We stayed in a ground floor 2 bedroom chalet. It was lovely and clean with really powerful air con.. We stayed in the chalets at this restort. Chalet itself was nice and clean, had working air conditioning and was cleaned regularly. Complex is huge and never once saw the mini train, which is suppose to be available to run you round the complex working. This hotel to us was a very bizarre experience. The company sells the resort with different names like Stella Canaris, Villas Stella Jandia ... You can book it as a one 4-Star Hotel, as bungalows or apartments, depending how expensive they can sell it to you. Either 4-star Hotel guest or villa renter you will meet in the same restaurant... Had an OK time at this resort but wouldn’t recommend it or go back. First, the weather wasn’t good, howling wind from the wrong direction apparently! Too many things wrong to list, would have to write a review to rival 'War & Peace'. Spent the first two weeks in March 2012 there and did not enjoy the badly cooked, luke warm food. all complex needs a urgent renovation, no air con at all(rooms, restaurant etc) as a half board we had a b/fast and dinner. we ate dinner 3 nights out of 7 only because the food was really poor quality.
