We spent a week at Bill & Coo and truly loved it. The staff are all exceptional, look immaculate, work hard and remember all your little requests. We chose this hotel as we didn’t want to be in the centre of Mykonos Town and therefore it was perfect. It’s a 15 minute walk into the centre along a pretty busy road but you just need to pay attention. The crossroads going into town is like nothing I have ever seen for beeping and traffic - the thought of having to get a cab would he a nightmare. We stayed in one of their smallest rooms, a bachelor suite and was near to the car park which some have moaned about. However again this was perfect for us. We didn’t need a swim up pool in the room as just used the wonderful bar pool they have and we were hardly in the room anyway. Was plenty of space for us and our three suitcases for a week! Also being where we were meant we couldn’t hear the bar music 🎶 later into the evening. It’s not loud at all and very beach club style but I wouldn’t want to hear it through the early hours. The housekeeping team it must be said are world class. Well done to them. We visited their beach club on a few days and the transfer to there is complimentary. However for everything else you will get charged if you use their hotel drivers. But taxis are in short supply so we just sucked it up plus the drivers were lovely. We also visited Spilia beach club plus the restaurant in the cave there, and Hippie Fish twice. Do get the hotel to book for you in advance. Their beach club is nice and private and you don’t need to pay for beds there but the prices in Beefbar and Taverna make up for it! Chris and Nikos are great and do the hard job of managing everyone’s expectations of wanting to sit at the front. Actually a tip. The second row is better as the water comes up and drenches everything!! Do get concierge to book you in though as it get pretty full and only limited beds. We ate our both in the town and also in a couple places further away. Was nice to get away from the chaos that is the town. Special mention to Dimitris at breakfast and to Thanos, Vaselis, Eli and the extra special Erinda who work the evening shifts. We had some great laughs with them, they are all fabulous people and we thank them all for making our week and the amazing sunsets so special. We hope our paths will cross again. Also to all the concierge team for putting up with all our requests and to driver George who sounds like a Greek Sean Connery! It’s not cheap but be warned, nothing in Mykonos is. Do your research and you can eat and drink out for reasonable prices. We didn’t want fancy pants food and therefore loved the Taverna restaurant they have at their Bill& Coo coast as well as Nautilus, Eva’s Garden and Hippie Fish. Ate in the last three twice each. They will look after you. Enjoy it.

The very expensive suite that I booked from pictures on-line was not what we were given when we arrived. I was traveling. with my sister who was given a dark room next to the parking lot. We were promised sea side with ocean views. When they said they would move us, they moved us a 10 minute drive from each other. Be warned they have buildings on the road not on the beach and they are a good drive away from each other. This hotel is very expensive and not at all worth the money. A REAL RIPOFF! Stay clear of this place

I'm an avid traveler & an extensive researcher. I had read great reviews of Bill & Coo on Tripadvisor & had heard good things about the hotel. What a disappointment! We got off the ferry & had arranged for the hotel to pick the five of us up. I was horrified that Bill & Coo were charging us 200 euros for a 10 minute car trip from the port to the hotel, but resigned to paying the exorbitant fee when my travel agent told me she didn't have any other options in Mykonos. Bill & Coo met our family of five, with all of our luggage, etc., at the port with a car appropriate for three passengers. It was insane! I ended-up sitting on my husband's lap in the front seat - not a good introduction! On a positive note, the manager George was lovely & apologized profusely for the pick-up fiasco. The hotel setting is nice & the rooms are fine. My biggest issue is that the hotel provided no valid transportation options - they charged insane prices for any island transportation. Mykonos town is a five minute walk from Bill & Coo - the hotel wanted to charge us 50 euros to drive us to town. A taxi cost 10 euros. The hotel told us it would cost 160 euros to go to a local beach club - the car service I eventually found, which provided a large air conditioned van, charged 60 euros. The list goes on & on. When I asked the hotel for a car service (Uber is hard to find on Mykonos) they told me they didn't understand & asked if I wanted to rent a car. We're all used to paying crazy costs at hotels but this was beyond the pale & really tainted my opinion of the hotel. I think you can find more accommodating hotel options in Mykonos...

Response from Jacqueline Evangelou , Other at Bill & Coo Suites Lounge
Responded Jul 2, 2022
Dear Lynn Z, Thank you for choosing to stay at Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge and sharing your feedback on Tripadvisor. We hope you have enjoyed your overall stay with us and great to read your nice comments on the hotel setting and suites, as well as your kind feedback on our colleague George. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience created with the arrival transfer and as we always strive to provide exceptional service, we acknowledged there was an internal miscommunication with our team and have offered this service complimentary as it was the least we could do. Moreover, we have noted your comments about the charges of our transfer service that had been already communicated to you by our Team, and these will be well reviewed. As we understand certain aspects of your stay didn’t match your expectations, we truly hope to have the chance in the future to welcome you and your family back to our Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge to offer you a memorable stay and find the best possible solution for your transfers on the island of Mykonos. King regards, Jacqueline Evangelou Hotel Manager

Great hotel. Five star service. The best service in the Greek islands. Attentive but not over done. Nice location. 5 minute walk to Town. Rooms are clean. White and represent the Mykonos island charm. Nice hotel pool and bar overlooking the ocean. Spent the day at their beach club (10 min free private hotel car transfer arranged by front desk). Really nice daily breakfast with huge and fresh variety. This is a great hotel (service on par with four season and ritz). What truly makes this place stand out is the staff! Will undoubtedly return here next time we are in Mykonos.

Included in our fantastic stay at Bill and Coo were a range of treatments in the Valmont Spa. Absolutely incredible and the icing on the cake of making our trip so relaxing. Beautiful treatment rooms with superb therapists who were so accommodating and delighted to be able to bespoke our treatments to exactly what we wanted. Finishing off with delicious juices. Would highly recommend.

I never write any reviews even though I’m a frequent traveler but this place truly deserves it. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location was perfect, the quality of service delivered is even better. We booked the junior suite with plunge pool which was in an amazing condition and perfect sea view. The staff were incredibly welcoming and super nice! They were always smiling and welcoming. George Plakou who is a manager made sure that we had a wonderful stay. He gave us the best recommendations and consistently ensured that we are happy and was very delighted to support with whatever request we had. Nadia was also truly amazing, she made my morning with her smiles and checking on us every morning at breakfast. Erenda who is just an intern is wonderful, she made our stay even better while we were star gazing one night she made brought us some complimentary water and cakes without asking for it! I honestly recommend staying at Bill & Coo at Mykonos as it is exceptional. I will definitely return to it next year without hesitation.

We made the last min decision to get away for 4 nights to Mykonos Bill and Coo was recommended by our travel agent who we’ve built a great relationship over the years It did not disappoint! On arrival, we were given welcome drinks and cakes and we sat by the pool lounge while we enjoyed them and checked in. There was a small hiccup as we had booked the plunge pool suite however there was a problem with that room so we were downgraded for the first night however we were then upgraded to the best room with a full infinity pool suite! The staff were excellent- all clearly highly trained and very professional whilst still being friendly and personable It was good to hear that the owner looks after the staff well too! Special thanks to Thanos and Errie (apologies if spelt incorrect) - they were great and we really enjoyed their conversation! Superb staff!! I will be back in September with the wife!
