    ...Please be aware though that the pool closes at around 6.30pm but the bar stayed open until late with performers/karaoke depending on the night on the outdoor stage...     ...The restaurant staff are helpful and courteous .The rooms are dated with bits falling off in the bathroom, beds that are squeaky camp beds pushed together and poor air conditioning... But if you need a late check out room then forget it as the hotel is always full, apparently, despite the restaurant being almost empty every day... The VIP room is wasted and underused, possibly due to the upgrade costs of the adult room package , which was supposed to include late checkout but when one was requested was told you need to read the small print first as they aren't available...

The housekeeper cleaned every day and left our hotel room spotless so thank you lovely lady and the hotel gifted me with a bottle of bubbly for my 26th which was really appreciated so thank you!...

    ...The only complaint i have is at check in we had booked a sea view room while waiting the 2 couples who had checked in before us came back up and complained that they did not have a sea view and to come back in the morning so when we got told of our room number we also knew we would not have a sea view as this had happened to us once before first time we stayed here. So next morning got a move to a room with a bit of a sea view... Rooms are good nice comfy bed and the usual fridge tv a kettle would be nice in room something for the hotel group to think about our room had a nice big terrace with sunloungers which was nice... Will be going back in September but wont be booking a sea view room as don't get it when you check in late on a Sunday...

    ...We booked the VIP upgrade on an AI basis, but the room really needs a refresh. Rooftop private access area offers great views but bizarre arrangement with complimentary drinks (a few soft drinks in cans and beer on tap and that’s it, no wine, spirits, cocktails etc and no snacks of any description) This area also has no toilet facilities, so if you need the loo you’ll have to go back to your own room, crazy... Snacks in this lounge are the same as the pool, just awful (what’s wrong with offering some bags of crisps and peanuts etc?)... Food in the main restaurant is very mediocre and as one of our fellow guests so rightly said “you can find something to get you by” As recommended by others, we tried the a la carte restaurant option for dinner hoping it would be better, but sadly it was just as bad despite paying more for the steak option... The desserts in particular were and absolute joke, and least said the better... As for the quality of their entertainment, the worst we’ve ever seen at a AI resort... For anyone from the UK thinking of going here please don’t, as you’ll be very underwhelmed by this hotel... We’ve been to many AI resorts in Spain and Cyprus over the years and they are all better than this hotel... Indeed, for any of you who’ve been AI in Cyprus you’ll be massively disappointed by this place... Serious improvement needed and personally we wouldn’t go back near this place...

    We booked with Jet2 holidays for a week All inclusive Plus... This was disappointing as we had paid extra for this but was told we needed to contact Jet2 about this situation... When we booked the holiday it said we could use the al a carte restaurant twice throughout our stay, it was open but we was told it wasn’t open and as they don’t do they all inclusive plus anymore we wouldn’t of had access... We spoke to other guests and they were told the exact same thing but they argued there point that they booked all inclusive plus which they then booked twice during there week stay at the restaurant... My partner is pregnant so when beside the pool I asked for a mock-tail or something alcohol free such as smoothie as there was only so much coke or lemonade she could’ve drank and the smoothies or other drinks weren’t included in the all inclusive they were at an extra cost which when booked hotel it stated snacks & all drinks where included... The pool was cold, it said there was meant to be one heated pool which was indoors which you had to pay for... Unfortunately we felt we didn’t get our moneys worth for what we paid, and won’t be returning/recommending unless improvements been made...

    ...THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL We stayed here for 5 days this week with our daughter, son in law & 5 month old granddaughter, the hotel is basic to say the least, we were told the hotel had been recently refurbished but we could see no signs of this so I dread to think what is what like before!... Thank God we only booked bed & breakfast as the breakfast was of poor quality & we certainly wouldn’t have wanted to eat in the hotel for dinner... My advise would be to avoid this hotel, the only thing going for it is the location ...

