We went to the hotel in September 2021, family of four (3 and 1 year old).
The hotel staff is very pleasant and friendly, we arrived before check in time, so they offered us to freshen up and go for lunch while they get our room ready. When I mentioned that there was no baby cot in the room, they immediately intervened and brought the baby cot.
The hotel is quite large but divided into several buildings, so although there were many guests, I did not feel like it’s crowded even during meals because the meal times last for 2-3 hours.
Quite solid all inclusive offer with variety of food, even the little one was easily fed from the selection.
We were in a triple superior room which was quite large and offered sufficient space for the kiddos to run around. We were on the ground floor with terrace door opening to a yard so we were able to let the kids go outside where we could watch them.
There is almost bo car traffic, except for the parking lot; they have an underground tunnel leading directly to the beach.
The beach was sandy, sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price. The seabed is rocky, but there is a small ramp that enables to skip the rocks. The see deepens gradually and is perfect for small children.
There is a big pool, 3.5 meters deep and there is a children’s pool.
The city is 5 min with a car and is worthwhile to visit.
All in all, we are very satisfied with the hotel and the accommodation. I would not hesitate paying them another visit.

Hi all,

We went to this hotel two times in late May 2019 and June 2021. And both times we had a great time.

First let me say that both vacations were great, although things were better in 2019, but so was the whole world. What I mean is that the food had more variety and kids entertainment, but rest then that everything else was the same.

You should also know that Mouzenidis Thesaloniki went bacrupt and they were moving the guests from other hotels to this one, at least that's what we heard, I guess manaagement will correct if I' wrong. So it was crowded in the hotel for a few days, but other than waiting in the restaurant for a few extra minutes (10-15) or having to get to the beach a bit earlier (around 8:00 AM) the rest was good. And it lasted for 3 days.

For us, there were a few important things when we were choosing the hotel, cleanness, approach and distance to the beach and food.

Cleanness

The hotel is very clean, and we even asked to change the sheets a few times more than scheduled (traveling with small kids can get the room messy), and the staff changed the sheets the same day.

Approach to the beach

The beach is like 300 meters from the room, we stayed in a maisonette near the main entrance, and although the beach is across the street you have a tunnel so no worries there. Also, aside from a few steps from the room itself (like 10) you don't have any steps which was important for the strolley.

Food

The food and the restaurant are what has changed from our first time, but we still had 5-6 main dishes, a bunch of salads, sweets, and fruit. We like melon and watermelon, there were others but it wasn't so important for us. The one thing that we were missing in the first few days was the soup for the kids, but that changed too after the first few days.

The beach... :)

Well, the beach is not so big, but for us was enough, especially because we mainly stayed in the beach bar. It's important to say that we arrived on the first opening day of this season and that some hiccups were expected. But whatever you need at the beach just talk to Temis, he will figure it out or dye trying. :)
The water was clean, the beach is safe, our older was running and playing and had a lot of fun without us constantly hovering over him. Just put the hat on and let him enjoy.

Special thanks to Temis :)

Man, I don't know how to thank this guy enough. He was always friendly, always available to help, and always there for any kind of special request, and boy we had them... Like, play kid's favorite greek song a few times per day, or giving me extra paper towels when our kid pooped in the middle of the beach bar (we were getting off the dipers...). And he was always doing it always with a smile.

If there wasn't for him this would be just another hotel we went to.
So thank you so much for your patience and a great time.

I hope this review helps you get a better insight into this hotel

PS. Staff get ready, we are coming back crazier, bigger, and more demanding! :)

