Detailed Reviews
Really disappointed, not a 3 star hotel. It has NO air conditioning in any rooms, kettle, hair dryer or toiletries. Fans can be hired for £2.50 per day extra. The food was very limited choice (chips, pasta, 1 other dish), poor quality - more school dinners than hotel. We had the same 3 deserts every day! - cold rice pudding, mousse and cake with mousse on. Coffee was only available with breakfast. The snacks also were very poor, squares of pizza, cheese rolls and tiny open sandwiches. The spa was a couple of tables by the pool and we never found the fitness centre!
On the plus side the location near the beach was excellent and the room was clean although we only had towel changes every 2/3 days and sheets changed once in a week.
The WiFi was available in the lobby, but £2.50 per day. Free drinks were available during limited hours and only from the lobby bar.
The resort is great for the beach and sea and lots of things to do. If you use this hotel be prepared for hot rooms and eat out as there are lots of good restaurants with cheap food in the area.

I've been to this hotel 3 times now, 4 times in Sunny Beach. This hotel is great for bed and breakfast, can't recommend anything else as that's all we have done but our family liked the breakfast options, bacon, beans, continental sausage, fried egg, scrambled egg, cheese, cold meats etc French toast, cereal, Nescafé coffee, water, juice ( cherry, apple &orange) toast if you can be bothered to wait on those big toasters!
I didn't do all inclusive so really can't comment, put it this way, didn't make me want to trade up, depends on who you are with or if you have kids etc as it's not expensive to eat out.
The pool area is the best feature of this hotel, and the pool & pool bar are exceptional! Swim up bar, all the cocktails are 2for1, friendly owners(Vlado & Vlasko) make you feel at home.
There is a video games and pool, snooker , games area available too if you want to get out of the sun for a wee while
Rooms are clean, done every day, can't complain about them at all. No air con, if you want you can hire a fan. I never have tho.

We came to Bulgaria for my 30th birthday. I've got to say it was one of the best holidays I've had. I couldnt fault the hotel it was spotless everyday food was ok there was something we liked so didn't grumble. The guys in the pool bar were ace hello Valdo and Vagos........At night we ate out because it was so cheap and the food we had was great. We cant wait to come back next year well miss it. Thanx to my partner had the best time ever.

on arrival at 3am we were tired but astounded that there was no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, you want a kettle you pay, oh and your only allowed plastic cups,
all this review this happens a lot, all inclusive I think not.
Breakfast all 7 days I love olives but liverwurst, olives, salad cold scrambled egg, dinners were appalling and im a chef, when I asked why it was luke warm, the staff said it was better that way, I tried to warm it in the microwave but that was broken, I say food poisening waiting to happen.
it was very warm day 2 so asked for a fan, you guessed it at a price, the kids next door complained to mum only 1 ice cream a day, and the snacks at lunch, cold sliced pizza bits and puff pastry bits,
To keep your passport safe in a strong box, yes pay for that too, any way lets do a review online, opps sorry wifi only available in reception of course at a price.
a young child slipped on the floor and banged his head not too serious but was told to stop crying from the staff, not the best thing to do.
so far just for food to eat out think about taking 60 pounds a day you will need it, not one person I talked to had a good word but I have one, the room was clean and maid service was good, would I go back? no way self catering for me next time

A recent holiday turns out to be a nightmare all inclusive the food was disgusting the staff were very snotty we had the make my room sign on door for 5 days before we got clean bedding the bins were never emptied and we had to grab towels off cleaners trolley’s when we passed them. The pool and pool bar were faultless apart from the one eyed life guard who could hardly swim and the old man gardener who would cut the grass when everyone sunbathing throwing dust and grass all over everyone we ended up spending an extra £1500 on eating out and nearly every restaurant wanted either 1 or 2 lev just to go to the toilet even had people sitting outside toilets if you didn’t pay it they wouldn’t let you in PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL don’t ruin your holiday you worked all year to pay for

Hotel was refurbished and quite nice appearance.
I stayed bed n breakfast. Very poor ate 3 times in the week couldnt stomach any more!
Cold food ,rude waiters try to take your plate while still eating just cos you put your knife n fork down!
No where near enough sunbed. Getting up at 5am or earlier to put towels on beds which resulted in 2 bar brawls
Pool itself is ample size however very cold
I had to buy airbeds (£20)to lye on the grass around the pool as not enough beds
Even tried the beach but that was expensive as it cost 30lev =£15 a day for shade and 2 beds
Pool bar is not free if your all inclusive you have to keep going backwards and forwards to the hotel bar itself
My girl was sick in the toilet near the bar (due to breakfasts being poor) So I asked reception for a cleaner or a mop to clean it up I was given 2 toilet rolls!
Plus points fee air con in the rooms
Cleaners everyday
Nothing got stolen
Lifts to every floor
Shops full of copy clothes
Lovery restaurant called morris
Entertainment team was hitty missy for the kids
Overall pleasant looking hotel but does leave much to be improved .
Not really a family resort I think x
More couples or party place

Aggressive rude staff, Cleaners? What are they? Food, raw pork, mash is like slop and every day its the same rubbish. Complaints go into thin air, even written ones. 30deg sweaty heat with no air con and told we can only have sheets changed every 7 days. If you come for 2wks that's once. Staff laughed in our face when we showed them the raw pork, gave us the plate back and walked off. Pool is poorly maintained, loads of broken sunbeds and all inclusive drinks are in plastic cups and you can't get them from the pool bar as its for paying customers only, we had to walk back into the reception bar and queue up. Snacks were rubbish and the breakfast cereal like cardboard. See the pic of dust on our 30year old TV lol.

Yes at my own experience. Pls pls don't go there, in fact anything under a 4 star is not going to nice but this hotel is a dump. Everyone was complaining
