A relatively small, secluded hotel with a private beach where there are plenty of sunbeds and shaded pitches available. Perfect conditions for the relaxation we were looking for. Instead, a 2000 playlist as a miserable substitute for an animation awaited us from breakfast. You can escape to the beach, but at the latest at the pool bar it is over with the peace and quiet that the “Natura Park Village” promises. There, YouTube playlists - including advertisements - are performed at concert volume. Even after repeated requests from numerous hotel guests to turn down the music, the volume was maintained. Besides Spanish dance music, rap and co. lack Greek charm. Unskilled service personnel, who are left alone at the bar during the day, inevitably ensure that you taste the cheap alcohol very clearly. Basically, the inconsistent service disappointed us. The well-being of the dishes seems to be more important to the staff than the well-being and satisfaction of the guests. If your plate is taken from under your nose while you are still chewing, then it is a quick but also decency-free service. In the á-la-carte restaurant one hopes for more sophisticated service, as conveyed by the high-quality furniture, is interrupted while toasting to throw the cards on the table. The variety and good quality of the food corresponds to a 5-star hotel, but is overshadowed by the miserable drinks from ancient vending machines. Just to mention it here: The thawed ice cube water should not be dumped in front of the guests to the lemon waterwr, and ice cubes less obviously dragged through the hotel complex in huge black garbage bags. The rooms were air conditioned and fine. We are disappointed by the ambience of the hotel, because the beautiful sunsets and the well-kept grounds are no consolation. We would clearly not award 5-stars. You noticed that the staff did not feel like holidaymakers. Too bad!

From our arrival to our departure this hotel and staff excelled!
We arrived after the main restaurant had closed, we were escorted to our room by a very polite porter, who within ten minutes of arriving in our room returned with two plates of food. This included salad, sandwiches, fruit and an amazing muffin!!! The next two weeks were totally relaxed. The Restaurants and Bars were managed by Klaudiana who had a very active interaction with her staff, it was obvious that the 'respect' was two way. The food prepared was alway plentiful and even the most fussy guest would find something to suit their pallet. During the afternoon the continual topping up of 'fresh' pizza and other snacks at the pool bar was appreciated by all guests. The Housekeeping team kept the complex 'Spotlessly' clean. The hotel has an amazing shop that sells anything you may need that is over and above the 'All Inclusive Package' Joanna the shop manager is a true gem, who bursts into song at the drop of a hat and is always up for a gossip and a giggle! We have to name several member s of staff who 'stood out' for us. Kaludiana (F&B Manager), Joanna (Shop), Pantellis, Alexandros ,Alex (Main Bar) Alisia (Pool Bar) Raphael (Pool Bar) and two other ladies who's names we never got to know....but we call them "Mrs Egg/Bacon"(Breakfast Grill) & "Mrs Pizza"(Pool Bar). To sum up, a truly enjoyable holiday where 'every' member of staff was helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. We would return without a second thought. Thank you everyone.

An ideal hotel of high quality, service, food, condition of rooms, bed linen, furniture and cosmetics (it has its own line of cosmetics). The large room is located on the second floor of a small house, which makes up the entire hotel. I think thanks to these people, there is not so much room in the hotel, there is always room on the beach and there is no crowding in the restaurant and bars. We checked into the hotel on June 1, 24 and spent 7 nights here. Ideal quality of food, as I wrote: at dinner there is always a lot of delicious food and something new is prepared every day. There are always several types of meat fish and vegetarians will not be offended by the abundance of greens and fruits. There is always honey in the combs. This is my first visit to Greece: if all Greek hotels are like this, then I’m already planning my visit to the next island. I can recommend this hotel to everyone! If there are any downsides, then you can always find something: the entrance to the sea has large stones, I recommend wearing swimming shoes.

The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location with a bus stop straight outside which goes to the local town, the local town is great with lots of good bars and restaurants.
If you are planning on staying in the hotel most of your holiday I wouldn't recommend. If it's a base and you will be going to the town and renting bikes etc. it is fine. If you aren't getting up at 5/6am to reserve a sunbed then say goodbye to a day by the pool, the hotel has a policy against this but doesn't enforce it one bit, the reception staff are miserable and not helpful although some of the bar staff are pleasant.
The choice for food is very very basic and you have to cue up alot and wait a while for the main things like eggs/bacon at breakfast and meat at dinner.
There is a snack bar throughout the day by the pool but I wouldn't call it a snack bar it's basically a little glass cabinet with a few croissants and slices of pizza and they don't cook another pizza until the current one has gone, which goes in seconds and you fear for taking more than a slice for the sake of depriving anyone else their lunch.
They don't serve alcohol until 12pm and stop serving at 11pm which you have to pay after this point, which wasn't an issue for us but may be for most.
We had a great holiday because of the location but wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The hotel says 5* and no way on earth would incall it 5 star..

