February, not the best month for a short holiday. A bit chilly, a bit wet but when we arrived at Maison No.20, we forgot all about that. A lovely decorated flat with a French feel, where it was warm and very cosy. The bed was very comfortable and each morning there was a basket with fresh baguette and croissants......oh, and home-made banana bread or something else sweet. Leeann gave us local info about markets in the area and restaurant recommendations. She also turned out to be very technical when we had a problem with the TV. A great place to stay, without any doubt!

Stayed for 3 nights ( 4 adults + 8 month old baby) in the 2 bedroom apartment . Very clean and spacious . Leeann provides a wonderful welcome pack of essentials ( milk , juice , coffee , tea etc …) and she really makes you feel at home . There is an option to have breakfast - it is superb with fresh bread , croissants and muffins. Street parking right outside the property is easy . Leeann is a wonderful host .

My family have owned a property in the rural commune of Agnac, just outside the village of Eymet, since 2000. During that time I have come to know Leeann & Guy. Friends have stayed at Maison 20 & have often been in Guy's Brocante. I had never stayed at Maison 20 until recently,

In January 2022 we sold our property. In April, I had to tidy up a few details regarding the sale. I stayed 3 nights at Maison 20,

It is a delightful place to stay. I stayed in the upstairs apartment, which comfortably would have accommodated 3 people. The living area had a good little kitchen, dining & lounge area. Everything that might require to cook your own meals was there.

The apartment was spotlessly clean & very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable & all the linen was available for your use.

I didn't ask for breakfast, however Leeann will provide a simple breakfast if you require. The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk to the bastide, where there are a number of excellent restaurants. Andine is my favourite, which serves Peruvian cuisine.

My stay was perfect & I thought very reasonable in terms of the price. I can thoroughly recommend the property & Leeann is a delight.

We had already spent 2 weeks visiting Paris, Disneyland and Eperney but it was our final leg in Eymet which was the most memorable part of our visit to France.

We planned our trip to include staying in a French village but we hadn't bargained on experiencing the beautiful 14th century buildings, lovely people, fantastic food and wine, the street festivals (bodegas) and the Magnificent Castles on the Dordogne.

Mason no 20 was a perfect home away from home, nestled a short walk from the centre of town  and some very highly recommended restaurants. The romantic decor looked like it should be in a magazine and the little finishing touches made it all the more special, not to mention the fact the we were in the middle of a medieval village from the 14th century. We had everything we needed and the laundromat was just around the corner. Our host was extremely helpful with recommendations that proved to be spot on and as we were not fluent in French, Leeann helped to smooth out some of the language difficulties. The hospitality will be remembered.

Mason no 20 was a perfect base to explore Eymet and surrounding villages. It will be a trip that my family and I will remember for a very long time. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Apt Deux for 4 nights with friends and absolutely loved it. We were in the area for a friends wedding nearby and found Maison 20 on Trip Advisor so were expecting good things from the positive reviews but the reality exceeded our expectations. The apartment is beautiful with 2 very generous bedrooms with super comfy beds. Breakfast was superb & it was quite exciting to see what delights Leann had baked for us each morning! The fresh bread & croissants were lovely but topped by the delicious banana bread & muffins. There were also yoghurts provided in the fridge each day along with milk, orange juice, butter, cheese & homemade jams plus coffee & a huge selection of teas - perfect way to start each day.

We had friends also staying in Apt Un and in La Petite Maison so got to see all of the accommodation available and all are stunning.

Eymet is a delightful small town and the pretty square is just a few minutes walk away. We would love to come back to the area & would definitely return to Maison 20 - thank you Leann 😀

Thanks for your lovely review. Guy and I are happy that you enjoyed your stay as we loved having you all to stay and I think that we were as excited as you were. The minute you all came down the stairs in your wedding finery was a treat and the weather was stunning. I hope that the groom is feeling better ;-) Merci encore, Leeann & Guy

We stayed in one of the apartments. The decor, host, value for money and quality of our stay were excellent. We had no problem with laundry as the coin operated laundromat is around the corner. This is a good base to explore the region. Eymet is a charming little town with all required amenities - shops, restaurants, cafe, post office etc. There were several options when it comes to dining out. Internet service in the apartment was spot on and fast. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Really warm and welcoming hosts the moment we arrived.
Leann and Guy are lovely hosts and most helpful. Our apartment was beautiful decorated and furnished to a very high standard - beautiful crisp linen super comfy bed - spotless clean. To our surprise we were provided with breakfast every morning with a lovely basket of croissants - banana loaf and bread, refreshments in our fridge with fresh orange juice butter milk etc.
Eymet is very quiet in November month but we loved the peace, and quiet roads since we were there to explore the Dordogne. We hope to return one day. Highly recommend

We spent a month touring southwest France and spent 4 nights in Eymet at Maison No.20. In hindsight, we wished we had stayed there longer - it was so perfect. Beautiful french decor, spacious, clean, comfortable home with king-sized bed, high ceilings and some lovely antique accents. Hostess very informative re: restaurants and surrounding area. She pointed us toward 2 terrific outdoor markets in nearby towns. There are 3-4 very very good restaurants right in Eymet and we very much enjoyed their menus. Each morning, a basket of yummy fresh muffins, baguettes was delivered to the back door!

Stayed at Leeann and Guys lovely top floor apartment while we were in Eymet for a wedding and we had the best stay. The apartment was stylish and comfortable (especially the bed) and we had fresh bread, butter, jams and croissants brought up each morning. Leeann is lovely, very friendly and super helpful and the village is beautiful. Highly recommend a stay here.

Leeann, the owner, met us and showed us how everything worked. The appartment has two separate en suite rooms with a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room, so each is quite private. Everything was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was croissants, bread, home made jams, the bread goods left fresh outside our door each morning, the other stuff in the fridge (orange juice, yoghurts) etc. with coffee prepared each evening, so all you had to do was press the button in the morning. We received some useful info on where to visit/eat (including which restaurants were closed on which days/in January in general) from Leeann. Beds were comfy, with good quality linens. It was a really pleasant experience and I would definitely stay there again.