    ...We paid all inclusive and entertainment is meant to be within that... They then turned the music right down which I think is due to the hotel rooms being near the entertainment bit, this should be changed and moved as it’s unfair you pay all inclusive and get no entertainment or music that is so low you can barely hear it... I know they don’t use the expensive brands but something isn’t right with the alcohol they do provide... Personally, I don’t think I would stay here again, if I did it wouldn’t be for all inclusive...

    ...If you decide to book here, make sure you put your walking boots to find entertainment elsewhere... An entertainment stage was also inside but closed, again, a huge disappointment... Our fridge was completely empty although stated on a piece of paper above that there was refreshments you could buy… To those couples booking rooms, I suggest you ask for a double room as we were given two singles pushed together... However, I doubt we would stay here again unless improvements were to be put into place...

Also at tea, you get charged for your drinks which defeats the whole objective or all inclusive / half board Maid sometimes came early in the morning and more or less walk in after one knock without giving you notice... One woman on the reception tried charging €20 to use an iron... We paid £800 pp for 7 nights however I would value this trip at £450pp...

    Just back from this hotel after staying here a few years ago and had such a good experience decided to return, they say you should never go back and they're right... But if you need a late check out room then forget it as the hotel is always full, apparently, despite the restaurant being almost empty every day... The VIP room is wasted and underused, possibly due to the upgrade costs of the adult room package , which was supposed to include late checkout but when one was requested was told you need to read the small print first as they aren't available...

    I come home yesterday after staying at this hotel for a week, I paid nearly £2000 for an all inclusive holiday for myself and my two year old daughter, I paid this because they claimed to have children’s entertainment and kids club extra... Honestly the worst holiday I’ve ever been on and paid for... Save your money and go somewhere else I do have more photos on another phone, once I have access I’ll happily upload...

    ...There were 2 adjoined pools and a small shallow area for children to splash in and the whole area was kept very clean, with a pool bar serving drinks and snacks.There was aqua aerobics on every day in the pool too for half an hour... Our room for 3 of us was spacious, clean and had a balcony and was cleaned and tidied every day...

    Stayed here from the 18th June - 28th June. Our first aboard holiday as a couple and had a good experience at this hotel... The restaurant staff were so helpful as my girlfriend is gluten free and they prepared GF bread for her at mealtimes if she requested it... Reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful... The room was spacious, clean and perfect for us... Our beds were made everyday by the maid and sheets/towels changed every couple days... The pool area was great and prefect for chilling to read a book...

    ...When we arrived the receptionist was helpful and pleasant and we were quickly checked in... We could use the VIP lounge which when we were there was very quiet and it was nice and cool... There was beer on tap, snacks in the fridge and a trau full of spirits with another fridge full of water and pop... With the upgrade we could use the sun terrace and this also had beer on tap and a fridge full of pop and water... You are greeted by Aron who was very welcoming and a great host, he called us the book people as obviously we had reading books 😆... They did give us a few shots of honey rum though which was delicious... All in all we had a great holiday, the staff and cleaners work hard and were all very pleasant and friendly especially Criso and Nestor who was always smiling... We are looking to come back here again in December for my wifes 50th but i would certainly recommend this hotel...

    Just returned from 10 nights at this hotel and honestly cant fault it... We went all inclusive as at 15 pound per person per day difference in b/b it was well worth it... No cheap local spirits here only got proper branded drinks ... .cleaned every day with clean towels... Staff are lovely from maids to reception... Had a la carte meal twice free too...

