I just got back home after a beautiful 8 day stay at Hilton La Romana from 7/11-7/18/21. We had an absolutely amazing time and I wanted to share things that made our stay a success, and things I wish I knew before I arrived last Sunday. - Fun Team (usually wearing white or blue) is the hardest group of workers that I have EVER seen. They are always willing to help, entertain and make you laugh. We would be walking through the resort and they would stop in their tracks to say hello EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! They work so hard behind the scenes so take the time to interact and let them know you appreciate them! Fun team members Mini Cooper, Juliana & Esteban were three of the sweetest people I've ever met!!! I will honestly return to the hotel just to interact with them again!! - Vibe right now at the resort is a much more chill vibe than we imagined. Casino is open but very quiet and the club is closed and there is very little opportunity for "turn up" as all music is very relaxed and 'smooth'. - The sand at the beach is unlike any other sand anywhere I've been, powder soft (you'll understand when you're there). There are a ton of minnows in the ocean but they aren't a bother at all. As of last week, literally NO seaweed in the water or on the beach! - "Balinese Beds" (open cabanas) by the infinity pool are only $25 a day and worth every penny if that's where you intend on hanging out! They're so comfortable and service to the beds is wonderful! Reserve by calling concierge at x3000. - Yoga/Stretching by the Dominican restaurant every morning was such a great way to start the day. It is there every day at 9:30am but is advertised by word of mouth mostly! No need to sign up, just show up! - Transportation back to the airport: make sure you confirm with concierge the morning before you leave so they can confirm your ride. Unless you made arrangements for a private transfer which is through whatever service you reserved. We used Amstar and it was incredible! We felt like we had our own personal tour guide for our 1-hour transfer from the hotel to PUJ. We definitely plan to return to the hotel in the future!!

Hotel's Favorite
I ve been on vacation to Dominican Republic for a month. I changed five hotels and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed two times in this hotel and the second time I brought my whole family. I will start with the check in process. When we came to this hotel, the staff greeted us politely and wished us a very nice stay. The check in was fast and at 15h o clock we could enter the room. Overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is very clean, it has a beautiful garden which is very well maintained on a daily basis. The employees woke up early every day and they thoroughly clean the sunbeds, the swimming pools, the floors. The employees are very kind and every employee when they see the guests they greet them in a very nice way.. The great thing in this hotel is that hotel provides face masks throughout the hotel, at the bars, restaurants, lobby even during entertainment activities with no cost. The entertainment team was amazing, especially Rene-Rocky, Julia, Picasso and Moris. The weekends were full of activities and I suggest to be the same trough whole week. As I was a guest two times in this hotel I was a premium level and non premium level. I enjoyed more when I was non premium. The premium level pools could use all the guests regardless the status. At the premium bar, the first day the employee denied to give me a premium drink as I checked in earlier and I was not assigned with the room yet. Its ’s very annoying that every day when I wanted to order a drink somebody ask me 100 times what’s my room number.I came to be on vacation not on the interrogation. As a premium level you can choose to have breakfast and lunch at 4 different restaurants which is great but the service is really slow and they don’t offer u the fresh juices like you have at the buffet breakfast where all the guests can enjoy eating.I am not sure how much the premium level pays off in this hotel. I had a late flight on a way back to my country and at the check out they gave me the new room to take a shower and change which is really nice. I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Dear Rosaura_88 Many thanks for taking the time to leave your kind words and observations following your recent stay with us at Hilton La Romana. We were delighted that you’ve enjoyed all the details we take pride in offering our guests. As are our regular practice, we’ve been happy to share your lovely remarks to our team who take so much pride in ensuring that all of our guests only receive the very best in service. As you do not have wear bracelets to make sure you are a guest who booked a premium room category we have to ask for your room number. Your detailed suggestions are being valued as our guest’s feedback is truly important for us and we will consciously revise all of your remarks. Looking forward to have the pleasure of having you back home in the near future.

This was our second time at Hilton La Romana Adults Only All Inclusive this year, and it was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We visited as a couple in February, and had such a phenomenal experience that we took our entire (adult) family back this July. Out of all the all inclusive’s we’ve ever stayed in, this one far surpasses them in quality, service, and beauty - especially for its price point. However, the real thing that makes this resort stand out is its staff. Upon learning we were returning, the resort staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay with our family. Flor in concierge surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful swim out room and a candlelit dinner on the dock, Christina and Mildred at the premium swim up bar constantly checked on our family to make sure we had the drinks we wanted, Luis at the excursion desk greeted us as an old friend and made sure our family was booked on an excursion to Saona Island, Yenny in the spa gave wonderful massages, and Yuliana, who works in the activities department, made sure our family was always having a great time. We plan to return to this resort year after year. The beach is pristine and spectacular, the water crystal clear, the grounds are breathtaking, the food is exceptional for an all inclusive resort, and the service is simply outstanding by the staff. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so special, especially Flor. All of you are the reason we now consider Hilton La Romana our second home.

Amazing resort located in beautiful La Romana about 50 miles from the busy tourist area of Punta Cana. Very private and exclusive. Two resorts in one with the Adults' Only section and adjacent Family section. Guests in the adults' only resort have full use of the entire resort including all restaurants and a very cool water park. Lots of shade structures along the beach and ample umbrellas by the pools. It was very warm during our July visit, so shade was much appreciated. Service staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Would like to recognize Luis Bala (Excursion Advisor) for his great sense of humor and fun personality. Kudos to adult pool bartender Ishmael and his supervisor Hector for terrific friendly service. In fact all the pool and beach bartenders and servers were outstanding. Special thanks to concierge Mabel for her help in arranging our return shuttle ride. Service at all the restaurants and food were exceptional. Especially liked having Dominican Republic cuisine availability at 2 of the restaurants in the adult resort. Great job Hilton.

I'd like to thank Coraima Espititusanto for her excellent help in the restaurant. She made me feel at home. She always was ready to offer and suggest what she thought was the best for me. Even with things like rice crust "Congon"
