If you like sleeping on a concrete slab, having unreliable WiFi, hiking up and down Mt. Everest to get into town, throwing elbows to secure a lounge chair by the pool, listening to rowdy guests through thin walls, mediocre service and attentiveness from the staff and a broken safe, this is the place for you. Came for a girls' trip and was looking forward to relaxing in Mykonos. This hotel provided anything but relaxation. I can't urge you enough to seek other options near Mykonos Town. Do not waste your time and money. This is not even close to a 4 star hotel and is completely misleading in photos.

- Location seems close to town via website, but due to uphill location and many steps to town more difficult that it appears, especially luggage. - Pool area small and cramped. Understand it’s a boutique hotel but everyone queuing for sun beds and guests leave towels throughout day so unable to gain access. - Rooms nice and spacious, however basic things like no mirror apart from bathroom and poor tv and internet signal. - Service poor around the pool, asked for menu and never returned to take order. - Overall I felt disappointed in the facilities and value for money of a hotel that is marketed as an luxury authentic boutique hotel.

I stayed at My Mykonos Hotel 25-28th May (the last bank holiday weekend in May) with my best friend. On arrival, our luggage was taken to our room - to our surprise we got upgraded to a room with a private plunge pool (had paid for the town/sea view). The room was incredible, but not any bigger than the town/sea view room would have been - it was just directly below. The hotel and grounds were small so it felt exclusive. It was lovely to hang out about the pool and the staff were super friendly. Everything was so clean and tidy too. The breakfast was great - you could chose from a la carte and the buffet - it definitely set you up well for the day ahead. But if you need food for the day, they offer food around the clock and the supermarket is 2 mins walk away. The walk to the town is super easy (there is a shortcut past 180 Sunset Bar - would recommend!) and took us 10 mins in Birkenstocks - down a hill. The only thing the reception told us which slightly annoyed us was that you could only reach the beach by car or motorbike. But we met some people at a bar who told us that a local bus service does this too. Get yourselves down to Fabrique Bus Stop (around 20 mins walk from the hotel) and a regular bus service goes every 30 mins to the beaches...Paradise, Ornos etc, for 1.80 euros each way...much easier. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We were on Mykonos for a holiday when a cyclone meant that we were not able to leave the island. The team at MyMykonos were fantastic - just as they had been during our planned part of the holiday - they swung into action and looked after us even more. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is convenient and the amenities are great.

Myself and my wife are just finishing up our final night at this hotel and heading to Santorini in the morning if our hotel there is as good as this one then we have hit the jackpot, because my Mykonos Hotel is amazing. We got a suite with a pool ,which we loved. The staff are very helpful Gregory is very helpful and answered anything we needed help with. Also something that’s sometimes over looked is the cleaning staff ,our rooms were immaculate everyday and we were happy with the hotel all round . The location is quite good also only a few mins walk to Mykonos town. My Mykonos Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
