the hotel is a quaint and small property by the main road that leas from Fabrika bus terminal to Platias Gialos/psarou beach bus route, there is a small unnamed bus stop just next to it...we had a tough time locating and reaching the hotel even after the sketchy directions we received from the hotel owner and that really put us off..we got down at the last stop (the beach stop) and thereafter it was a steep uphill trek and with luggage not a pleasant experience... the rooms are small and just meant for sleeping at night, the bathroom had some essentials...the water outlet from the shower area was not good... we had breakfast included in our booking which was served downstairs and was nice..the wifi worked fine.. nearby couple of restaurants and supermarket offered other options. However, no complimentary water bottle/tea or coffee in the room..the towels were not changed the next day.. we paid 331 euros for two nights stay which seemed expensive for the kind of stay this property offered.....but the owner did help us out in locating our cab on the day of departure...they don't go out of their way with suggestions or recommendations but when asked they helped us out

The rooms are relatively small and certainly, do not worth 150 euros/night without breakfast. The bathroom was awful since there was only one exit for the water at the floor so having a bath means floating and obviously in some cases if one uses a lot of water it gets under the door in the room. The owners and staff were not polite

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted at the port with a free transfer to the hotel (and a smile!). The owner George was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and informative as soon as we arrived and throughout. Everything we needed was catered for, and he even offered a free breakfast of croissants, boiled eggs, and other nice things. Any information we needed was given to us and his wife was also very welcoming. The hotel was fantastic for a couple on a budget who are looking for somewhere friendly and relaxing to stay. Also it was very close to the bus stop, supermarket and scooter rental which made it an ideal place to stay. It was also lovely and quiet.

I would give a zero rating if I could. Far below average rooms but expensive price. Absolutely rude and annoying owner, unfriendly and unhelpful with zero manners. The even worse thing is you never know when they'll cut off the electricity and water!

Avoid this hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stated in. On arrival you pass the dumped washing machines in the entrance. The manager is cold, rude and unwelcoming. He charges my visa in GBP instead of Euro which incurs a £13 exchange rate fee, you find this out on the receipt after, he is supposed to ask you first which never happened, a total rip off. The room was filthy dirty, hairs on the floor from previous guests, dirt on surfaces, fridge had spillage a in it. Luckily cleaning materials were left outside our room so we cleaned it ourselves. The beds were not at all comfortable and sheets and towels never changed. It is located on the main road so don't have your window open to sleep. Considering we paid £127 per night for this hell hole. Do yourself a favour and give this a miss.

Not a good place to be, miserable hotel rooms. Not going to recommend it, very old hotel next to the road. Very costly for what it offers. Those kind of hotels bring bad reputation to the island of Mykonos

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. For example when you having breakfast, middle of the nowhere they can start to yelling you because you pull out of bed sheets. (That they didn't change for 4 days.) True story...

Terrible service with the owner yelling all the time and coming into the rooms without knocking - shes in a bad mood all day swearing the guests with every chance given.breakfast was disgusting.the rooms were ok but the bathroom was gross ! Besides that the only good thing is the location especially if you have a car- but you have to have a lot of patience for the landlady

It is well located, near the Chora (the centre of Mykonos) and in the middle point of the Island, so any beach that you want to visit is close to Skios Hotel. All bedrooms are equiped with air conditioned (essential because of the high temperatures) and a little fridge. Considering relation between quality and value, it is a complete waste of money, there's not double beds and you can clearly hear what is happening in my neighboor's room. The bathroom was quite dirty and the shower does'nt have a proper wastepipe, so when you get a shower, the hole bathroom its gonna be soaking wet. The breakfast did not change in my 3 days stay, just boiled eggs and bread with terribly acid orange squash. I know this is a family hotel, but all the facilities were plane considering this is a hotel located in one of the most colorful islands.
