We ate at the restaurant here one evening because the pictures astounded us. We were not disappointed. The sunset could be seen directly from the table and the view onto the water was beautiful. The food and service were also top notch. Can only recommend this place if you are in the area!

We arrived here on the 1st day of the reopening of the restaurant. We found the stuff friendly and helpful like always. Food was spectacular. All the ingredients were fresh and very tasty! Especially the fish and sea fruits.

Nature, sea, green & blue and hospitality. 100% advise. Like your house. So close to center but so quite. Delicious meals and panaroma with Big bro Gregory. Lovely holiday! Confortable sea side and beds. Kindles personal with patron. Sonia has a perfect mother. Last one you can find organic tomato, pepper, cucumber in greek style.

I first stayed in this property in 2011. There were some problems but in general it was OK for couple of days. Food was fantastic and price was reasonable. I'm just coming back from this property (24-25 August 2018). After 7 years, I saw that no restoration has been made. Especially for kids and old people, it is very dangerous. Walking path to the sea from the rooms is extremely steeped, made of concrete and causes serious injuries. I booked 3 rooms for 3 families and 1 family with an old lady had to move to another beach due to this reason. No showers and changing cabins. Water around the small sunbed area is partly dirty. Sea is excellent but this year I saw many dozens of poisonous jellyfish (bigger than 10 inches in diameter) at the seaside, so that I moved my family out of the water. 500 ml still water is 50 cents throughout Greece, but here they sell 750 ml at 2€. Breakfast is so limited and 7 €. That's why, we were only group having breakfast there. I asked my Greek friend to book 2 nights. We also said if everybody likes, we might have prolong to 3 nights. We stayed 2 nights, because we had flights. Owner lady behaved so unfriendly and unfair during checkout, so that we had to pay the 3rd night without staying. By the way there was no written booking to show the duration, only a phone call. Now I understand very well why this property is not seen in many booking sites like booking.com or else. They even don’t have a website, or internet data, address, etc. Finally, I came back to this hotel after 7 years, but I'm never ever gonna be back again. During this 8 days trip, I booked for my group of 5 families, 6 different cities at mostly **** hotels (Thessaloniki, Kalambaka, Ioannina, Delphi and Nafplio). That property was absolutely the worst, lowest quality without even * and cost us at highest. Food is extremely expensive. Keep away from dinners there. More expensive from luxury seafood restaurants at the seaside in center of Neos Marmaras.

The location is amazing, simply yet tastefully decorated. You can see the small beach with round sun shades and the sunset through the pine trees, over Sithonia peninsula is nothing short of breathtaking. We had a vegetarian dinner, best fried zucchini in a long time, together with an eggplant dish of the day. The good rose house wine and the complimentary dessert (orange pie or watermelon) made for a complete and extraordinary dinner. Will go again!
