Hotel owners are seemingly kind!Their only interes is to take your money! I had an incident that water drops from the bathroom fell on my leg! The owners was more interested in how to charge me for repairs then for my leg! Fly club travel agency when excursions are in question also cheat tourists! Going in Mega Outlet and listing a brends they have turned in ordinary shoping of unknown Greek brends! The beach is terrible, full of stones so you can't get into the water normally! No more Leptokaria any more!

Benefits of this hotel are location and eventually angle rooms cause they have large terace but everything else is above the aveage including the stuff. I am not sure how they categorized this place as a hotel except that it is huge. But here are some tips anyway: if you are there in the season take room 204 or above it because of the sun position. If you are out of the season use the room 202 for the same reason. Rooms are typical studios, they are ok. Hygiene is not ok. Not that is messy and smells and stuff - no, but ones that were before you in the room cleans, and if they didn't that's what you get. Teraces look at each other, no provacy, but as I saw all the hotels in this area of Leptokaria are so near that you can hear what others in a hotel next by are talkong. So, couples with a desire for solitude and privacy think twice. Location is really good, it's some 30 meters from a beach, one block from a main street. Everything is close. We didn't get any towels or toalet paper, so bring it and a dish detergent. Good thing about rooms is that they have a kitchen with a fridge.

We arrived and got a room without a booking, we paid 35 Euros for 1 night. The rooms were basic but neat and tidy and had a little self contained kitchen with a stove, pots, pan, cutlery and plates so if you like you can cook up in your room. The people who ran the place were very kind and warm people and we managed to do fine with the limited English they spoke. The hotel located very close to beach and is in a great location it also has a number of parking bays too which is great as getting a parking spot is very difficult in the busy part of town. There is no lift so we had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. All in all for 35 euros a night really can't go wrong, yes the rooms are basic and a bit out dated but in Leptokaria you ain't gonna spend much time in you room as their is so much to do and see.

We got moved to this hotel/apartment due to a sports group fully booking the hotel we originally booked. We were lucky! Self-catering room, with air-conditioning, TV (not that you need it in a place like Leptokarya) and balcony. We stayed for 8 nights - the room wasn't cleaned for us in that duration, and the hotel didn't have a restaurant. The location was perfect, a few minutes from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and beach. Free WiFi in the comfortable reception/bar area, with cheap drinks. Friendly staff - but they had limited English (easily to get around, as there is a guide based there who spoke very good English). A few minutes walk from the town square which boasts many shops, and bars, and a nice park. Also close to pick-up points for tours of the tourist attractions. At the weekends it was very noisy outside the hotel as there were many hotels/apartments in that area, but the hotel itself was very quiet.