I almost never write reviews, let alone negative ones, but this time, I must share my experience to warn those who saved up for months dreaming of a five-star experience.

Don't expect 4 stars, let alone 5.

Prepare for a classic, dirty, old 2-3 star Turkish-style hotel with a fan instead of an air conditioner.

If you've never been to the sea and don't mind sauna-like conditions without air conditioning (not even in common areas!), poor hygiene, a balcony view of cow dung, and the smell of this dung in 37-degree heat – you might just love it. (The hotel borders a cow pasture.)

I honestly doubt those glorifying reviews about cleanliness and magnificence were written by actual guests.

But I don't blame the hotel; it's business – they got a 5-star rating back in 2009 and haven't maintained it since. They run on a hardcore budget mode, serving the cheapest boxed wine in dirty glasses. Want a clean table after previous guests? You'll have to ask. (What did you expect, personal service??)

I blame the Czech travel agency Blue Style more, for marketing this "resort" as 4.5 stars, charging 5-star prices, and sending you to a place that barely passes as 2.5 stars.

I could endlessly comment on the lack of toilet paper or disinfectant in the bathrooms, the non-functioning air conditioning and showers, the unbearable farm stench, and the lines in the small dining room, as if it's the last bread on Earth... But I'll stop, so you can enjoy the delightful shock awaiting you, if you choose this place.

You'll find only towels and soap in the room, nothing more, not even coffee. And no, no amenities pack.

Pillows? Each is different. Plates in the dining room? Also mismatched, just like at grandma's cottage.
And the cleaning ladies? They'll be mopping right around you as you enjoy your (undrinkable) wine.

To sum up, the pool was the only bright spot. That's where we spent our time, counting down the days until the end of this "five-star" vacation.

By far the worst holiday in Greece, not the first, but certainly the last here!
Food underground and not edible, rancid oils, partly raw meat, tasteless uniform porridge ... very far away from Greece!!
The first days we had bananas and rice, after that we only ate out, like many others.
Staff mixed, some very trying others again rude!
After 10 p.m. you have to pay for alcohol (which you only get from 12 p.m.) and from 11 p.m. you get nothing to drink.
For water (bottles) you have to pay...
The location is nice but does not save the aging hotel! As far as the eye can see, love is missing.
From mouldy air conditioners and ants in the rooms we don't even get started...
This is how you imagine your all-inclusive annual holiday...

Just returned from a week at the Natura park village resort, generally I would rate this hotel very good apart from an incident on the last night. The hotel is very clean, plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool, food plentiful and good quality. Private beach available. Bus service into town very poor, waited over an hour despite being at the stop at the time the bus was suppose to arrive, resort approx 3 miles out from main town so too far to walk in high heat, if need to go into town for an organized trip etc. I would recommend booking a taxi.
Would be lovely for a 5* hotel to offer their own shuttle bus??
The hotel offer an one per trip al-a-carte menu in a different part of the hotel, we decided to book this for our last night, when we arrived the very rude and abrupt hostess, who also works on reception informed us we had booked on the wrong evening, we assured her we had booked for tonight as we had plans on the night she said we had booked. She told us very loudly and rudely to go up to reception, the male receptionist rang her and then advised us to go back to her as we had been booked on the wrong evening and it was there mistake and it will be sorted. On going back to the restaurant once again she was extremely rude telling us to go away as we'd booked the wrong night. She would not listen or try to compromise. What had been a lovely week in general was definitely marred by this experience. The following day we asked for her name which she refused to give. I would suggest that maybe some customer service training for this member of staff would be beneficial. I would also recommend if you book into the al-a-carte restaurant ask the staff to written down the day and time, and chedk they have written it on the correct day as they book it on a excel spreadsheet and I suspect in our case they wrote it on the wrong day.

The booked "suite sea view with private pool" had no sea view - there is no such suite in the complex according to the reception! Nevertheless, the complaint was not accepted by TUI!
The suites are crammed with electronics that even the staff can't control: in the middle of the night, the TV or ceiling fan suddenly turns on, which can no longer be switched off.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, apartments set out in large grounds all on one level 2 large pools never packed. Pool bar and a very short walk to the stony beach, bring beach shoes but very pleasant never busy. Windsurfing hire nearby but no paddle boarding!! Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful especially’Luisa’ In reception. Food was very varied and good but probably lacked some flavour at times.

Perfect spot for a hotel. All very pretty. Unfortunately the management is not doing their job. WI-FI only works sporadically, room service also only works sporadically, all inclusive is a joke. Drinks and cocktails are not drinkable unless you are willing to pay extra. All cups are non recyclable – one way. Food was very good – but service at the tables non existent. The receptionist had no interest in pleasing the customers. A real shame. The hotel, pool and beach would be perfect for a holiday…
