What can I say !! Fabulous hotel, reception staff, waiting staff, chefs,cleaning staff, room and pool.Although we have been to the Panorama 17 times now and they have watched our 19 year old son grow up.He came with us (what 19 year old refuses a free holiday) The people in the Panorama are so genuinely nice and welcoming that they are like extended family to us . The location for restaurants, bars,shopping and the sea is excellent. A10 minutes walk to Siam Park. The Panorama is perfect and we really want to keep it a secret but had to let people know how amazing it is. Thanks for yet another fabulous stay and we will see you again soon Sending love to all Joanne, David and Adam Strike

Nice Hotel food was not to our liking but that is us,Great choice of Salads but main meals not great,Our room was ok,cleaned everyday but our view was a brick wall and also the Hotel is on a Hill so walking up to the main street is hard work walking along the sea front is fine but that Hill never again,On the plus side lovely Hotel spotless the staff are so friendly,But i could strangle them Parrots,Would i go back it's a No from me just becase of the Hill and the food for me was not the best,

Hello Garryb71, We thank you for your possitives remarks to the staff, for the good cleaning and the good selection of salads, It is a shame you didn´t give us a better score. Our location is so next to the sea, so there is a little hill from the main street to access, at the same time the road that acces to our hotel is very quiet, as there is not a lot of trafic, the road ends with us and then, only sea. We are sorry we didnt´meet your expectation. Hope you can find a better option in Tenerife next time maybe in one of our HOVIMA hotels. All staff get grateful for your recognition to them. Lovely hotel. Staff were always happy and helpful. Rooms were cleaned almost daily. Staff were always on top of the cleaning, whole place was spotless. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to get back.

We came at the beginning of may for 10 nights , our first Holiday since before covid started and also our first holiday as a family with our 7 month baby (Ralphie) who all the staff through out the hotel loved and adored .. we want to say a big thank you to everyone at the hotel , you was all brilliant , thank you for a great stay we will definitely be returning.

Smashing little hotel. Close to all amenities and handy for buses. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and not at all noisy (apart from the parakeets nearby). Would advise if you like to sit on a balcony, not to book a promotional studio as your views are restricted somewhat. Will definitely be back. Thanks.

We have just returned from our 2nd visit to this lovely hotel the first was in January for my 60th birthday. Both our holidays there have been perfect the hotel is in a fantastic location & is kept spotlessly clean. The food is wonderful & the staff are so nice & work so hard but I would like to give a special mention to Ines on reception & to Karima & Jose you are so kind & friendly nothing is too much trouble & you always greet us with a big smile we loved having our lunch & drinks at the pool bar. We can't wait to return for our 3rd visit hopefully later this year. Thank you all for making our holidays there so special & hopefully see you again soon.

Nice and very clean Hotel. The staff was really friendly and wide variety of food to choose from. We had Half Board bais. One of the best hotels I have stayed while visiting Tenerife. We would recommend and definitely will be coming back.

Our second visit high standards maintained Wednesday night dining experience brilliant comprehensive menu But avoid Thursday Chinese night not so good maybe go up the road to Rossinis short walk from hotel. Only one issue we encountered with our stay; reception staff were holiday cover it seemed, Ines and Patricia were away which was a great shame, therefore we had a terrible experiences with Carolina, extremely rude and aggressive in her manner, not the usual warm welcoming staff. That said on the whole this is a fantastic hotel.

This was our 4th visit within 18 months, and what can I say.....another fantastic holiday. This hotel is just what you need for a nice relaxing break. The rooms and complex are immaculate in terms of cleanliness, and the staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Food is pleasant, and there is always something nice to eat. BBQ and Mexicana nights are my favourite, though...very tasty and flavoursome. Location is perfect for the beach, shops, and bars, which are all within walking distance, and if you want a long walk, you can head to La Caleta or Los Cristianos and if you want to venture a little further the bus stop is at the top of the hill and you can go to Adeje Town, Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraiso etc. and it is reasonably priced too, roughly 2.10€ each way. All in all, it's another fabulous stay, and I'm sure we will be back before the end of 2023. Thanks again for another wonderful holiday, Hovima Panorama, and keep up the great work 👍…
