Came here with 4 mates. Easy access to local food and supermarkets. Might need cab back from some nights out but walk down to main strip is a pleasure. Not too far from world renowned Siam park - 15 min walk and can arrange entry to many attractions via reception. Staff were great and helpful when we needed advice on anything also. Would definitely come back again.

If you’re looking for a chilled getaway then definitely come here! Regency is on a hill looking down on the nightlife just minutes away. We decided to hire a car as it’s mostly uphill & we’re lazy haha.. beautiful scenery & great choice of food within the area. Id give our room a 7/10 for the space but regarding cleanliness 4/10 as having Mysophobia I had to deep clean myself other than that we’ve had a lovely holiday all together would highly recommend!!

Just returned home from a lovely 10 days at the Regency Torviscas Apartments and Suites. First time for us in Tenerife and it certainly didn't disappoint. The Apartment was lovely room 31. Lovely and spacious and the terrace was lovely out looked onto the chill zone. Very quiet and relaxing spot. Kitchen was very equipped and there is a Mercodona walking distance which was handy and good fresh produce. It was clean and efficient. Apart from Wednesday and Sunday the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels ect. To walk to the beach and front was about 25 mins for us, is a bit steep on the walk back but we found it ok. The Danish bakery was lovely. Fresh croissants at only €2 and baguettes only €3.50. The ladies on reception were very friendly and welcoming. We used the gym which was free, just book a time at reception. However the equipment was very old and some broken so if your not familiar with gym be careful, otherwise if you know what your doing your be fine. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you. Ed & Caz.

We stayed here for a week. we had a really nice room with 2 bedrooms and a great view. It's too bad it was not very clean... full of dust under the beds (which is a problem when you have a child with allergies...) The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool is decent though they could do with more chairs and umbrellas. Every time we wanted to order something to eat there was nothing available so they could prolong the hours into the evening. Parking in the area was also difficult. Though because you are not in the main tourist area it is nice and quiet at night.

Stayed here at the end of July , beginning of August. We had an apartment that was tucked away behind the swimming pool. It had a very large terrace and for most of our stay we had it to ourselves. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms quite spacious as was the living room. While apartment was very clean and kept that was by the cleaning ladies who were absolutely brilliant. There's a pool bar that does snacks and drinks. Usually seemed to be sunbeds free around the pool . Pool isn't massive but is ample . There is a bar which is open in the evenings but no restaurant. It's easy enough to walk down to the main town area where there are plenty of bars and restaurants . All the ones we visited served good food and were reasonably priced . There is a large supermarket in town where you can get most things but suggest getting a cab back as it's mostly uphill. Found reception staff very helpful especially Sara who we met in arrival . She showed us to our apartment and if you have any questions she is very knowledgeable. Some areas could do with a freshen up but I'm sure that will happen as like a lot of places they are no doubt still recovering from the effects of lockdowns etc. Wouldn't hesitate to return here .

We have just stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. We had a sea view room and the apartment was spacious and very clean with a big terrace which had a lovely view of the pool and sea front. There was no air con but instead a light with a fan which wasn’t very powerful so it did mean the room was very hot. We slept with the balcony door open and bought lots of mosquito sprays and plug ins etc as got bit if not. The pool was great and the bar. Played music and entertainment was good fun in the day. It said entertainment was on at night such as quizzes and bingo but when we went down no one was there. Maybe this could be advertised more in the day so people turn up? The staff were so friendly and kind, always smiling and very helpful. They gave great recommendations of places to go and couldn’t do enough for you - we really appreciated that :) The walk down to the bars was a nice stroll but coming back up the hill was a bit of a tog although it isn’t long so is over before you know it. We did it each night and it didn’t bother us to be honest. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, we especially loved the karaoke bar which was lots of fun. Short taxi to Veronica’s too which only cost €10, so you have the best of both worlds. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday and would recommend the hotel :)

Take notice on which hotel you have booked! I booked this one and ended up in a Completely different names hotel up the road away from our friends. Staff were rude and spoke over me when I complained about this. The life guard is absolutely awful. He stands over the kids not letting them enjoy themselves. He also shouted abuse in Spanish to us and stuck his middle finger up. There were loads of complaints about him.

We travelled to Tenerife as a family of four, my two little ones are 7 & 4. We had a great time, it cost €25 from the airport to the hotel which wasn’t bad considering they wanted nearly €15 each for a transfer. The hotel is clean and spacious, rooms are great sized, we had a one on the top floor, it was difficult climbing 6 flights in the heat sometimes but the view from the room was worth it. We overall enjoyed our experience in Tenerife, only thing I will say is the hotel is a little out the way, we always walked down towards the bars and restaurants and took a taxi back. I have never known taxis like it, they probably turn up to the rank every 20 minutes, even the ones who drive past with their green light on (meaning they’re available) would look at you and drive straight past. However we sometimes got the hotel to book a taxi to go somewhere i.e the water park, playa de las americas, and these turned up in 2 minutes. So yeah, great holiday and hotel, the taxi part was the only thing I would say ruined it but that isn’t anything to do with the hotel. So I think next time we would stay in a hotel closer to the nightlife just to avoid the taxis as they were all the rudest people I’ve met too.

Pros: Good sized rooms with fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining Great pool and jacuzzi and play areas for children Daily entertainment organised by the resort Cons: Difficult to find parking close to resort Watch out for the mosquitoes at night especially if you are staying close to the pool area.