    We booked with Jet2 holidays for a week All inclusive Plus. When we arrived at the hotel the women on the desk checked us in but didn’t say anything about our stay and was slow... We got black wristbands and we asked the lady at the reception later on what our All inclusive Plus included and she said we don’t do that anymore, we have stopped the All inclusive Plus... This was disappointing as we had paid extra for this but was told we needed to contact Jet2 about this situation... When we booked the holiday it said we could use the al a carte restaurant twice throughout our stay, it was open but we was told it wasn’t open and as they don’t do they all inclusive plus anymore we wouldn’t of had access... Went down to reception and they sent a maintenance man up to fix the problem however the water was still coming out dirty... With conversation going back and fourth they upgraded us to a different room - club room which was just what we expected... Lovely view, clean & no issues... My partner is pregnant so when beside the pool I asked for a mock-tail or something alcohol free such as smoothie as there was only so much coke or lemonade she could’ve drank and the smoothies or other drinks weren’t included in the all inclusive they were at an extra cost which when booked hotel it stated snacks & all drinks where included... Beside the pool they were serving drinks in paper cups but some people were getting plastic cups... The Wi-Fi didn’t work, was very slow & kept disconnecting which meant we was using our mobile data... The staff were friendly and food was nice...

    ...We were staying for two nights bed and breakfast at a cost of £204 so £102 per night... Check in was quick and efficient and we were given a room on the 7th floor overlooking the pool... However there is no kettle or coffee machine so hot drinks in your room are a no which was very disappointing... There is a small fridge and a hairdryer in the bathroom... The beds are reasonably comfortable I’m just glad I only have to stay two nights... Breakfast opens at 7:30 and we went down as soon as it opened... There was nobody to greet us so we just helped ourself to a table... There was no chef at the omelette area to cook anything so I selected some scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages... The staff overall were very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs an overhaul!...

We went back and again told Reception about the smell and the broken aircon, they said they would take a look and 30 minutes later the Airton was working... Surprisingly we had to purchase water with our evening meal which is a first for us anywhere in the world we have visited, very disappointing..The pool area is decent enough, the pool is probably one if the best we have seen around the Adeje area.So overall I would rate this hotel as 3 star and pretty much average across the board, I probably couldn't recommend it, we are used to much better and can't say we will visit it again which is a shame and not something I like writing, Most of the staff are nice with just the one guy on Reception who assumed we would accept his pitiful excuse in telling me the Aircon was working...

The air-con in the room was broke and when asked to be fixed they put a towel down on the floor to stop the drilling going into the floor... My mums room had ro be changed twice because she paid for a balcony and the room she got out in didn’t have one, when she went to talk to the staff they was rude and said nothing we can do come back tomorrow when we have space...     Myself and my wife spent a lovely week at this hotel the last week of September... This time myself and my wife took the adult package with vip which was very good... We paid extra for this so it should be checked, maybe when people are coming in to the restaurant they should be directed in to the correct area... The overall service was very good, there are certain key people in certain areas of the hotel, the staff on the reception desk were fantastic and helpful... The last 3 days of our holiday nobody put a glass of orange on our breakfast table and the service was not as good as the previous days... The service in the a la carte was outstanding, the menu could do with a little more adding to it, we went twice and if we went again we would want something different... Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable...

    We stayed from the 2nd - 9th October... The staff are absolutely fantastic, so polite and very accommodating and helpful... It’s very disappointing as we got told that they deliberately don’t have entertainment on as much at this time of year due to being ‘out of season’ although they still take your money for the all inclusive but don’t provide the full service of entertainment!... The pools and sun-beds was good, lots of variety so don’t need to get up early to get a bed, although people still tend to have done this which is quite annoying as they have a no reserving sun-bed policy... We had a night flight and they let us use the facilities and even had a courtesy room for half hour which was outstanding, thank you very much for providing this as it meant we did not have to wait around all day twiddling our thumbs...

    ...From checking in to checking out and every second in-between they are all so welcoming and helpful... No need to get up and reserve any as there's always some available... The food is amazing and the service is first class... In addition to these already brilliant services there's an option to upgrade to a VIP package that provides guests with a room on a certain floor and also enables guests access to two private rooftop terraces with self service soft and alcoholic drinks... There's also a separate seating area in the restraunt for VIP guests and access to a lobely and comfortable private lounge that again provides self serve soft and alcoholic drinks and a tea and coffee machine... There's also snacks available and daily newspapers and magazines... The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and the housekeeping in the rooms is of a very high standard as you eould expect from a 4 star hotel such as this... We had a fantastic holiday and it's always sad to say goodbye to the wonderful staff here...

