept clean. There's plenty of general seating in the evening. * Safes are free and easy to use. * Food is pretty good with plenty of salads and meat options. Nothing is particularly hot though. * The gym is free & attached to the hotel and serves 5 hotels. Opening times are 8-12 & 4-8 every day. Equipment is ok. * Bedrooms are cleaned daily. Leave your towels on the floor if you want them changing. Negatives: * Although Jet2 mention it in the small print, just be prepared for the EUR56 per room 'greeting' at the hotel. It's a government tax. * Expect a 1.5 hour transfer. * Jet2 have a very basic presence overall. They fly you, they organise a coach (they don't accompany you to the hotel) and return you. The reps spend very little time at the hotel and stay for 30 minutes regardless of how many people want to talk to them. * Don't expect much in the way of information from reception, you have to learn as you go. * The staff in the main are not customer centric and are not overly helpful. There's a few nice ones but don't expect to be gushed over. * Rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms suffer from bad grouting, so don't look fab. * WIFI is not good and will drive you mad. * Televisions only get a couple of channels like world news. * There is no waiter service around the pool, it's fetch your own. * They restrict drinks to 2 at a time at the pool bar so expect queues (5 minutes wait). * Corridor carpets aren't particularly pleasant and need a good clean. * The entertainment team do events on the patio which has restricted seating so you won't see much if you don't get a seat before 8:30. * Air con is super loud in your bedroom. You've got to either bear with it or turn it off and be a bit warm. * It can be warm in the reception area at night as the air con doesn't really work that well. * The most exciting part is the lifts. We had quite a dangerous experience where it headed upwards and bounced on the end stops. The lights went out and then it opened between floors! The reception manager's reply was to take my room number and make excuses. Try them a few times and you'll see what I mean. * The bar on the top floor is shut.

The list is long of what is wrong with this hotel. 1. The room had a view of a wall. Nothing at all like the picture in the website. We asked to change, and were told that it is impossible! We spent a lot of time and energey trying to change rooms, and met an unsympathetic, uncaring, un-service-oriented, stupid staff, and hotel policies that ensure that guests will be unhappy. 2. The "water park" (ha!) is just a few, old water slides. We walked up there (a 25-minute walk in the hot sun) and were told we need a voucher from our hotel to use the slides (this, despite the fact that we have plastic bracelets shopwing that we are ultra all-included guests). We walked all the way back down to our hotel and asked for vouchers. We were told that the manager needs to sign on the voucher, and he's not available now. Come back at 7pm. So, effectively, we wasted an hour, and couldn't go on the slides until the following day. And why??? No idea. 3. Ultra all-included means - everything included except what is extra. At the a la carte restaurant - the dishes which lookedgood were extra. What was included was crap. At the bar, drinks are free unless you want something a little better than the poorest, most basic drinks. The good stuff is extra, even for ultra all-included guests. I could go on and on, but instead I'll just repeat - Don't Go Here! or to any of the Kipriotis Hotels.

We’ve just returned from a lovely week here. From check in to check out, we had no complaints. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. Yes the decor is dated, but so you go on holiday for the decor? All the staff from the hard working cleaners, to the different restaurants staff, main bar and pool bar ,reception staff and the animation team we all working long hours , but all very pleasant and ready for a laugh. There was plenty of different food options and also nice to try new things. Yes the indoor pool and Sky Bar was closed, but we knew that before going, and although there are some mixed reviews , 5⭐️ in the UK does differ to Europe , so as long as you realise that, I would say that if you want a nice relaxed holiday, clean room and bathroom, nice food, nice staff, without expecting the world, this is definitely the place for you. If you want a high end luxury holiday you can show off to your friends, maybe you should try somewhere else. We would be happy to return in the future.

I am here now and have to say having read some of the reviews this year, I tried to swap and was dreading it. We are a family of 4 on day 2 with Jet2 on all inclusive plus and so far, nothing whatsoever to complain about. Room spotless and decent size, shower fine, food good, staff and service excellent. If like me you are anxious, dont be. Check in faultless, smile and you always get one back from staff here and they work so hard. Safe is free of charge, towels 10 euros deposit each. There is nothing here that will properly blow you away including the price we paid compared to other hotels. All is very relaxed and chilled and although it lacks some of the nice touches you may be used to at an All Inclusive e.g. pool service etc. I think if you manage your expectations you will be very pleasantly surprised. Plenty of sunbeds etc, lovely pools. Beer nice but I think I could drink it all day without having probkems ;) Don't come solely for the beach and evening entertainment though, very underwhelming so far but I think we are getting exceptional value for the price paid back in October last year. We wanted a Mitsis hotel again but could not afford it this time. Roof bar and indoor pool closed currently though im informed drinks here were not included anyway. Wish we had a proper rather than side on sea view. Enjoy!

Great food, staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. We had the Ultra All Inclusive forumla which I would recommand to avoid surprise hidden costs such as the beach of the Hotel and get access to "better" drinks at the bar. A few nick-picks: - The city may be a bit far from the hotel but can easily be reached by renting bikes with good bike-lane up to the center, taxi or public bus (though I wouldn't bet too much on the punctuality). - The private beach is not too overwhelming... there are just enough sun-beds and umbrellas, though the mini-beach-tents are a welcome addition. The beach bar there serves the bare minimum of product, I wouldn't have minded a few snacks and some more drinks. - Service at the buffet restaurant is good but a bit "slow" during peak hours. I don't blame them but they are the only to get drinks. A simple foutain of water and maybe a beer tap that everyone can access without needing to ask a waiter wouldn't hurt. Everything else was top class !

Do not except a room on the top floor where the roof top bar is and closed, Rooms date back to the 80's and are grubby, some staff don't care others are good, WIFI is ok in reception but not everywhere , wouldn't go back, many people complained but the staff seem well versed in fobbing you off. The rep said he would get us moved ton another room and when are reception they wanted more money because the room was refurbished. We paid to stay in a hotel with a nice room so you shouldn't be charged just because the new room had been refurbished. Two and a half stars maximum. Even the staff said the owners are greedy and won't spend any money.
