We are currently on day 4 of our 7 day stay at this resort. The check in and welcome process was faultless, very quick and in our rooms after a long day of travelling within minutes of arriving at the hotel. Our room is a normal standard - but feels like we’ve been given the biggest one on the resort as our balcony alone could sleep 15 more!! Room is very clean - beds super comfortable and always come back to a Crystal clean room. The food so far has been very good - we are due dinner at the Asian fusion restaurant this evening and the Mediterranean in a few days. The main restaurant area is very clean - however, it does lack some ambience and the poor waiting staff seem totally ran off their feet. On more than one occasion we have sat and waited for cutlery for at least 15 mins before being able to eat (as you’re not allowed to get your own) and have gone an entire dinner service without being offered a drink. They’re all super friendly and lovely - I think just far too many of us and not enough of them! The pool areas are beautiful - very clean and calm and relaxing. It’s a great shame that the infinity pool area is totally packed by 8am - we booked this hotel mainly for how stunning the pool is and it’s a shame you have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a bed. Otherwise - you’re at the top pool - which isn’t the end of the world but the views are sublime from the infinity pool. The entire hotel is utterly spotless - overall we can’t complain and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our holiday so far. Great location - only a 15 min bus to Kos town with the most efficient bus service I think I’ve ever known. We’ve enjoyed it so much - we’ve recommended to friends who have now booked for October! Thank you for a great trip so far and already don’t want to leave!

The staff at this hotel are wonderful from Nina the guest relations manager to every member on the reception team. They were so incredibly helpful to me regarding all the paperwork tests etc for my return flight. Ten out of ten to them all. Every member of the restaurant ream polite cheerful and welcoming. The bar staff so hard working and always smiling..such cheer. The food was excellent standard and being half board food and drinks very reasonable. The cleaning team must work overtime as everything is sparkling. I honestly don’t understand some negative comments some time as this was not my experience at all. My only slight problem having a bad knee was the steps but I have no doubt I could have used the buggy service more but I didn’t want to give in ! A wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to rebook.

From the welcome we received on arrival we knew this resort was going to be good. It didn’t disappoint in any area. Food - excellent Room - clean and comfortable Staff - polite and smiling Gym - spot on Pool - crystal clear water Location is ideal being slightly off the beaten track yet 15 minutes from Kos Town by the most punctual bus service you can imagine. Rarely would I say this but without doubt I would stay here again. Superb value and very relaxing.

I’m not one to write reviews but when it came to this hotel I just had to! This is quite possibly the most breathtaking hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are all fantastic, especially the man who took us to our room- always took the time to wave and smile and make sure we were okay throughout our stay and the staff working in the David Hall restaurant and bar next to reception; they always greet you with a warm welcome and ensure your never without a drink, a dirty plate is not sat in front of you for more than 30seconds! Amazing service. The views from the infinity pool are sensational. The rooms were always spotless, the cleaners were fantastic. The food was outstanding- so much variety, not the typical all inclusive buffet you usually get! The chefs, restaurant and bar staff need a pay rise!! Everything was just excellent, if I could give more stars I would! Enjoyed my stay so much and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed, friendly break. Whoever is running this hotel is doing an astounding job. Thankyou Michelangelo!

stayed here for 1 week (october 2020) booked a sea view room , the whole process once you arrived was great very welcoming , room was great , main reason for booking was for the pool! with stunning views you needed to be up at 7am to get a sunbed , all were gone for 8am , waitress service around the pool was a bit hit and miss , sometimes she would be very attentive others she would clearly blank you but they are clearly under staffed food was great in the buffet restaurant but the snack bar was pretty poor , drinks at night were a bit disappointing , would take ages and ages to get served , didn't see anyone "drunk" as it takes so long to get drinks , but again the staff are working their socks off as they are under staffed a bus stops at the hotel for a easy trip into kos town or the other direction to Theama beach 9but that is walkable if its not to hot) over all a great hotel would happily stay here again
