Even though we have difficult times, everything is run extremely well within rules. Friendly staff, lovely clean rooms and hotel, delicious food and drinks, fantastic shows and entertainment, activities all day well run. Well done everyone would definitely recommend.
We visited this hotel at the end of November 2020; four of us over two separate rooms. We have visited Tenerife before but usually stay in Las America’s so opted for a change of scenery and stayed in Adeje this time around; we booked the all inclusive package. To get the big negative out of the way; the food was AWFUL! Snacks by the snack bar, burgers etc aren’t included in the all inclusive package (self serve toasties by the pool bar are and these were actually very tasty). However, lunch and dinner were really really bad - we ate out every single day, apart from breakfast which was again poor but at least edible and everything could usually find something to eat. The lunch and dinner on offer was next level of disappointing; I obviously appreciate we’re in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic and it may be set up differently under normal circumstances - but this should really be highlighted when booking if this is the case because we paid way more than the trip was worth in terms of the all inclusive. When booking the website states you get one visit to the restaurant as opposed to the buffet; this was never mentioned when we were there in fact I never even seen a restaurant - again this may be due to COVID. The hotel itself was nice enough, the lobby clean and bright and spacious and the check in staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit outdated and not totally spotless - dust on shelves, hair in the bath tub etc, nothing outrageous but I’ve stayed in cleaner places. They’re average and had we paid a bit less we would’ve probably been happier with this but I don’t agree the hotel is to the standard it’s advertised to be. A major plus is the location; everything is near and we booked some great trips at the little excursion hut just outside the hotel. Close to the beach, the steak house restaurant out of the hotel and to the left was lovely as well as the little ice cream shop nearby. An AMAZINGLY priced convenience store underneath the hotel which allowed us to stock up on food, drinks and souvenirs to bring back home. We spent most of our nights at the Skybar which is within walking distance; great atmosphere and great prices - always offers on drinks etc. We had a great holiday and it was lovely to get away after spending much of the year in lockdown, they take wearing masks etc very seriously and we felt very safe during our trip. Wouldn’t return to this hotel but would definitely like to spend more time in this area. It’s definitely not the worst hotel and wouldn’t ruin a trip or anything, it would serve well as a base to go out and explore but I definitely wouldn’t recommend going all inclusive as it’s much better value for money to eat at the local bars and restaurants.…
I had a wonderful holiday in Tenerife,La Nina is a very well run establishment. The staff are so dedicated to their position from the reception staff to the cleaners, from the dining room staff to the bar staff. All these members of staff showed professionalism & dedication in making my stay comfortable & memorable which they certainly achieved. I would rate the hotel a 3 Star plus as it looks a little tired in places which is understandable under the current global issues. Overall I would recommend a visit.
Modern style of hotel, with very spacious rooms and all areas well looked after and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The buffet food was lovely. It had to be served to you due to Covid restrictions, which took a little bit of getting used to, but if you weren't sure about anything, the staff explained. The Christmas meal was spectacular!!!! Very well presented and a massive choice for the reduced number of guests. A wonderful experience!!! Thank you. (Sorry - The Location review is terrible as we HATE Costa Adeje. This has no bearing on our review of the hotel.)
Good for the time (this review was written during the COVID-19 outbreak). We spent a week there and really enjoyed it. The room was great and the place was clean. Staff were also very friendly. However during meal times there was a limited choice. Not only that but the steak in the a la carte was undercooked or overcooked. No inbetween. However for the time it was good and i would love to return when there is no pandemic
