I would definately recommend this hotel for any couples or families that are looking to not have to travel too far for any amenities. This hotel was very close to the beach, bars and shops although situated on a quiet side road. We stayed there for 10 days over new year and could not fault it, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, on arrival we realised we did not have a bath in our room which was necessary for us due to an operation I recently had. They gave us use of another room for 1 day so I had access to a bath and then moved us to a more suitable room once they had availability due to people going home from their new year breaks.
The food was good, although it seemed as though the buffet area was smaller than other hotels we have stayed at in the area. There was still alot of choice every night and you also had the option of changing your dinner to lunch if you requested this the day before, which we found suited our needs better.
We could not fault this hotel so have now rebooked to go with our family this summer based on the lovely time we had here.

Just back from August break here and had a great time. Room was super, facing the sea and sun set, might've been next up from promo studio with sofa bed, proper air con, toaster, kettle and fridge, safe cost extra. Even with good signal from WiFi it still seemed to cut out now and then depending on time of day. Staff were excellent especially, Patricia (reception), Sixto (Maitre d'), Beatriz (waitress) Even though it was in a pandemic the usual brit habit of sun lounger reserving was alive and well, another hotel that had a rule against it but wasn't enforced even when not used for half the day! I'd hate to see it in a normal year. You could keep the room later than checkout for a small charge or just use one of two shower rooms whilst luggage was locked in another room. Also a small lift for those with disabilities. Buffet food was good, wish it was sometimes warmer, though some wasn't labelled so didn't know if it contained meat or not. Reception can print boarding passes etc which is always useful. Hoping to return soon.

Stayed here for a week and wow we were really pleased. Room clean and spacious although wardrobe quire small, rooms, safe in room which was €18 a week with €10 refundable deposit, had a ceiling fan but no air condition so not sure what July/August would be like, some apartments were being updated so maybe air conditioning being put in. Staff were friendly and polite, restaurant staff also very nice. We had half board plus so got bottle of wine with our dinner. Food was excellent, breakfast had lots of choice from cooked to pastries, dinner had lots of choice a menu was put out every day for the evening and always a different theme. On Wednesday was a bbq with lots of meat choice. Apart hotel near to everything plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Pool area clean and tidy, plenty of su beds with pool bar open every day. Entertainment every night. A very nice place to stay.

Well what can I say. We have stayed in Tenerife many times but for a 3 star this hotel has been outstanding. From the moment we got there we were made to feel very welcome. Some really nice touches were made throughout our stay. Rooms were cleaned everyday even my daughters fluffy toys were arranged on her bed next to each other which she loved every day coming in from a day out. I always sleep with a few pillows & I was using the sofa cushions to build it up. I did not ask for it but came back to find my bed made with the extras. The food was different everyday with something for everyone even if kids can be fussy. Everywhere was very clean all the time toilets restaurant bar area. George the Life guard even made time to find us sun beds when it was busy also cleansing every sunbed after it was used. Patrolling the pool checking everything was ok I have never seen this before with most life guards sitting back just doing their shift All the staff here are very pleasant, welcoming & couldn’t do enough for us. We had an issue in the week late in the evening which was not even the hotels problem but yet they bought my daughter a present and a bottle of fizz as an apology. This was totally unexpected but a really nice gesture from the hotel. Overall it’s really lovely place to go for any family. Would 100% stay there again.

The whole holiday was such a treat, all the staff made us feel so special. Patricia and all on reception were so friendly and helpful. The lifeguard was cleaning sun loungers as soon as they were unoccupied. The pool is heated so even in December we could swim. The waiters were attentive and the chef cooked a vegan meal if there was no vegan option on the buffet, and it was delicious. Everywhere was so clean. A big thank you to everyone. Even though the hotel wasn’t full due to covid, there was still entertainment every night, usually a singer. Lovely area to sit and also a pool table to use. The location is perfect for a short walk to see the sunsets, go to bars, the beach and marina.