Had a fabulous week away in May at this beautiful hotel complex. We were given a room with double bed and mezzanine bedroom upstairs and a balcony overlooking the sea. Room had full size fridge, free safe, toiletries, and was spotless and bathroom extremely modern.
The gardens had amazing flowers and trees, really pretty landscaping. Kept beautifully.
Food was buffet style with plenty of choice. Really good choice of breads and bakery items and desserts were nicely presented. Help yourself to wines, beers, soft drinks off the pumps in the restaurant. Restaurant staff very pleasant.
Bars were tended by Maria( very pleasant young lady), Nickalao and beach bar was Themis. All made the holiday enjoyable.
Good drink quality and no queues when we were there, to be served. No entertainment at all but the season just starting. Some music was put on by the bar man and folk got up to dance occasionally which was ok. Some that had booked through a travel agent were expecting more than us, but for the price that most people we spoke to had paid, we think we had fabulous value for money, added into the fact that the place had stunning scenery making for a beautiful relaxing holiday.
Plenty of sun beds round the pool and on the private beach, which you must sample, it’s stunning. It’s accessed through the hotels own tunnel. There are showers there too and toilets. The bar there looks like it’s been freshly done. You can get all the drinks down there. Cocktails too.
The town is a good 35 minute walk but worth it when you get there as lots of bars and restaurants and little shops. Worth a visit.
The journey from the airport is long but we found it worthwhile for what we had when we got there. Most pleasantly surprised and would definitely go back.

We stayed at this hotel in the last week of May. Beautiful rooms and weather, great service but food and facilities need improvement. There is no entertainment as stated on the Tui website, there is no indoor pool, the "gym" consists of 1 bike, isn't even open, and the food is mediocre.

The food is always cold and consists of the same food every day, the advertised "snacks" consist of stale sandwiches and are only available by the pool, not by the beach as stated. You have to pay for ice-cream, which is not great.

Most foods are not labelled and contain no allergen information. The market on site is ridiculously expensive, which isn't ideal considering there are no other local shops.

The pool is freezing and gets very deep very fast.

There is NO tui rep on site, and no tui trips run from this location. It's boring and there is nothing to do. If you like sitting by the pool all day and eating stale sandwiches, Aristoteles may just be the hotel for you.

Will not return.

This was our first holiday since COVID-19. We were looking for a relaxing 14 days. The hotel is situated in a lovely position overlooking the sea. The beach is over crowded most of the day. Our rooms were very basic with very little storage space, they were cleaned every other day. Staff in the complex were really helpful and pleasant. The food in the dining room became very samey after about a week. The bar food was leftovers from breakfast and lunchtime. there was no cooking theatre station, so nothing was cooked to order as mentioned in Tui brochure.
The head chef was very helpful and chatty. With regards to the dress code there is no dress code. Tui was very specific about the dress code in the brochure, signs around the hotel with less so and nobody took any notice and no staff said anything to people walking around in their swimwear in the food hall.
The all-inclusive drinks were a laugh, all the drinks with water down particularly the alcoholic drinks, the brochure says that you could purchase international drinks with a 20% discount but these weren’t available, we couldn’t even get Metax or Mythos on the resort. We paid €16 for a taxi into the nearest town there and back to stock up on wine and beer to bring back to the resort.
We use the mini market in the hotel next door as it was better stocked and cheaper than the shop on our resort.
I’ve worked in the hospitality industry all my life and it’s obvious to me that the majority of the cost of our holiday went to the tour operators. No Tui rep was available for the duration of our stay wether on the app 24/7 or email. We felt we were dumped here and left to our own devices.

We stayed in this hotel for a week through TUI. The location of the hotel is good with 5mins walk to the beach. Sandy beach, sea is good for swimming and snorkelling. Food at the pool/beach bar is limited with some sandwiches and no all inclusive ice creams.
Food at the main restaurant is extremely good, with some good choices that one will find something to enjoy.
The resources at the hotel are fantastic as the season has just started, I'm sure there will be plenty of entertainment. There is a mini market which sells pretty much all essentials and souvenirs.
The rooms are very spacious with air condition and a TV, They are cleaned every other day and supplied with fresh towels.
Sadly, the channels on the television were only in Greek apart from BBC news.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and served with a smile.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel takes about 2 hrs by coach.

Nearby town is 8 euro by taxi where there some attractions, restaurant and some souvenir shops.

Some would not enjoy the fact that the hotel is built on a hill, so you would expect some climbing and uneven terrain.

We have just landed back home after only 1 weeks stay when had a 2 week holiday booked with Tui.

We flew home early as the holiday package we booked through Tui wasn’t what we received

My children were bored by day 2!

