I had stayed here before and was surprised to see it was under new management. O once considered to place a paradise had changed into just another chain hotel. When first arriving was approached by sales persons , when I finally made it to the...More

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink cup down to the pool as long as there is no glass. Some asked if a drink could be made in their own cups at the pool bar and that is not typical as part of a safe protocol. Option: You can also order drinks and food at the pool for your convenience. A nice place to grab a to-go breakfast and lunch is to buy it from the Balache café in the Jade Boutique (near main pool) and simply enjoy it poolside or beachside. You never need to carry cash as your purchase goes to your credit allowance as directed at check in.

Like Jerry C. I did not see any booster seats on the property. their shuttles are mostly open air trams with bench seats to accommodate many riders. saw many children younger than seven year old riding them.