    Lovely accommodating staff to mobility needs great location... Evening entertainment was not fantastic but we were out most nights as we only stayed B&B bar prices in hotel reasonable and you get high quality plastic glasses in the right shape around the pool which is far better than drinking a wine out of a flimsy plastic cup...

Top label spirits, including Disaronno and Smirnoff are part of the all-inclusive drink selection as well as slush, puppies, and cocktails!...     ...No rush for sun loungers, could easily pick them still around 9:30-10am which was delight if you aren’t fussy on position. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available all day...     Good sized room spotless with sea view balcony. Our room on the 7th floor was quiet, with a decent sized TV (which we never used), a fridge and a small sofa... The bed was firm, but very comfortable and the aircon was good and quiet... The toilet had a low bath, easy to get into for older people, and the shower over the bath was excellent... A plus was the excellent daily cleaning... The spa had all the basics, a small pool with hot tub, steam room and sauna and next door was a decent equipped gym... The restaurant was quite spacious, with an outdoor dining area and the buffet food, while reasonably varied, was adequate rather than outstanding, but got a bit monotonous over 10 days... However, the restaurant staff were very friendly and outstandingly efficient... The outdoor pools were relatively small and the water temperature was quite cool, but adequate for the number using them and there was a good sized sunbathing area and nice poolside bar... The lobby was very spacious with plenty of seating and the entertainment area on the floor below appeared popular... Altogether, a good, but not outstanding four star hotel in a fabulous location, just five minutes up the hill from the beach/promenade and surrounded by a host of shops, supermarkets and restaurants... We would certainly be happy to return for another visit...

    ...There are three bars outside the hotel that play music until 4-5am every morning from the early evening... We ended up having a beautiful brunch down the road at these lovely cafe’s, just walking distance... The pool needs cleaning, the tiles are black with mould and particularly the pool floor is shockingly dirty with bits of black floating around the pool... I would highly recommend booking a 5 star B&B and enjoying all the wonderful restaurants they have to offer and cafes for brunch...

    ...Entertainment, well.. a bit of a let down, this starts at 21:30 and ends at 22:00 every night we were there and as a 26 and 35 year old, it’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy our evenings at the hotel & I could sense the same to those staying... Hotel room is nice, comfy beds, powerful shower etc... The room we stayed in (410) was directly behind the entertainment and from the balcony we could hear music coming from Kaluna Beach Club, couldn’t imagine a family or an elderly couple would appreciate this room but was ok for us... I’ve got to say on our first night, our air con wasn’t working, after a swift chat at reception, the maintenance guy promptly sorted our air con out... Our fridge was completely empty although stated on a piece of paper above that there was refreshments you could buy… To those couples booking rooms, I suggest you ask for a double room as we were given two singles pushed together... The housekeeper cleaned every day and left our hotel room spotless so thank you lovely lady and the hotel gifted me with a bottle of bubbly for my 26th which was really appreciated so thank you!... However, I doubt we would stay here again unless improvements were to be put into place...

    I come home yesterday after staying at this hotel for a week, I paid nearly £2000 for an all inclusive holiday for myself and my two year old daughter, I paid this because they claimed to have children’s entertainment and kids club extra... The steps in the pool had to be fixed because they was so loose so many people was complaining... The beds wasn’t cleaned and where just left out, not touched... My mums room had ro be changed twice because she paid for a balcony and the room she got out in didn’t have one, when she went to talk to the staff they was rude and said nothing we can do come back tomorrow when we have space... The food around the pool was okay but again the same everyday... The pool bar staff was lovely and very polite...

