The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life!!!!! The hotel is at the level of a hostel and really not 4 stars. Old rooms are falling apart and full of mold and lots of ants everywhere. Appalling service after we shouted we were changed to another room and in this room also lots of ants. When we came to complain they said there were no rooms and did nothing except spray. We wanted to talk to a manager and we are not allowed. Don't come to this hotel for free either!!!

My husband and me were in Kipriotis village from 05/09-15/09/2023 in the first unit beside lunch restaurant, in the triple room nr. 312. For 10 days of our stay, the maids DID NOT CHANGE THE TOWELS ONCE, NOT ONCE, did not change linen, did not put ashtray on the terrace table, did not add nothing they had to. They just threw out the garbage and like "wiped the floor". No once they did not clean the bathroom, they took clean towels from third bed, since they saw that we are two, no third. First day they took floor towel for legs and never put the another. When we met them and said "good afternoon", they turned their heads away, with no words. They are lazy, idle, sloppy, untidy. Our friends in the other unit told us that the service in their room was impeccable and they had everything. After that, I reported our case on the reception but it was the end of our stay. For 10 days, there were bags of dirty laundry in front of rooms of our unit. I made a photos of it. Horrible and, I am very sorry of that, because everything other was correctly.…

I went there for a Bachata Festival, so my review is based on my experience plus the shared experience of at least 50 people. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. They will give you the wrong key and have no replacements at hand, the phone in the room didn't work for the whole wk, the drinks were horrible and the staff put their fingers inside the tiny plastic glasses, the room service was inexistent, they only change towels but never clean the room or change the beds, and on top of that the staff, probably feed up by so many complains were extremely rude, as soon as you tell them anything they respond I don't make rules, go and make a complaint. 4* is a joke, management is poor and they don't care, as they also tell you to make a complaint....

Plenty of walking involved in the complex itself, I must say good fitness lol However by far one of the best holidays we have ever had, Food great,especially the wraps Hardworking staff Plenty to do in the complex Beach a bit pebbly However littterly 2 mins walk A really nice clean hotel Rooms are basic, arnt they all, beds wasn't to bad 15 min bus ride to kos again plenty of shops!and lovely views, harbour etc Nothing for much outside of the hotel there is a small bar opposite which a lady runs with her granddaughter, cheap drinks and food. Very friendly and welcoming We are definitely planning to book next year same time

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at It was probably great 10 years ago but now general maintenance is falling behind Took two hours for our party to check in. People who had booked and paid for sea view rooms were told there were none available Understaffed, leading to huge queues everywhere, particularly at the bars and in the main restaurant, and poor customer service. Don’t get me wrong , the few staff on duty are working flat out, there’s just not enough of them. Many facilities advertised not available
