We stayed in Natura Park in September 2022 - family holidays with our 4 y.o. son. The pools and outside areas of the hotel are really nice, especially the newer area close to the beach. Good shallow pool for kids. Plenty of sunbeds (however, they were entering the low season already so everything was pretty quiet). The food is OK, lots od choice, of course it is not gourmet :) but totally what you could expect from a mass-tourism place. Lovely staff at the restaurant, Ms Klodiana just lovely and very efficient. The room - big, but a bit dated (we stayed in the older sector of the hotel). For sure not 5 stars. Room rather clean, but towels not changed every day. They have a very small play area for kids at the beach, nothing special really. The beach itself is pebbly, so everybody stays around the pool anyway. To sum up - the new area close to the sea is 5 stars, lovely pools. The old area - pools are OK but room (even though spacey) looks tired and not 5 stars for sure.

We stayed half board and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are all very friendly and hard working. Great location for windsurfing and an easy cycle into Kos Town or to Thermes. Very clean hotel and the food was good. Only suggestions would be to hire bikes from one of the local hires and not the hotel. Their bikes were old, in need of service and despite asking for 21gears we were given 7 gears. Otherwise, great hotel and will come back.

The resort is located a few tens of meters from the beatiful private beach with very convenient access to the sea. The resort is located only couple of minutes of drive from Kos Town. Public transportation is next to resort main entry. There is the excellent swimming pool with tanning beds and umbrellas all around. A bar is located next to the pool and serves guests with drinks, fruits and sandwiches of all kinds Our room was big and convenient with balcony, comfortable beds, wardrobe, table with drawers and large storage areas. The cleanliness of the room is particularly high. The food at the hotel is varied, delicious and suitable for all tastes. I would like to point out in particular that the staff at the hotel in general and the restaurant in particular are very kind, friendly and provide the best service. In general, we very enjoyed from our vacation in Nature Park Village.

It's 3 stars hotel at most, the green around needs much more care, the surrounding in general needs some renovation. Pros: fantastic staff in a bar and restaurant - always smiling, greeting, very positive and good people. Rooms are a bit outdated but cleaned everyday. Food was tasty, good variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, ice cream, cakes, sweets, good quality meat and fish, cooking stations on breakfasts and dinners. Cons: the biggest problem is absolutely disgusting and strong stench like from the septic tank. It was 3 or 4 nights during our stay when the smell was so strong that me and my wife were almost vomiting. And the worse is that it comes from outside the hotel and literally the whole Psalidi area has exactly the same problem. So all other hotels around too. I was so upset and desperate that I've localized the source of the smell - it's the sewage treatment plant, located on the hill, 650m straight from the hotel. If the wind is blowing towards your hotel - you can't do anything. It's a huge problem and I'm wondering why the Psalidi authorities didn't do anything about it yet. Next thing to complain is a lot of little ants in the room, they run on you when you sleep. They spray some chemicals in the room but it doesn't help much, the ants are back after a day. Further cons: WiFi doesn't work, opening any website is really a challenge. A room described as the "sea view room" was in fact a ground floor room with the view on a huge palm tree and the wall and yes - you could see the sea... through 50cm wide space. Simply waste of money because we paid extra for this "sea view". And we couldn't change the room because the hotel was fully booked. Last but not least, the all inclusive drinks are simply not suitable for drinking, the taste is disgusting, full of some chemicals. Only the beer and wine was drinkable. Summing up: so-so hotel, good food, great staff but disgusting smell, ants, "sea view room" joke and undrinkable all inclusive drinks cause that we advise to definitely avoid this place.

I would really recommend people to chose another hotel. This hotel is a complete disaster. I really can’t understand, how this hotel has got 5 stars. I will let you know my experience on the different aspects of the hotel. The room was fine, a bit old, a little dirty underneath bed and with a view to a boring field. The bed was so extremely hard and uncomfortable that we had to take some sunbeds to the room so we could sleep just a little better. (I asked the staff for a bed that was more comfortable, and the next day they came with a little thin blanket). Next day i went to the reception asking if there was any possibilites that we could get another room or more softer beds (no problem for us if there was a price difference). The staff was very uncomprehending and said to me “it’s good to your back sleeping on a hard bed” and “it makes your back straighter” and much more. The staff in the place is so extremely rude and unplesant. After a long discussion with the staff we finally got some other beds, they were better but still hard. We layed the old used towels on the floor everyday but they didn’t change it. So we used the same towel for a week. They cleaned the old used cups and glasses by putting them into the sink on the toilet (without cleaning them). THE SMELL - there was such a bad smell outside, the staff said it wasn’t there fault - ok, but it’s still theirs responsibility to inform guests about the bad sewer smell. The AC made the room smell even worse. The food is very boring and absolutely not 17 eur worth. The beach, boring and dosen’t look like anything on the pictures. The whole hotel is actually just poorly maintained and it’s a pretty flat feeling being here. The pool is fine, nothing there. It Can be a bit hard to find a sunbed that isn’t broken. The hotel is located a long way from the town and it’s hard to get a taxi. If you are lucky maybe the bus will come by. If the staff on the hotel sees this review please send some of your employees to the intrance of the hotel and pick up all the trash filling up the sides of the road. It looks so freaking bad. The staff besides those at reception is smiling and are nice but it can’t in anyway make up for our bad experience. The hotel only accepts cash (nearst atm is 15 mins walk from the hotel) IF YOU SEE THIS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!!!

