Our expectations of the hotel were exceeded by far. We had booked a classic double surrounding view and were very happy with it, quiet, relatively much space and everything you would expect. The pool, the entire complex and outdoor areas are very well maintained and invite you to relax.

I would particularly like to highlight Stavros and the team (Marios, Dimitrios, Vivienne), who take care of our physical well-being from early until late (7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.). Always friendly, always helpful, always up for a nice chat. All in all, a perfect holiday for us.

The only negative thing was mold in the corners of the shower, but we could deal with that. The team at reception promised to take care of it.

Mykonos Town, the "Old Town", is ideal for strolling and shopping. There are very good and expensive restaurants but also real Greek taverns where you can also eat very delicious food.

Tip: The walk to the Old Town is not long but steep, not designed for high heels.

Have fun if you find yourself in Mykonos,
we will definitely come back!

This is a nice hotel, the staff are helpful and friendly. I agree with other reviews the rooms are minimalist but very clean and comfortable and if you are only staying for a few days the lack of hanging space and drawers is not an issue.
Breakfast is fairly good although food is not kept hot.
The pool area is good and plenty of places to sit.
The 2 issues outside the hotels control are both due to it's location. Being close to the airport you hear planes from early morning to mthe evening. The other issue is the walk from the hotel to the town, 20-25 mins across a bussy road and down a steep hill. We could manage it in 'sensible' shoes ( we're in ourn 60's ) but if you have problems with mobility look for a better location

The staff at this hotel are fantastic and so professional but also at the same time friendly.
The room is modern and very clean. My only tip for the hotel would be something to place/store your suitcases in the room. There was a fridge which had 3 bottles of complementary water in that was topped up daily for free (a lovely touch and something we didn’t experience in other hotels in Greece).
The pool is quiet and the sun beds are really comfortable! Whilst we were there there wasn’t an issue with there being enough sun beds and hotel staff stress the importance of not saving/reserving them and we saw them removing towels that had been used to try and reserve some (refreshing that they act upon the rule and not just say it for show!). The pool is lovely and there was plenty of space. There are a few planes that pass overhead but we enjoyed watching them and they quickly pass over so for us this was no problem.
The breakfast was lovely and there was lots of choice and some delicious local products. We were also offered a variety of coffee options for breakfast including frappe’s if required.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk into town but more like 15-20 minutes walk back as it is all uphill. Not for those who aren’t fit. Also, be aware that for some of the walk you have to do it beside a busy road and there is a busy road to cross as well so take care if you go with small children. Could the hotel possibly look into providing a shuttle bus? I’m sure people would also pay a small amount for this service as the price (and availability) of local taxis is extortionate!!
Overall a FANTASTIC hotel.

I admit I am a bit biased towards the My Mykonos Hotel - our 10-day stay was to celebrate a birthday at the beginning of October. We had a great stay, with a special compliment to the staff - Emelia and her colleague at front of house and Vivienne and her friend from the kitchen were really professional and friendly - a real asset to the hotel. Our rooms were cleaned early and quickly, with the staff always ready with a smile.

The reception and pool area are attractive - and, despite what some reviewers say, there is a great view from the poolside looking over Mykonos harbour, the distant islands and the sunsets are truly beautiful.

We stayed in the family rooms (301-308) that surround, and are under, the pool area. Other rooms are by the pool (201-208) and the wing to the west which consists of suites and ground floor suites with plunge pools - I can't vouch for those but looked good. Our rooms were quite basic, similar to many island hotels, with little room to store clothes or unpack your cases. The room looked out on to the car park but that wasn't a big deal - after all, who goes to Mykonos to spend the day in your room!

The inclusive buffet breakfast was pretty good though a bit of a scrum with all guests vying for the food in small space. The disappointing thing was the breakfast room was also the room used in the evening for dinner with no change to menu, lighting or any extra ambience. And, as the food was very expensive, it didn't you encourage to eat in the hotel.

You can walk into Mykonos Town from there but maybe need an oxygen tent on hand if you walk back. The tip is to rent a car if you're going to be there for more than a few days.

Lovely hotel and the staff were mostly great, we didn’t have a very good check in experience, when the lady had completed the check in I felt like I still had a lot of questions about the hotel. I didn’t receive the promised welcome drink when I arrived and because I was there before the standard check in time of 3pm I didn’t feel the reception were particularly welcoming.

The location of the hotel was a let down, although it is only a 10/15 walk it is down a very very steep hill and in the heat was very difficult coming back to the hotel. Local transfer was charged at €40 from the hotel, so if you have mobility issues I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The hotel could maybe look at other options for their guests such as a complimentary mini bus drop off.

The room was really lovely, very minimal and we had some lovely service at breakfast and around the pool bar!

Overall good but a few things that let the hotel down.

This hotel is very well decorated (very cozy). The location of the hotel is perfect. You can do everything on foot and if you rent a car, there is free and secure parking. The staff is incredibly kind. Always caring. The meals and breakfasts are very good with local specialties which allow you to discover Greek gastronomy.
Cleaning is done every day and everything is impeccably clean.
I didn't see anything negative during our stay and I hope to book this hotel again which is just perfect!

This comfortable hotel offers a selection of room sizes and styles (research this in advance of booking) and excellent food. The best part of our stay, however, was the people--kind and friendly hotel staff who went out of their way to make sure our visit was enjoyable. The location is just off the main road, above Mykonos Town and a 10 minute fairly steep walk down a dirt path and stone walkways to shopping and restaurants but the stone walkways are part of the charm of Mykonos. Nights, away from the bustle of activity in town, were quiet.

Lovely hotel, very clean and well maintained. The staff were so friendly (Dimitri, Mario and Stefano stand out but they are all great) and very helpful with tips on places to visit. Breakfast was perfect, fresh and plentiful. Beware the hotel location though as the town is just a 10/15 min walk it is down a steep hill so if you have any mobility issues at all you will need a taxi back. Our room was modern and very ample for our stay but only had one mirror in the bathroom and really needed a 2nd one in the main room. Picky? 😔 Pool area lovely. Overall a great boutique hotel but be careful of the location!

I recently stayed in My Mykonos Hotel with my girlfriend when it was her birthday and the hotel staff were amazing, they provided us with a welcome drink and an amazing upgrade on check in as a surprise! The hotel is in the ideal location, just a 15 min walk in and out of Mykonos Town and located just 5 min walk from the famous Sunset 180 bar. The hotel rooms and facilities were amazing, traditional Greek island design mixed with modern designs and twists made the decor & interior of this hotel really beautiful. The food and breakfast was very good and we can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality.

We stayed as a family in a beautiful family suite at this hotel. It was large, quiet, with a beautiful outdoor space (private swimming pool included). The common areas are beautiful too, with sea and sunset views from the pool. The center of Mykonos and its atmosphere are accessible on foot, and even if it's quite a climb on the way back, it's nice not to have to manage a trip by vehicle because the roads are quickly clogged in high season!

What beer do they serve at the bar and restaurant?

From memory - local beers ie lager. It is only a very small bar and eating area. However, the hotel is amazing and staff are brilliant. You can’t go wrong staying there !

The nearest beach would be Megali Ammos which is around 2kms. Taxis are available at the ports and the airport. However you might find a que in July. I join you in waiting for a more knowledgeable answer on hailing taxis inside the town as i never did that. Although I strongly advise renting a car or a quad bike because the distances to other beaches are huge. (Do try oregano restaurant while you are at My Mykonos, its right next to the property!)

Hi Kerry, It's about 10 minutes walking distance. As for the way back, it is a little uphill but not such a big deal. Thanks, Zoi