The holiday was advertised having entertainment day and night, open cooking stations and snack’s ice cream etc at both the pool and beach bar

unfortunately there was NO entertainment NO open cooking stations and NO snacks or ice cream included in the all inclusive package at the beach bar.
It only included very dry sandwiches at the pool bar.

The main restaurant was where the breakfast lunch and dinner was served. The food wasn’t amazing very and I mean very repetitive and most of the time it was luke warm or cold.

The main restaurant lunch time finished at 14.30 and didn’t open again till 19.00. Which is a longtime for children when it’s meant to be all inclusive and there’s no other services like Tui advertised.

Even the over priced shop in the hotel closed at 14.00 and re opened 18.00 so unless you wanted to chew on a stale dry sandwich offered at the pool bar only you were pretty stuffed.

The only ice cream available through the day was at the beach bar which you had to pay for … no good for all inclusive as advertised by tui!

The pool was also very strict so even with no entertainment you couldn’t make your own fun as the life guard made sure NO child can jump into the pool even though the pool is 3.5Mtrs deep.
Also No child under the age of 13 is allowed to be in the swimming pool without an adults even if the child can swim! Which ruined it for us as my children can all swim and didn’t want me by there side 24/7 in the water. Kids wanted to be free and have fun!

The pool also does not open till 10am so no early morning swim for anyone
Plus the pool and the beach bar both don’t open till 10am and close at 18.00

The right 18.00 you can’t even get a refill of a tiny plastic cup of water down at the beach after 18.00!

The only positive note we experienced with hotel is that is is very clean and the views are beautiful.

There is only one member of staff that actually made an effort with the holiday makers and that was Temis at the beach bar. The pool bar man and the life guard around the pool were as miserable as sin.

There is a village which costs £8 euros to get too in a taxi. Very quiet village we had Gyros a couple of times there just to have some descent food.

There also boat hire and water sports further down the beach. The boats hire is worth it.
But unfortunately if you want to do any of the water sports you have to prebook everything…. Slightly annoying of you want to do something spontaneous like the ringo’s or parasailing

Average hotel nice decor, room was modern and fully furnished despite broken shower door was very nice. Rooms are located up a hill so expect a tiring walk back depending on distance from lobby/pool, food was not good very bland same selection everyday definitely room for improvement. In terms of location there is nothing around walking distance , town is a 5 min cab ride so if your looking for local restaurants and bars there’s nothing in walking distance. Pool is very nice minimal sun beds and 0 entertainment to keep you busy; best for a very short stay because you will be left bored with very little to do. Finally I’d say this is not a 4 star hotel at all more like a 3 star very average I would not return much better hotels in the area. Only complain I have is on our last day we had a late flight so our all inclusive stopped first thing in the morning meaning we was unable to eat or drink all day; we had a member of staff following us around all day with eyes on us talking to every member of staff making sure we would not try to eat or drink even tho this was not our intention! Made us very uncomfortable, was a extremely un professional approach.

We had a nice week at this hotel. For the price we paid, we got more than we expected.
The hotel is nice, the rooms are tidy, they are cleaned every other day, towels and bed linen are changed, too. Located on a hill, it blended in nicely with the ambiance of all those steps and greenery.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and those who work in the restaurant tirelessly clean the tables and set the cutlery. During the time we spent there, absolutely nothing was missing. I didn’t like the sweets because I don’t like all those creams, but on the days when Greek desserts were served, it was great. Besides, there was always plenty of fruit.
The last few days have been a bit more crowded on the beach, so it had to be early if you wanted to take the deck chairs and parasol, but that’s the way it is in most hotels.

Hotel is nice and rooms with sea view have nice view from the hill.
People with mobility issues should consider notifying reception in advance on room preferencies.
Pros:
- clean sea,
- polite personell,
- nice pool
- location of hotel in nice sorroundings
Cons:
- work hours of pool and beach bar should be extended until 19h al least in peak seson.
- no bottled water only on mashine tap filtered which is a problem due to work hours of pool bar ( until 23h) and beach bar ( until 18h) no water afterwards
- food is same every 3 days, meat should be more quality and variety as well as sea fish ( not only sardins, trout and pangasius)
- small beach for hotel capacity you must wake up at 7-8 latest to set a towel and have lounge at the beach
