Stayed here for 21 nights July/August 2021 Fantastic location with the most amazing staff. Nesta and Yolanda at the pool bar were wonderful as was the lovely lady at the snack bar, the snack bar was really good burgers , toasties , Chicken wings pizzas chips , salads etc Arian the animation guy was brilliant absolutely lovely very enthusiastic and tried really hard with limited resources and made our days much more fun would have been v really really boring without him he was a credit to hotel. The food was good for a Spanish all inclusive the BBQ nights were fab and the different paella on Spanish nights were so good. Chese abd biscuits tinned and fresh fruit lots of salads etc. All carte wasn't open first week then only available in the corner of the main buffet restaurant which was disappointing and not really al a carte experience and only allowed a max of 6 people per timed sitting 3 nights a week so impossible to book allocated amount of nights .... Great steak though and again lovely staff. Wine just awful undrinkable , beer spirits and soft drinks were good, some international brands like beefeater gin , jb whisky and disorano, coke, slushies etc for kids. Coffee horrible instant in the machine, you could get a lovely coffee at pool bar but you had to pay Spa was closed while time we were there. Gym was closed the whole time we were there. Lobby bar was closed whole time we were there so plastic chairs and tables at pool bar all night Kids club closed all 3 weeks we were there blamed covid but all the hotels around us had loads going on for kids. No archery or soft play as it was in kids club Darts board about a hundred years old and really needs replacing and some new darts itv would cost about 30 euros to sort!! Boules only available when animation on duty as the jacks were packed away Table tennis bats at reception had no rubber on them Two pool tables you paid for and neither had a full set of cues or even balls! Water mat for pool ripped so not in use, no pool parties etc they used to have Had to make a complaint to the rep so kids could use inflatables in pool as this was advertised as allowed in brochure but they didn't allow them until after I complained to rep there was nothing for kids to do. Kids mini disco wasnt on Main pool had a set of steps frighteningly loose and another set of steps broken and cordoned off three times We went out all but 2 nights despite paying all inclusive. Nice room with a pool and sea view we were really pleased however dirty on arrival with human hair in the fridge abs dust all over the wardrobe but got much cleaner after couple of days. Biggest issue for us was the cleanliness im sorry to say that it was really really lacking especially during a pandemic. Vomit left on bridge and stairs for 2 days till I complained. No one on the buffet entrance to enforce hand gel use so people were walking in picking up food and spoons then putting them back not bothering to clean their hands we both had bad stomachs. All but one of the ladies and disabled toilets had no toilet seats the whole 21 nights despite reporting this to the rep yuck ! I never saw them disinfect the restaurant tables between customers they just wiped with a dirty cloth in an ice bucket of water i went to supermarket and broght my own antibacterial wipes. Pool was only cleaned once in three weeks (I get up really early so I know this) it was full of hair balls and debris. For a chain like this they really really need to step up with cleaning and facilities None of the advertised features were available at very best a 2/3 star at the moment. Shame because I'm sure it could be great... only giving a 3 because of the great staff and location

Currently staying here just now. Day 9 of a 14 day holiday. Arrived Fri 10/09/21. Since day 1 our air conditioning hasn’t been working. We were told that someone would fix it on the Saturday, then told again the same thing on Monday. Wednesday was told it was the whole building has a problem with the motor so it’s down. And now told today it’s still a problem and a specialist is coming to see it tomorrow. This is 8 days in with no AC and up to 28° at night making us unable to sleep. We asked for a room change and told it would be no different as it’s a building fault and the hotel can’t even give us a fan. No portable fan for something like this which is affecting the whole building. It’s an absolute shambles as I’ve paid nearly £2500 for this holiday yet can’t get to enjoy it as when in the room at night it’s too hot to sit in and neither of us can sleep at night due to the high temperature. Also no gym, spa, or al a carte restaurant which we were promised access to free of charge as part of the booking. The sad thing is I stayed here in 2017 and was more than happy to come back. Now they have ruined my holiday. Far better out there for similar prices

there are much better available for the money. Not on the beach. A lift to beach level is available quite close. Fairly central location but a steep gradient at on end of the street. I would not stay here again

Booked hotel on understanding of amenities been what we needed. Travel as a group of 5. 4 adults 1child age 5. First thought of hotel before booking has everything we wanted. Kids. Club &entertaiment. Spa. Gym . Evening entertainment. Great location. . Ok where do I start. Week before we due to travel no kids club(COVID) after been informed from Jet2holidays that kids entertainment was still on we went. Got there none. No spa .no gym. My son had upgraded rooms through hotel before we left for big family rooms. He paid extra 560 euro more for rooms. Rooms huge but bathroom let it down.bath to high with only very old railed shower screen which was very dirty. Room was missing items such as PlayStation no docking music system. (Which was included in price) door kept jamming. When we asked about items we were told had to pay extra 50 euro for control for PlayStation. These items weren’t even in room. Hotel reception staff not much English. Hotel management rude . Food not good. Most days poor and cold. Nothing at all for our 5 yr old to do but pool. Location great. After a lot of conversations with hotel management about our issues we were basically told if u don’t like it you can leave. We weren’t asking for anything we hadn’t paid for. Most staff tried their best but under staffed through COVID so we got told. 1 lovely lady in restaurant didn’t get her name did try she was lovely. Plz plz think about everything if u are going here. All we kept getting told is COVID .hotels all around us had kids entertainment on . If you are going here as a base it’s great but everything else avoid.
