This hotel doesn't get the credit it deserves!! Your need to go with an open minds, it's clean, the staff can't do enough for you, plenty of beds available around the pool, from where you have amazing views of Adeje, the snack bar is open daily, €5 for a great toastie and chips, nice little shop, open until 9pm. Yes it's on a hill, the walk into town is 25 minutes, €5-6 for a taxi bk up and drop you off at reception. We are planning on returning in October and we can't wait.
We booked this hotel to stay for 4 weeks (extended holiday) and before going were a little apprehensive due to some of the reviews we had read. However, we should not have worried, we had a fabulous time. A few things to point out first....yes, the hotel is at the top of a steep hill (it is of course called Panaramica Heights 😂). It took us around 25 mins to walk into the town, this was at a nice steady place. We always used to walk down and then a taxi back at a cost of around €5. Yes, the room did get a little dusty, it's expected when you are high up. We made sure our little boy wore slippers in the apartment and we wore flip flops...problem solved. No, the restaurant wasn't open. This didn't bother us as we either ate in our apartment or down in the town however I do understand that if people were expecting it to be open and it wasn't, it would be disappointing. The staff could not do enough for us and were so friendly. The apartment that had been allocated for us was not really suitable for a long stay, My husband went to reception, explained and within 10 mins we had been offered another that was much bigger and perfect for our stay. Reception also booked our tickets for Loro Parque and Aqualand. Our apartment was attended to every day, towels aplenty. The apartment itself was spotless. There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool was lovely (though at times a little cold). There is a shop onsite, reasonably priced and my son particularly enjoyed the freshly baked Pain au Chocolat 😊 We had such a lovely time and would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for a fab 4 weeks x …
Just returned from our second visit to the Panoramica this year. Yes it is up a steep hill but it is a pleasant walk down and approx 5 euro taxi back up. There are bars and restaurants within the area , you can find them when you look up Panoramica on TA gives you the location and distance. The hotel as amazing views and a clean sundeck around the pool area. Plenty of sun beds . The pool was clean. Pool snack bar open till 6pm, reasonable prices. On site mini supermarket well stocked and fair prices. Stayed in studio 136 which is a really big and well equipped modern apartment. Everything worked ok also got a really good internet connection in this apartment. TV had no English channels but you can get music channels Kiss FM etc. It was cleaned each day , clean towels each day. Bed sheets changed when requested. We found Aleandra and Celia on reception really efficient and very helpful, they could not do enough for you and also a good service from the rest of the staff, which made our stay very comfortable. Once again really enjoyed our stay here. In my opinion this hotel is under rated and I agree with the recent review from Matt and Kath H. Would stay again.…
We have just returned from a stay at Panoramica Heights and had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean, spacious with amazing sea views. The pool area was nice and cleaned regularly. The apartment was cleaned daily. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Yes, it's up a hill but only took 15-20 mins to walk to main part of the resort and we used a taxi back up for 5 euros. Games room and reasonably priced shop in the complex. I would definitely recommend Panoramica Heights for a relaxing holiday.
got to hotel at around 11pm dropped at the road the guy on the gate had to drive us to reception as this hotel is on a mountain. book in was fine found room ok [had to use lift then up 2 flights of stairs with our cases] rooms and bathroom all a good size. we had a sofa bed in main room which was about 20 yrs old and one sheet had a repaired hole and the other had a hole which wasnt repaired.the keetle and toaster had 1 socket between them so you had to heat keetle then do toast and then reheat kettle. gettig from rooms to main pool ,snack bar or shop is a bit off work out as every where is a climb .there is nothing in hotel after 6 pm so you need to go to the town for food or drinks.we spent around £80 on taxis for a week the hotel give us a take away menu to order from but you must order over 30 euros of food to get it delivered.cleaners came each day but didnt really do anything quick sweep and out on leaving hotel we had to take the cases to the main road as told the gateman doesnt drive up when leaving [bit off a work out.] all in all i wish i had paid extra to stay some where else.…
We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time at this property. Would I rate it 5 ordinarily - no but I have given it an extra point because I can't help but feel that this property gets a raw deal from reviewers. We were really wary given the reviews but on reflection, people are judging this property on facts that are already known. Yes, it's high up (there is a clue in the name of the property!). Yes, it's €5+ per taxi journey but guess what! People know this before they go. There is a marked difference in price between a similar property in a central area versus this accommodation which is a good 40 minutes into town. We had 2 apartments (305 and 306) and they had stunning views, were clean and adequately equipped without being outstanding. The whole experience did what it said on the tin and we are more than happy to award 5 stars in a bid to balance out a true reflection of this property which is most definitely under scored in our opinion. The super market on site was well stocked and reasonably priced, the day bar/cafe was fine also and whilst nothing to do at night, it's only a 5 minute taxi ride and you are in the middle of everything. For our budget, this delivered. It seems too many expect so much more than what they have booked.…
KN Panoramic Heights is described as on a hill. It’s up about 5 hills and up as far as the mountains. Lovely views but nothing around. The little bar and shop shuts at 6pm so when that shuts you have nothing. Staff were all Useless and no idea. Rooms were dirty and only change towels and bedding once a week , you have to ask. It takes about 40 minutes to walk down but unless you are a fitness person you will struggle getting back up without being in a taxi. Costs between 5-8 euro every day and sometimes twice a day . I would t book this hotel again with love holidays either as I tried to swap hotel but no one got back to us. I’d give it 2 for views but that’s it
Cant fault the studio apartment, staff were nice though guys in pool bar apart from 1, very abrupt and rude was served with not a word spoken! Restaurant not open, no where close to get decent food spent most of our money on taxis nice walk down but sore on the legs! Would I return no ...just too far up we like to get up walk along the front etc back to accomodation couldnt do this once your out your out as would be too costly to get taxis constantly 4 a day some days if go out day and night.
Decent enough apartment for the money, no frills here, ignore pics on site of throws and cushions. Good views yes but too far out, no bar, restaurant not open so buffet breakfast and dinner not available. Staff just laughed and said go supermarket lol! Thank god for supermarket. Nothing in 15 min walk that’s an exaggeration, it’s 30 mins to marina and playa pinto and definitely a taxi ride back so budget this at 5-6 euros a time.
Have stayed in Costa adeje many times so chose this place for a change. Yes it has the views, yes it has a great pool area but no way is it as advertised. Room was dirty so requested and got moved. Next room was better but still not clean. Walls/ doors greasy. Sofa bed and beds although had clean linen, we’re just so worn they were a bit smelly. Linen threadbare and one pillow was actually stained yellow. Cleaners only emptied bins. You could get linen changed on request but as not clean room it didnt help much. After 4 days I had to ask for room to be cleaned, but it really was not done fully, just the sinks. A couple we met asked for a room extension and we’re told no, which is fair enough. However, they are told they could use shower at pool as long as they didn’t use soap! No courtesy room. Walk down didn’t actually bother us so we went out, but it could do with on site restaurant being opened. Staff are very helpful but I know we weren’t the only ones who complained. Real shame as this place probably was and could be great again.…
