I was on holiday with my family at the hotel. The rooms and the cleanliness were at a good level. Also the pool was well cleaned. But the food was under all criticism. A very small choice of no fruit to dessert at dinner. Breakfast was under all criticism - just once in five days there was a vegetable, no cheese ever. There was only margarine, not butter. No choice of food, only the boiled eggs were appropriate.

This is a family run hotel and the attention we got was brilliant! Eddie and Georgia on the bar were always very friendly and Aris the manager, helped to get my husbands glasses fixed when I accidentally sat on them! The room we were in had a great view - I could see the sea from the bed- and was a good size (room 35a). The shower took a while to warm up in the morning but was fine in the evening. The air conditioning was very good. We asked for a kettle, iron and a hairdryer. It would have been nice to already have these in the room, but they were provided on request. Breakfast was included. This was basic but filling and we tended to eat out. The only real downside, is that the hill is steep up to the village and in the heat it can be tiring. It's about a 10 min walk but you can get a cab. After walking that hill for a week, the stairs in my house are easy! The pool is good, and there were plenty of sunbeds. Kriopigi is small but has a few good places. The Casablanca pub and Ostria were great! All in all, I would go back. It's great to find a place that is so friendly! I just hope they find the pillow, which went down the back of the wardrobe when I put it on the shelf!

Have just come back from a weeks stay and I loved it. Everyone who works at the hotel is so welcoming and friendly and always available to answer any questions you have. The rooms have everything you need and stay cool throughout the day. The pool area is a real suntrap and have a relaxing feel. Georgia and Eddie behind the bar couldn't be more friendly and worked late so that we could watch England play in the world cup. I would happily stay here again in the future

We spent summer holidays 7 times in Greece every year, but this time - June 2018- was so depressive . We paid for 3 adults accommodation for 7 nights all inclusive light menu. Very poor menu with no diversification, almost every day were prepared eggplant and rise. No Greek food served in daily menu, no tomatoes, no feta cheese, no salads. Towels are changed after 3 days so far! The distance to beach is 600 meters but downhills . The beach is full of big stones moreover a lot of stones are in the sea area . Beer and wine served at bar are low quality. Kryopigi town center is also poor and expensive . Better choice is Kallithea!

Me and my boyfriend just returned from our trip in Greece where we had a rather unpleasant experience regarding our stay. As I mentioned in the title, the hotel itself was quite pleasing, interesting settlement with a great view to the sea from the balcony. The bungalows were dispersed and built with the usual white and blue colors which gave that typical Greek air. Moving inside our room , we discovered little space but comfortable and clean beds , with air conditioning available and a strong net door to our balcony to keep the bees away. Regarding the bathroom , the space available was enough for us and there was always warm water running. In general, I can only make modest remarks regarding our room and if you plan to actually use your room only to rest - it's sea time in Greece after all - it is more than enough. Moving along, we reach our main problem which refers to our food service. We booked an all inclusive stay and that diminished all our chances to eat something we actually enjoy. We did have a 3 meal per day including breakfast, lunch and dinner but modest, cooked extremely oily and kept in the same warm grease for 3 hours. We expected fish or seafood - we are in Greece after all - to be served in the end with the same spaghetti and suspicious sauce, fat meat with oily potatoes , some other shady pasta and to top them all , a questionable tomato soup with some pasta in it that made both of us feel sick . The 2 first days were terrible as we would go and eat and couldn't leave our room as we felt the need to sleep because the food was terrible. We had a break for 2 days and ate in town and then , given we paid for all inclusive, we decided to at least eat something from the meals given ( that would be grapes, watermelon, salad, and some pastry in the morning ). Even though the staff was very friendly and the room was clean, the fact that we paid all inclusive and the food was rather poor felt as if we lost a huge amount of money which we could've used to eat something cooked well enough to feel pleasant in the end. I would definitely NOT recommend all inclusive at this hotel, but the breakfast was reasonable enough. However, we received good drinks ( beer , 3 types of wine, 4 types of juices , filtered and good coffee ) for as long as we wanted.
