Last minute booking so I wasn't expecting much in the way of accommodation. I travelled as a family of 1 adult & 2 children 9&10. The room was clean but very, very dated. No air con so I think you would struggle in the absolute summer. Overlooking the pool & Splash Bar was a great spot to sit out on...

Room was very dated and tired but generally clean, very helpful staff, wifi really good, resort very hilly no good for anyone with mobility difficulties, would def return in the future as pool and splash bar fine, evening entertainment not brilliant but hardly anyone hung around after 9 pm anyway

Just come back from a lovely ten days at Malibu park. The kids (age 12 and 9) loved the pool and the food at the splash bar was a bit hit with them and us. The room was sufficient and was one of the upgraded rooms that has been ikea'd. Beds were fine and pillows were so comfy (I want...

Me and some friends stayed at the Malibu park apartments in February for 4 nights. Although the apartments are basic, we didn't spent a lot of time in the room as we were out during the day and evening but we had everything we needed. Our room was right next to the pool which was great and in terms of...

I went to Malibu Park out of season for a quick break with my mum. We had a lovely few days there. Clean spacious Apartment overlooking the pool with big sun terrace. Although Malibu Park is quite high up, theres a lift in the complex where you can get to and from local shops or carry on your journey down...

We had a great holiday in Malibu Park which is in a good location with both Adeje and Las Americas very close (10 - 15 min walk). The pool is great and kept very clean, and the pool bar has lots going on throughout the day with pool, ping pong and a playstation. However our apartment backed onto the pool...

Bar Staff & Lifeguards very friendly, pools and surrounding areas spotless. Only downfall for us 3 seniors was very steep hill, but there is a lift and taxi back €5. Good pub grub at pool bar all day.

Good: If you get an exterior room you have a great view of the ocean. Apartment's are spacious. Good array of kitchen utensils. Plenty of wardrobe space. Good shower. Good size balcony and working TV with several English channels including ITV, BBC & E4. Excellent WiFi throughout complex. Supermarket very close by. Few nice restaurants close by. Negatives: Upon arrival...

My husband and I went for a 4 night self catering stay the beginning of march and could quite easily have stayed for longer. it is about a 10 minute walk to the main shops/bars (uphill coming back!) although its not too bad. When we arrived we were greeted in the reception area with a cold bottle of water each...

What a fantastic hotel to stay in really was great value for money. The rooms are in need of updating but it's clear the complex is under renovation. The room was a great size and very clean with towels changed daily. Pool area was lovely with ample of sunbeds and shade. Shame that the older children are not allowed inflatables...
