Gehört einer halbgriechisch halb österreichischen Familie, welche sich persönlich um einen kümmert. Sie sprechen deutsch, englisch und griechisch und sind sehr nett. Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und nur 10m vom Strand entfernt.

Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι ακριβώς στο κέντρο της παραλίας Λεπτοκαρυάς. Καθαρό και με άνετα δωμάτια. Οι ιδιοκτήτες αρκετά φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν υπάρχει κάποια ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση στα δωμάτια αλλα σε επιβραβεύει η θέα απο το μπαλκόνι που βλέπεις κατευθειαν τη θάλασσα. Ακριβώς γύρω απο το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν πολλά mini market, ενα ιατρικό κέντρο και ταβέρνες.