    ...Great hotel, friendly staff , food was good each day was a different selection and you can have either hot or cold. You also have a A LA Carte restaurant which we were able to use twice during our stay being all inclusive... Also the bar area in the hotel next to the dining room was never open so you had to go to the poolside bar every evening for the entertainment and to drink... The room was big with a big balcony we had a sea view... The bed was a queen and was very comfy lots of wardrobe space and plenty of plugs ... The WiFi was really good around the hotel and in our room... The bathroom was a little tired looking but the shower was really hot and powerful...

    Myself and my wife spent a lovely week at this hotel the last week of September... This time myself and my wife took the adult package with vip which was very good... The last 3 days of our holiday nobody put a glass of orange on our breakfast table and the service was not as good as the previous days... The hotel is ideal situated a few minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants... This hotel is a lovely hotel and we will definitely be back, the vip chill out bar is excellent and the rooftop views are outstanding... On other things our room was beautiful with views on to the bay, I would definitely like to stay in that room again... Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable...

    ...This is a big bright and clean hotel. Our room was big, clean and well appointed... The maids also provide a really good service... Breakfast was good with a fantastic choice... More fresh rather than tinned fruit would be nice but there really is lots and lots of choice... The pool area and bar are really nice... The sunbeds could do with a bit of a clean/upgrade but it’s not big deal... Having explored we found the Fanabe area about a 20 minute walk away from the hotel which was far far nicer, quieter and better restaurants...

    It is a nice looking hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful... One woman on the reception tried charging €20 to use an iron... The rest of reception are very friendly and useful however... However, the hotel is in a good location as it is near the beach and around many restaurants and bars... Also it isn’t far to taxi to places... The entertainment was good at the hotel and the hotel room with a sea view has a great view...

    ...The staff are absolutely fantastic, so polite and very accommodating and helpful... We paid all inclusive and entertainment is meant to be within that... We didn’t take much money with us as we paid for all inclusive so we even had to get money out to go out and have drinks and a good night due to this reason... The pools and sun-beds was good, lots of variety so don’t need to get up early to get a bed, although people still tend to have done this which is quite annoying as they have a no reserving sun-bed policy... We had a night flight and they let us use the facilities and even had a courtesy room for half hour which was outstanding, thank you very much for providing this as it meant we did not have to wait around all day twiddling our thumbs...

    ...From checking in to checking out and every second in-between they are all so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great location... Close to some beautiful beaches and surrounded by some lovely restaurants and bars... The pool area is of ample size with an abundance of beds... No need to get up and reserve any as there's always some available... A wide variety of drinks are available from hot drinks , soft drinks and alcoholic drinks... The outside snack bar has a wide range of foods if you don't fancy going in for lunch... The restaurant is large and bright with something to suit everyone... In addition to this they have an a la carte restaurant that you need to book in advance... The food is amazing and the service is first class... It feels like a special treat... Rooms are spacious and bright and come with aircon and a fridge if you want to chill some drinks in the room... The evening entertainment is also of a high standard with some very enjoyable acts to watch... In addition to these already brilliant services there's an option to upgrade to a VIP package that provides guests with a room on a certain floor and also enables guests access to two private rooftop terraces with self service soft and alcoholic drinks... There's also a separate seating area in the restraunt for VIP guests and access to a lobely and comfortable private lounge that again provides self serve soft and alcoholic drinks and a tea and coffee machine... There's also snacks available and daily newspapers and magazines... Plus some board games and a small library of books... The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and the housekeeping in the rooms is of a very high standard as you eould expect from a 4 star hotel such as this...

    ...The check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room was a standard double, it was adequate and clean... The location was ideal for all local bars, shops and restaurants... The local bus service was excellent and easy to use, the drivers all spoke some English and gave advice when asked... We were all inclusive and the drinks were of a good quality, the bar staff were friendly and always had a smile...

