We have just returned from this hotel (room 55) the resort is in need of a major overhaul. We had initial problems with a room fan which wad swapped very quickly and problems with the shower which continually flooded the bathroom, After 5 attempts we gave up. There were tiles missing in the jacuzzi and I never once saw the pool chemical checks being done (they may do it overnight). This should not be read as a complaint about the staff who were very friendly and always willing to try and help out. Housekeeping need a mention as they kept the room very clean and wall stocked. The on-site bakery and shop are a godsend. Sort the maintenance and I would have no problem recommending this hotel.

We were a family of mum, dad, our children aged 19-24 with our daughters boyfriend. We had a one bed apartment, and our children had a studio. The apartment was much better than the studio, but fine for what our children needed. Pay the extra for a sea view. Taxis are cheap. Beds comfy ( I did ask for a mattress topper ). Pool bar nice and cheap too. Don’t be put off by the hill, it is steep but worth the walk if you get a sea view too. We watched the sunset every night. Sara was very helpful, as were all reception staff. Bakery next door was great too. We would definitely recommend this place. We visited on a budget, so it’s not flash, it’s not grand, it’s just right with a personal touch, and not crowded either.

Just back from a stay here. Lovely little place and very accommodating staff. The view is beautiful especially at night. Nice pool area with snacks. Room was lovely with a big balcony, only downside to it was the pull down bed (studio room). A little bit inconvenient having to fold it away each day. Maybe better to have no sofa in return for just a nice bed. A little bit far out from the town, the walk downhill is fine but coming back up is quite a killer. Taxis are about €4-5 back up so not a big problem. Close to a supermarket and a lovely gym 5 mins walk further uphill. Overall really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend for families, or even better if you have rental car

We booked a last minute holiday here and was pleasantly surprised how good the accommodation is for the price we paid. Good size bedroom, nice bathroom, sofa bed with another pull out bed, well stocked kitchen… even has an iron and board. No restaurant but there is a lovely little bakery next to reception that does cakes, baguettes and pizzas. Nice pool area with a jacuzzi. Only downside is there’s a bit of a hill… we walked it most days… bar hopping the way up 😊 but taxis are reasonably priced. Kathy on reception was very helpful with info about the area. Would be happy to stay here again 😊

Lovely stay at Regency Torviscas, room very clean, beds comfy, lovely view of sea and sunset from balcony. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful, great to have lifeguard to ensure water safety in the pool. Pool bar serving snacks and drinks . Handy shop & bakery close by, beach / restaurants not too far, taxis cheap if you don't want to walk. Special Thanks to Dewi from the children, such a fun night doing trick or treat around the hotel on Halloween, face painting & also bingo night. Thanks to everyone for a lovely week. We will be back!

Stayed here 17 nights had to swap from Laguna 1 hotel due to overbooking, obviously the hill is a pain & it's away from any other bars restaurants all down the hill, I found staff pleasant & professional pool food basic, pool area good, gardens & other areas terrace etc really nice, not much in way of evening entertainment rooms need a,c , & at price we paid expected it, only ceiling fans which only one worked rooms well equipped and good standard for 3 star property we were given a room without a view only facing a supermarket not great , not worth money paid because of hill no a/c was a last minute switch kept taxi drivers happy anyway

Brilliant hotel and very friendly staff. Couldn't do more to help. Second time we have stayed here and will be back in the future. Highly recommended! Only downside is that one of the lifeguards is quite anti-child and shouts at kids jumping into the pool. Other lifeguards were much more relaxed and let the kids really enjoy themselves.

Came here with 4 mates. Easy access to local food and supermarkets. Might need cab back from some nights out but walk down to main strip is a pleasure. Not too far from world renowned Siam park - 15 min walk and can arrange entry to many attractions via reception. Staff were great and helpful when we needed advice on anything also. Would definitely come back again.
