Detailed Reviews
This review is about the Cafe at Stathis Hotel. I had my coffee there for three consecutive days during my vacay at Siviri and I was very happy as a Greek to observe how genuinely polite and accommodating all the stuff were. Professional, with a smile on their face at all times and eager to help. The coffee was good which is saying a lot considering I am very difficult when it comes to coffee. Make sure you visit Stathis Cafe during your stay at Siviri

First of all this is not a Hotel. Don't get confused. This is simply Greek-style family apartments with good location and a very nice beach coffee bar and organized beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The owner was very professional, which is not always the case with the Greek owners. The check-in and check-out was smooth. We were accommodated in the apartments on the ground floor, with a nice terrace and some green grass space in front of the apartments. The apartments are good for the price, the sheets, covers and towels were clean and regularly changed. Again, it is not always customary to expect clean bedding in Greek private accommodation. Mattresses were pretty good.
The downside of the ground floor apartments (all of them) was that there were ants all over the terrace and kitchen. The ants could be found all over the kitchen cabinets and around the refrigerator. The bathroom was somewhat small and the shower cabin too tight for an average built.
The access to the beach is perfect, just few steps away and the beach was well maintained and clean. The staff was very nice and polite, hardworking for sure.
Siviri is a very cute little village that offers everything that a family needs in a small place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It is very children friendly and safe.

The apartment hotel is located directly on the beach promenade.
The apartments are newly renovated and modernly furnished. The balcony is very large. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not well equipped, there was only one huge pot, no trash can. There was also no kettle, tea towel, sponge or washing-up liquid. Our apartment was only cleaned once a week and the only trash can for toilet paper was emptied.
The WiFi worked very poorly or not at all.
The location directly on the beach is good, unfortunately the beach was completely overcrowded. The beach is a soft, flat sandy beach with crystal clear water. Unfortunately, it is not very well maintained.
You had to be there by 7 a.m. at the latest, otherwise you had little chance of getting a lounger on the beach and you were not allowed to leave the spot - otherwise the lounger would be gone again. The whole place does not seem Greek.

Pros: close to the beach, parking avaliable, good value for money
Cons: Small apartments, there was a nasty smell comeing out from tne kitchen all the time, they try to solve it with refrechener but it made situation even worst. To many ambrelas on the beac so its very crowded, waitresses allways asking what you whant to drink, little anoying.

We stayed in the hotel the busiest time of the year (18 Aug) just for one night, but had we known how beautiful the hotel was we would have definitely stayed in the first leg of Chalkidiki for longer just for this hotel. Amazing view, recently refurbished rooms with spacious kitchen, luxury bathroom, and a fantastic balcony literally over the sand. The room/towels/bed sheets were clean at the highest standards, we booked a double room but there was one more bed inside, yet the place was still very comfortable and spacious. Ideally located in the front side of the sea, with a fantastic garden. Recommended already not only to couples but families with children as well.

+1
This was our first time in Siviri, but not in Kassandra. Stathis is the best place to be, it's cafe being the most beautiful and the cleanest one on the beach. Personnel is dedicated, invigorating and food and drinks are up to it's value. There are no good enough words to describe the sweets that embellished ones taste, whether being a common chocolate muffin with cream and vanilla ice-cream, or magnificent waffle with chocolate cream, vanilla ice-cream on the top, followed by bunches of whipped cream with syrup. Ambient chill reggaeton music, perfectly matched, gives one utterly pleasure for what it's worth

We have stayed twice at these apartments. They are poorly furnished but the view from the room is great-the sea stretches in front of you. The cafe bar is good and if you order sth from it, they wont charge you sunbeds and umbrella. The owner allowed us to check out late, which we appreciate and would come again.