Had a lovely time at la nina, would definitely return. We paid extra for the adult club which gave you access to the roof terrace a room with a sea view and the self service VIP bar. Wasn't too impressed with the cooked breakfast offerings but lunch and dinners were usually good with plenty of choice. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The evening entertainment was quite good except for the karaoke night which was really aimed at kids. The decor is starting to look a bit tired in some areas but was told the hotel is closing in April for a refurb. The pool area outside is lovely, there's a pool bar that also serves snacks. The pool itself wasn't heated, can't see that being a problem in summer but we visited late November and the water was too cold for us. Lovely hotel with fantastic attentive friendly staff ( with the exception of one barman in the lobby bar, he was quite grumpy at times). Can't wait to see what it's like after it gets a make over. Hopefully it'll make a good holiday a great one.

The location of this property is excellent and close to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped even though they could be updated a little. The food was varied, very good quality and tasty. We went in the all inclusive plus for adults only and had your own dining section which was good when not dining outside in the spacious outdoor area. The staff were very good and friendly. Overall this hotel was a very good experience.

Location is the best part ,central but not noisy Stayed on the 6th floor with sea view Went all inclusive, food & drinks all excellent. Lots of variety Friendly staff, really clean rooms, freshly made beds and clean towels daily Not sure how it has got bad reviews, for the price it’s fantastic!!

This hotel is in a fab location very large clean room, lots of entertainment and food is good also, however only had B&B the garden surrounding pool is kept really well rooms just need updating for 5 stars across all ratings for me

We had alive and dead cockroaches in room, we notified reception, but except cleaning it, no action was done. And situation was repeated. Food is good there, but when thinking about how dirty this place must be to have cockroaches I questioned eating, same with sleep, I was horrified that bugs will be walking on my body or around my stuff, whole experience was full of stress because of cockroaches, my parter try his best to not make me less stressed about bugs and we just avoided hotel except nights and morning. Also we had dust in room and curtains in it were dirty when we arrived and stayed this way to our departure

Booked this hotel 1 week ago (25/11/23) with JET2, it was advertised as a 4 star plus hotel. Today (1/12/23) I recieved an 'e' mail telling me that the hotel has been downgraded to a 3 star plus status. I paid for 4 star hotel then get a 3 star hotel, I am totally discusted with JET2 for over selling this hotel to me without any option to change or any adjustment in price. Won't be using JET2 ever again.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days (Friday 24th - Tuesday 28th November 2023) Our room needs further renovation, whilst the bedroom is more updated, the bathroom isn’t. The shower leaked every day, the staff did nothing about this, the cleaners failed to attend two days in a row, and they never cleaned behind the tv, which led to a large build up of dust. Again not great when you have allergies. Our room key cards stopped working on 5 different occasions during our stay, each member of staff were hapless when we brought this recurring issue to their attention. Best they did was to tell us some daft memorised script about how the cards can stop working if they come into contact with mobile phones, again not applicable to us as we left our phones in our rooms half the time, let alone. They should really look into changing their key system if it’s that badly affected by phones, as more or less everyone will have one in the present day. The all inclusive drinks were ok, sangria I can’t knock at all. But the food on offer, dreadful. Only food we enjoyed was the pastries. The only positive for us, was the spa facilities. Which were pleasant. Would not recommend, nor return.

Visited for 7 nights AI in a premium room with adult club. The reception area is nice, and check in was pretty smooth.we were in room 806, which is supposed to be a premium (deluxe) room. It is most definitely not! The room was old, tired and in need of a complete refurb. Stained bath and cracked tiles in the bathroom, paint peeling off the balcony and just a tired look throughout. Food in the All inclusive was average. Reasonable selection, but pretty bland. Be aware though, there is no air con in the restaurant. It was boiling! So uncomfortable that we chose to eat out most days/nights. The pool snack bar was very good, and the staff there were fantastic. The VIP lounge was good, with a selection of spirits, mixers, wine, beer and snacks. Definitely worth the extra cost. Check out was poor. One receptionist dealing with both check in and check out. Took us nearly 30 minutes to be checked out. In summary, the general areas are nice, but the rooms are very poor for a so called 4* hotel. For the price we paid, there are far better hotels close by. Good points
