I stayed here , i prepaid and strayed 5 nights : i was late due to a delay from my flight : that i couldn't help .. i called the hotel and told them when i would be there : they said it would be ok and will will hold your room .. well guess what ! they didn't hold my room : still charged me for it and didn't give me a deal on booking a new room i didn't get a deal at all : i know they have a business to run and i was late : yes my fault , but could of showed a bit of empathy and tried to work something out but they did nothing ! .. and not let me call them say it is fine and then go back on their word . as it was peak season i didn't have many options ... when i checked in i showed them the e-mail that i was told it was okay and still would be held . this didn't happen and had to pay almost double for what i paid, i was given a small room . single bed and not very comfortable . Service should have been better as it wasn't great & as for communication that needed to be better as well , not tell me everything is okay and i get there and clearly it isn't okay. even though i had prepaid and lost all of that money,..... not cool! i had just traveled over 13,000 k's and contacting them was hard , they were very slow to reply and hard to get a hold of on the phone. other then this it is a small hotel in the heart of the city & and staff are somewhat nice .

This boutique hotel has small, clean rooms comfortably appointed and decorated with a minimalist, all-white theme. The building has an elevator, which is rare in Mykonos, and the rooms have a mini-fridge, strong air-conditioning and great water pressure in the shower. They offer a minimalist coffee and cookies for breakfast, but we chose to go to the excellent bakery next door - absolutely delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location near to the best restaurants, near to a bakery with fantastic pies, near the port. The room is very nice and the hostess kostandina very helpful. Very good value for money. Free coffee and cookies for every one

Best location and newly decorated rooms! Next to Artisan Bakery which is 7/24 open (a must after Mykonos nights). Great cookies and good coffee served in the morning! However our first room experience was a bit shocking...Ask for a room that has a separate shower space ! Not kidding - our first room was a IKEA type bathroom (where shower is literally with the toilet together). Second room has much more space and nice.

It was our first time in Mykonos and guaranteed this place surprised us and was amazing. Firstly mentioning this is not a 1 star hotel, it’s recently had a refurbishment so everything is cosy and follows the style of a Greek boutique. It’s very well located - in the centre of town. It’s in the middle of both ports (places to get taxi or buses as no cars are allowed in town). There were 3 members of staff which rotated throughout the day and all were extremely lovely and helpful. They provided bus times, recommendations, called to check places were still open and even rearranged our transfer pick up location for our ease. There isn’t a pool at this hotel, however there is a jacuzzi (not hot) and has a double sunbed- it’s quite a small and intimate hotel so it doesn’t get used much. Some rooms also have their own veranda space. There is also the oldest bakery in Mykonos just on the doorstep of the hotel. The hotel also gets daily fresh biscuits from the cafe - and provide free tea and coffee too! I would say the hotel itself is disabled friendly with a lift, however getting to it due to no vehicles allowed in the centre of town will prove difficult. Overall I would say this was a great stay and we will definitely be recommending it, especially for the price!