Absolutely not a 5-star hotel, deserves 3 stars at the most. Rude staff that did nothing but the bare minimum, not willing to help or provide any kind of service. Poor cleaning of the rooms, recieved filthy bed linen, a clogged drain and an unbearable smell during the night. No entertainment at evening, and staff closed restaurant and bar even before the closing hours several times. The only positive thing about this hotel were two nice persons; one chef and one waiter!

Just come home from an all inclusive trip, my friend and I and my 18 year old daughter and her friend. Slightly out of town but bus is only 2 euros and just by the hotel entrance, cab about 12-15 euros, super clean everywhere, cleaners out all the time. Rooms are fine, not fancy but perfectly functional, lots of pool sun beds and beach loungers, beach is stony and beach shoes are essential! Food is better than ok but not quite good, variety and mostly tasty. Drinks are again ok. It won’t set the world alight. The absolute best thing about this place is the always happy, friendly and helpful staff. So many to mention Irene and Tania, andi and in the restaurant Klondiana is just amazing and runs everything like clockwork chatty, smiley helpful and there all the time, literally with a fantastic team, there is an older lady especially with wears her hair up who is so lovely. All in all it was good.

Summary: Me and my family of five will never return and would not recommend this hotel. Main reason for us is no working Internet and all around bad facilities. The hotel needs an upgrade! Negative: The hotel has NO WORKING WIFI INTERNET exept at the reception area!! There is coverage, but it does not work. Rooms have lots of small ants. No shower curtains so water splashes everywhere in bathroom. Aircondition is noisy and have not bin maintained or replaced for a long time. Sunbeds around the pool are broken and there are too few of them. You have to get up early to have a chance of getting one. None «kid friendly food» in buffet. And after some days, the food served repeats. The bars does not serve much, and everything you order to drink is watered out. The beach area is not how it shows in the pictures. There is no pier or relaxing beds. There are only old sunbeds and no facility. No activities, no drinks or food served at the beach. There is nothing to do that is in walking distance from the hotel and there is no activity at the hotel in the evning or during the day. The overall view around hotel is fields of cows and abbandoned buildings. If you are unlucky to get a room on the side next to the cow field, the smell is nasty. 5 minutes walk to busstop, difficult to get taxis, and with 5 persons its impossible. I had a very hard time keeping the kids engaged the two weeks we where here, and we needed to plan for visits around island almost every day. Positive: The staff in the kitchen is smiling, and are doing all they can with what they have. Food is ok as a buffet, but not alot of what is served is «kid friendly» food. My kids ate alot of fries an bread during the stay. Staff in the mini shop at entrance of hotel is helpful an smiling. We where there every day to get a snack or refreshment. the hotel is quiet and the pool is ok.

Natura Village hotel & spa is located 7km away from Kos city. If you are seeking quiet place to stay this might be for you, since there is really not much to do. On every place you can see sings of time. Hotel's local rating is 5 stars, but I would rate it maximum 3. Their restaurant don't have a'la carte, only buffee breakfast, luch and dinner. We had luch once and it't was terrible. Dry and completely tasteless. You better take bus or taxi to Kos city id you want to have giod meal. Ocean beach at this location wasn't too nice. Lots of slippery boulders on the bottom made it really difficult to enter and exit. Surrounding areas were really dirty. If you take a walk outside hotel area, the sides of the road here filled with trash.

Friendly hotel immaculately clean , lovely beach a few minutes walk from the poolside,Food was good my favourite meal was breakfast plenty of fresh fruit or cooked food whatever your fancy, loved all the salads and fresh fish . Recommend hiring a bicycle from the hotel you can cycle into Kos town in 20mins straight road bicycle friendly lanes apart from the first few minutes out of the hotel, or you can turn left out of the hotel and cycle to the Therma spa which will, take about an hour leisurely cycling the views are worth the effort, then cycle back is always easier with lunch ready for you.I indulged myself with 2 treatments from the hotel spa , they are a little pricey but worth it , the spa smells amazing is spotlessly clean is run by Akis and his lovely ladies I loved my treatments you also have access to the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant staff were friendly