Had a weeks stay at the Hovima Panorama in January and can say I can’t fault this hotel, worthy of more than the official 3 Star rating. The hotel is a perfect location central to go a 10/15 minute walk to the quieter side of Adeje or the same to Las Americas, beautiful beaches along the coast minutes away. Getting there from the airport is 25 euros in a private taxi, something to consider before paying for expensive transfers. Reception was exceptional and there was no delay to have us checked in quickly with all the information we needed to know to make the most of our stay. All bar staff, restaurant, lifeguard and cleaning staff were excellent. Our apartment was spotless cleaned 5 days out of 7. Sanitised sunbeds round the pool after each use. We stayed B&B and the choice and quality of the buffet was fantastic. We also dined there in the evening a couple of times and the menu was country themed with something different each day. We loved the bbq best, great value for money. There is the option to eat out at many places and would suggest to check the reviews on here to help make your choice and narrow it down. We would not hesitate to return to Hovima Panorama and glady recommend to others. Thanks

Before going on holiday I messaged the hotel with a few requests, on arrival not only was we greeted by welcoming reception staff, this was not just on our arrival but throughout our stay all of the staff on reception who would take time out for a chat and assist with anything we needed like information and tips etc, but the requests we had messaged about were all met. The room we stayed in was a fantastic size and the view was great, the room was cleaned to a high standard and the cleaning staff were very hardworking and friendly. The pool area is very chilled and relaxing and again always clean. The restaurant was very well organised and the waiting staff worked very hard and nothing was too much for if you requested anything. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and on an evening, we stayed half board...we ate out a few nights and we did have lunch which had great choices off the menu. We had a fantastic holiday, we felt very safe during the current times as guest safety was very important to the whole staff team we will be back... Myself & my girlfriend recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights on our trip to Tenerife.
We chose the hotel after looking around our ideal location in Tenerife & price point to match, and going off of the other reviews made our decision to stay here & its safe to say that we made the correct decision.
The biggest praise has to go to the staff, reception, bar, restaurant & the cleaners were all extremely friendly & even more hard working, so helpful and never stopping other than to help.
The rooms were cleaned to a very good standard & are very well maintained. They were also decently sized & even though we were on the ground floor we still had our own outdoor seating area.
The pool itself is more than big enough for a hotel of its size & there was never an issue for sunbeds, and the pool bar has a sizable seating area if you wish to eat outside during the day.
The food available in the buffet was very good & cooked well, with the dishes being replaced before they were empty. It seemed as though the daily menus rotated between English, German & Spanish cuisines.
The location of the hotel is perfect, being a minute walk from the seafront & a 2 minute walk up the hill to a bus stop which provides access to many excursions.
Overall the hotel was above & beyond any expectations & we would gladly stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at the Hovima Panorama, everyone was extremely helpful. We had emailed earlier with a couple of requests which were met, thank you 😊. The whole hotel was spotless. We were b+b, breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. The pool area was cleaned daily and the sun loungers were cleaned in between people by the lifeguard. For us the best part was the location, you can easily walk to Fanabe or along the other way to Las America’s or Los Cristianos. Thanks to everyone working at the Hovima Panorama for making our holiday exactly what we wanted, chilled and relaxing 😎 We hope to see you all next year when we return

We were a group of 6 Adults and 2 children, we stayed at the Panorama for 10 nights. This was our first time visiting this hotel (june 2022). The hotel itself is set in a great location with shops not far away and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The housekeep is fantastic, rooms very clean as is the whole hotel. The pool is beautiful crystal clear water (no chlorine as it is salt based which is much better) especially for the little ones. The food was lovely and each night was a different theme (bbq night was amazing). The only downside to the food was there wasn't a selection for the younger children apart from chips which is basically all my little one ate. Some chicken nuggets or sausage would have been great to go with them, but apart from that i cannot fault it. All the staff were so friendly and would go the extra mile to help. I would like to give a BIG shout out to Carmein on the bar area. This lady went above and beyond, always smiling and laughing, she made our holiday even more spectacular ( she is definitely management material in the making. So from our party of 8 a massive thank you and well done to all the staff at Panorama, were already looking to re-book.
