Everything was great. Hotel staff was so nice and very friendly. Food is exceptional and the hygiene was for five stars. Best hotel that we ever visited in Greece. And the restorants are great. See you next time.

Hotel's Favorite
We spent four days at this hotel and enjoyed every moment! It looks just like in the pictures, so peaceful and beautiful. The Hotel is clean, the whole vicinity is clean (pools, bars, beach) the staff is very helpful and friendly and they all speak English. A great spa with a Hammam based on pre order so you have the place to yourself. Any issue we had was addressed immediately (small problem with the shower, transportation and information). The food in the dinning room is great, A good variety, tasty and healthy cooking. Excellent service throughout the hotel and all its locations. Suitable for couples, families and friends.

Every staff member is incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool and beach facilities are fantastic. My only criticism would be a lack of atmosphere in evenings, but towns nearby are excellent to eat out.

Have just come back from 10 days at Kassandra Palace, and i have a pretty mixed review. Starting with the good; grounds around the hotel beautiful, and well looked after/maintained, staff in restaurant and bars lovely and friendly, rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily. Breakfast lovely. Pool area nice. Now for the not so good: Service in main bar very slow Literally no evening entertainment Beach bar closes at 9.30! Reception staff unhelpful. We needed help for trips, as hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and they werent very forthcoming. Trips they did send us on were misleading and not what we asked for. Also, i asked about watersports, and was given a locations 15 minutes away, when we later found out there were water sports further up our beach!!! Sea is amazing (we went snorkling and saw loads of fish even in the shallow parts), but you need sea shoes as its very rocky getting in. If you want a complete chill out this hotel is perfect for you, but if like us you wanted a mix be prepared to spend alot of money. We did 2 trips that cost 270 euros. A 20 minute taxi ride away from the hotel was 40 euros return. Cocktails are 10 euros each, and although they do 'happy hour', this doesnt include them. Our last night we were particularly disappointed. We paid for 10 nights half board, but we only got 9 nights in the end, as we checked in after dinner had finished serving on our first night, so as we didnt leave til after dinner on our last night and this was our 10th night dinner wise we thought this would be included. We went into the restaurant as usual and gave our room number-nothing was said. It wasnt until after we had eaten (just a chicken salad, as the food in the restaurant does get very samey), that we were told we would have to pay for those meals-60 euros!!!!!!! If we had known we would have got something from the pool bar. Very disappointed, and put a taint on our stay

My husband & I throughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we stepped into reception until we checked out everybody's customer service was excellent. Great selection of food. The hotel was lovely and clean everywhere. We had a garden view room to the side of the hotel we were very fortunate to see the sea also. The maid cleaned our room spotlessly every day. The towels were missing one day as soon as we called they bought some straight to our room. The girls in Animation were lovely and friendly we enjoyed a couple of quiz nights with them. Music entertainment was nice and relaxing. Thank you Kassandra Palace for making our holiday a great one to remember.

I visited Kassandra Palace with my two friends for a 5 night stay. Overall, we were impressed with the facilities, but there was plenty of room for improvement. The biggest problem was the food. I do not recommend this hotel for people with severe allergies and other dietary restrictions. As well as the complete lack of choice for vegetarian food, hardly any of the dishes were correctly labelled. We found some salads that contained nuts that had no label whatsoever. The main concern for us was the cross-contamination of supposedly gluten free dishes. My friend has Coeliac’s disease and emailed the hotel twice before we arrived to ensure they were prepared to serve gluten-free food at breakfast and dinner. However, food was cooked on the same pan and the same serving spoon was used to serve all dishes - please be careful if you have a severe food allergy! The service was good but not great. One night we returned to the room with no bath towels as the cleaners had removed them. Everything took around 30 minutes to arrive after calling reception, and we had to call multiple times for reception to answer. However, both the pool and beach were lovely and we were able to order drinks to both areas fairly easily. Our highlight was definitely the neck and back massage we booked - very relaxing and we got free access to the sauna and steam room.

Me my partner and our five month old stayed in Kassandra palace from 24/06/22-28/06/22 on a half board basis. For our first family holiday it was amazing, the hotel provides a spacious area several areas for shade and sun. A baby pool and large pool which could hold a capacity of many people. It is located right near the beach so there are also sun beds there as well as a bar that sells brunch food. Breakfast - breakfast was poor. We were very limited as we are not red meat eaters so the only thing we could have was pancakes beans omelettes. There was not a good enough variety for a diversity of people. Dinner was also very basic so we chose to eat out all 4 of our nights. The magnolia restaurant at the end of the hotel we tried and wasn’t Impressed to be honest. The food was bland however the scenery was impressive. The beaches & pools were amazing. The room was good aswell balcony view was good. Our room was cleaned every two days with fresh towels. We were also provided with 3 cards which we could trade for new beach towels everyday from the spa. Separately, there is a mini market inside the hotel on the ground floor. They sell snacks, water, floats, souvenirs and the shop keeper will pump your floats for free. He was lovely shout out to him! We travelled out to a village called polychrono (6 minute drive) 30 minute walk where there were a few lovely restaurants, supermarkets and tourist shops near the beach. Our personal fave was Amfora, Flegra and a very homely restaurant called Taverna Polichrono where we ate twice. The food in polychrono was excellent. Therefore if you were looking for a different range I would suggest visiting there. 6€ for the taxi service 12€ there and back. Overall our holiday for the experience was great we loved being by the pool, staff were very friendly, taxi service was excellent, the only downside was the food and the limited restaurants and food provided.
