If this hotel was not at the top of a steep hill it could charge much higher prices, but then it wouldn't have the stunning views that it enjoys. From the booking process, to asking for pre-arrival help with restaurant bookings, to the day-to-day interaction with the staff the whole experience was friendly and professional. We had a sea-view room... More

We travelled to Mykonos in mid-August and were lucky enough to get a room at this fantastic hotel. The location, staff and service were excellent. The breakfast was great, much better than we expected at a small hotel. When we travelled through Mykonos on our way back to Athens, the staff were kind enough to arrange transfers from the port... The hospitality here is incredible. During breakfast the first morning I asked if there was soy milk available as I am lactose intolerant. They brought me soy milk and remembered every day after bringing it to me each time. Unbelievably nice and thoughtful. The hotel is up a pretty steep hill but very close to the bus station. Given its... More

Although it was a short stay, I was treated with such amazing hospitality that it motivated me to write a review. Antonio who works the late shift gave me the most welcoming and gracious check-in experience. I dropped off my things earlier in the evening, in a hurry to make a dinner reservation in town. The hotel held my things... More

As always, the Pelican staff is most friendly and helpful. Room was clean, especially the bathroom was very spacious. Delicious breakfast with fresh products. Worth walking up a hill for, we will certainly be returning for a sixth visit!

My 4th stay at the Pelican. Always great value, very clean and fresh, friendly staff who are always willing to help you out. Great views from our room from a good sized balcony. Yes I know every one mentioned the steep hill, but the view is so worth the climb. The hotel is located just on the edge of town,... More

Chryssoula and Ursula arte great hosts and very kind and available: they make you feel like home :) Rooms are spacious with wonderful view of the agean sea, big and new bathroom and breakfast is delicious. Just a bit difficult to reach because it's in the top of... More

While returning to the hotel at nights might have felt like stepping into a scene from 'Brokeback Mountain Does Mykonos', the accommodation does serve very nicely as a functional base for exploring the Chora. I would have like to give it 3.5 stars rather than just average. Pick-up from the new port was excellent! It was very much appreciated. Had... More
