The hotel location is excellent, rooms are very modern and clean, maid service was good too. Pool area and all inclusive bar was good with a good selection of spirits and soft drinks. Small dining room and the food wasn't great but there was always something you could eat. Overall considering the cost of the hotel you can't really expect much more. Would recommend for a short break and maybe try self catering as there is lots of restaurants nearby

The room was lovely and clean, and the bed wasn't comfortable (for me). Staff are friendly. I booked half board plus, breakfast was standed, dinner wasn't the best not a lot of options. I found the pool area to be in the shade but the weather hasn't been the best as well.

The hotel says it’s minimalistic. Which means - no bedside tables, not enough wardrobe space, bathroom no shelf or cabinet, shower no shelf. Kitchen not enough cabinets. No food space. No cup saucers. Living space - no coffee table, sofa bed uncomfortable for anymore than 10 mins seating, appears to be no WiFi only a free WiFi zone in the reception area. All Little things but they add up. If you tend to stop in the room anymore than 2 hrs a day it’s not for you. Some rooms are shaded until 4pm so no sun on the small balcony’s. Only 2 English Chanel’s on the basic tv. No remote, operated via a joy stick on the bottom of the tv. Amazon sticks don’t work on these TVs. Pools are great. No tables for the Sunbeds. If you want a couple of days all inclusive it’s only 22€ each. Would I stop here again? It’s a no.

Wipe your feet on the way out. Filthy complex with argumentative and rude staff. Arrived to find brown stains and peeling paint in reception area. It took us 5 trips back to reception to get our keys to work. When we got in the toilet door handle was ripped off and lying on the floor. The patio doors did not lock which was a concern as it was on the ground floor. There were screws, leaves, food, puddles of fluid on the living area floor. The bathroom was filthy with dust, grime and pubic hair on the floor and shower area. We spoke to the Jet2 rep and asked to be moved, two days later she phoned asking for a further £1500 for alternative accommodation. The pool was salt water, the loungers were filthy and the tiles on the paved areas cracked or missing. I forgot to mention that water from the shower caused a huge puddle on the bathroom floor. This place needs flattened and rebuilt. Don’t go here under any circumstances.

My husband and l chose this complex because we were told it has recently had a refurb. The reception staff are not welcoming told us where the apartment was, took card details n that was it. The apartment was new, clean but.very sparse, the bathroom didn’t have 1 shelf we had our toiletries on the floor, the kitchen living area had a bed settee, No table, chairs, draws side tables, shelves the room could have had all of them in and still lots of space it was a very big room. The bedroom was also lovely and big so couldn’t understand why there was not bed side draws or even shelves nothing again to put our things on. There was 6 coat hangers ( not enough) 1 small draw 1 small cupboard in the wall. There was a plastic table and chairs on a very big balcony so that was to and fro inside and out, but the balcony was not cleaned the whole 11 days we were there. We had to go to the shop to buy sponge cloths n cleaner. The pool area was nice n staff lovely but the Sunbed’s where very uncomfortable don’t alter just in permanent laying position old dirty tatty not fit for purpose (relaxing sunbathing) Not a happy couple

On first impressions the hotel looked dated from the outside, same with virtually everything other than the room which seems to have been recently updated and was very clean and nice. Two ceiling fans keep you cool and aren’t noisy should you leave them on all night. The restaurant was small as I think a lot of the guests self cater. There wasn’t an abundance of choice with the food but what there was is very good for a hotel of this standard, credit to the kitchen staff for this. The staff throughout the hotel were all very pleasant and Effie not at their jobs. Only gripes, other than the dated look of the place, the all inclusive all day food choice was very limited and usually a bit on the dry side. Also it seems people can smoke and gape wherever they want outside,,even by the poolside bar and food servery. In this day and age smoking areas should be provided, well away from any food and drink areas. Plus if the person on the singed next to you lights up it spoils it for the non smoker. However for the money paid I would say that the stay was value for money.

First time at Laguna park 1, definitely won’t be our last, rooms large, modern and well equipped, we found everything to be clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful, couldn’t have hoped for more, we stayed half board but mainly only had breakfast, we like to do a different restaurant every night.

Just returned from our 9 night holiday at the laguna park 1 Hotel.right from check in it was brill room very big and spotless did have a problem with the shower flooding but was quickly sorted .the staff are brill in every department a quick hello and everybody replied .fransheca at the pool bar has so much energy and really friendly always on the go but time to chat.the food was very good buffet style also there's a snack bar around the pool area for allinclusive guests.evening bar not to bad 3 pool tables and a quiz but no entertainment. Biggest draw back there's only wifi in reception .we had a few idiots throwing out their left over takeaways on the roof attracting the doves. Hotel position is perfect lots of bars and resturants and close to the beach . Do not get mixed up with lugana park 2 that hotel is up a steep hill.all in all a lovely holiday and will return .

Visited Tenerife numerous times.. This was the first time i stopped in laguna park 1 the hotels not bad. Very central to night life and restraunts. The rooms are spotless and been updated. The food was quite palatable The staff.. the cleaners.. the receptionist first class. The swlmming pool is one of the biggest on the island cleaned every day plenty of sunbeds and a good pool bar if u not all inclusive 2 happy hours, a day for food and drink from. Pool bar. The bedrooms are cleaned every second day with clean towels.. the beach is. a 15 min walk downhill. Thev local taxis are cheap as chips.. los Americas and los Christianos are not that far away. The Local buses stop nigh on outside of the hotel all in all i recomendthe. place.if i was 2 nit pick an extra set of drawers be located in the rooms and take a few coat hangers with. yous. The security safe in the bed room is free wich is a plus. Yes once again i would recommend laguna park 1

Stayed here for one week self catering so cannot comment on the food or eating areas. Walked into reception which is not very welcoming. Paint hanging off the ceiling due an obvious damp issue. The lady booking us in was pleasant and helpful. Beyond that we never got a hello or goodbye as we passed staff glued to the on counter computer. Room was pleasant and modern. Thats the end of the positives. The shower area is an awful design. It’s a walk in type with a narrow screen. Water escapes onto the floor soaking the whole room. The shower itself had no pressure unless you wanted it cold. Wife struggled washing her hair. Not so bad for a bloke. There’s no aircon. Just ceiling fans that are cool when sat underneath them. The one in the bedroom will keep you awake as well. The pool area is inadequate, we spent just one day by it. You need to be one of the early morning towel brigade to get a bed. Area is just too small for the size of the hotel. Be careful of the slippy tiles too, whatever cleaning solution they are using renders it hazardous. The hotel is nicely situated near to bars but if you want the beach be prepared for a walk. Very hilly and will not suit people with walking issues. If you are going here, check out the temple bar Irish pub. Great breakfasts and a good Guinness. Over the road from that is the Ginger Pig. Another great eating place. Finally get yourself to the Harley’s bar for a Hard Rock cafe feel. Life music is awesome.
