For many years I have traveled 100 or more days a year. In SEP-OCT 2022, I traveled for a month in Greece staying at 12 hotels (and on an overnight Ferry). In this context my stay at the Myconian inn was good in spite of being in a crowded island whose main attractive are bars and discoteques. PROS: Nice view of the harbor from the room balcony. Clean and without noise. Excellent breakfast. Cordial service. CONS: Located up stairs from the harbor area, many stairs!. XIV century streets do not allow for taxis so travel light and be prepared to walk and climb. Parting remarks: Greece is wonderful, except that the touristic islands, like Myconos were crowded even in October and I may skip them altogether next time. In contrast, the Peloponesse resulted better than expected. Athens was safe anytime anywhere I moved, even after midnight. Travel light because not all hotels have elevators and in places like Mykonos town you will climb many stairs and walk over cobblestones. My most (and only) highly enjoyable moment in Mykonos was dinning at a restaurant on the edge of the sea on the west side of the harbor during a dramatic storm. I will not revisit the Myconian Inn because I will skip Mykonos during my next trip to Greece…
We were picked up at the ferryport and whisked to the Myconian Inn at the top of a hill in Mykonos (right above the old town). You walk down to get in to the town and back up to get to the hotel - safe and efficient. Views are lovely, staff are helpful and kind, rooms are terrific. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths called a Suite with Seaview - it was so nice! One room had a balcony and the other had a terrace...both were great. After traveling with my friend for 2 weeks - it was nice to have my own room - but it was the same entrance and our room was called a suite with sea view. Breakfast was continental and if you wanted something cooked it was extra. We were here for 3 nights and got used to the up and down as you must when in Greece! The rooms are comfortable, modern, charming and pretty - we were happy here. I would recommend a stay here. There is no pool, but there are beaches and the hotel has an agreement with a car rental company that will come and get you and when you return the car, will take you back to the hotel - makes things easy. We took advantage of this. Pricier than some in the area, but part of the Up Living Group (and that is a modernized hotel with all the amenities). Can't ask for a better staff - all lovely. A really nice stay.…
Myconian Inn convinces with a very consistent concept of a small hotel in local architecture, great location, nice and clean rooms and super-friendly personnel. The location is just the perfect sunset stop - just besided the windmills above the city center where many people come to as a sunset spot. It's close to the road and therefore not entirely quiet, but ok at night and just as quiet as Mykonos can get ;-). The location is just perfect - you're in 3-5 mins down in the city center or in approx. 5-7 min to Fabrika or the Old Port respectively. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Nice and functional rooms with comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom. Very clean. A complimentary continental breakfast with daily variations is served. Very friendly and helpful personnel who have always the latest bus schedule or great restaurant tips. Excellent value for money (at least in the shoulder season). The team takes Covid-19 measures very serious and you feel always in good hands. Clear "go"…
Perfect location- near the road - so no need for dragging luggage up and down stairs. Easy walking to windmills, restaurants and everything else. Great staff - very helpful and friendly- we will miss them! We had a great room overlooking the garden.
Perfect position close to mykonos chora. Fabulous view on sea sunset on mykonos city! The room was perfect... Everything available for your comfort! The breakfast delicious... And the staff? Absolutely kind and helpful! For sure next time we will come back.
We spent 9 days in this small hotel and really enjoyed it. The view from our balcony was wonderful and Chiara & Sabrina are great hosts always smiling, nice and helpful . It was a pleasure to stay at Myconian Inn
We really enjoyed our stay at myconian inn. Great staff, great location, great view, and clean! The only down side was the breakfast in the morning. We had to wait outside for a table, and would have liked a buffet style with choices. Excellent place and service for the price! Thank you for a lovely stay!
We loved the place! Best location you can get with stunning views over the city and sea. One windmill and little church is right next to the Mykonian Inn, where you can watch a stunning sunset. The owners (mother & daughter) are super sweet Italian ladies and are always here for you.
Typical Mykonian hotel. White and Blue ! Very close to town centre . Five minutes walk but for the return you have to climb a number of stairs ! Excellent staff. Sabrina the Italian lady at the reception is out of any expectation.....! Attentive , friendly. Helps for everything you may need. Rooms are small but have everything you could need.. This is Mykonos ! Breakfast O.K. with nice orange cake. Just one notice ….. No Bin in the room to throw out things you do not need.
Tucked away on the slope near the old town, Myconian Inn is a decent stay on the Island of Mykonos. The rooms have a decent view of the city and the sea. Serves a basic breakfast. Found it to be slightly expensive for the price we paid. Probably prices are on the higher side in Mykonos, but wasnt really value for money considering the facilities.
