Just got back after a great week at the Be Live Experience La Nina. We were a little concerned prior to going given some of the bad reviews, however, we had a fantastic week. Checkin was easy and fast, the room was large (the bathroom may be a bit dated but all very functional). The hotel is clean, the bar staff could not be more helpful. The Food was all very good, not a load of variety in comparison to some much larger hotels but there is certainly something for everyone. The entertainment wasn't that great but the hotel was nowhere near full so only a handful of us stayed to watch, I am sure in the height of the season and with a bigger crowd all would be fine. We will certainly go back

Excellent location, lovely staff and great room. Breakfast selection was good and of a good standard. Ate out every evening so cannot comment on evening meal. The room was nice, clean with a nice sea view. Just what we were looking for for a nice break away

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. Only downside AI not worth doing. Only a few drinks which were very weak, cocktails rubbish none alcoholic cocktails cost money. Food breakfast bareable, lunch ok. Evening meal not too good. We ended up with a concoction on our plates. We was only there 3 nights so could put up with it but maybe if longer would do maybe b&b or half board.

The hotel was good enough. As a person who has worked many years in hotels I expected a little bit higher standard when it comes to 4 star hotel but I cannot complain because my stay was comfortable. I realise as well that after pandemics there are still some restrictions that don´t allow to show the whole potential. The best value that the hotel has is the staff. The people who work there made that during two weeks I was feeling like at home! They are incredibly nice and helpful. The person I was travelling with got ill and we received so much help from the personnel. I could count on the bosses at restaurant: Manuel y Alberto. The waiters and bartenders are fantastic. I cannot forget about girls from animation team who do their best to give a good quality entertainment to the guests. I was only disappointed by the behaviour of the woman who works at reception who was so arrogant and speak to us without any respect. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable!!! But summing up, hotel is good but people who work there make it a wonderful place! Angelica

We booked a sea view double ,we received a side sea view twin !! not what I paid for and reception argued the toss that it was a sea view but in fact it was one of the nosy rooms that no one else wanted as there is now a late disco below 4am to be exact . We often stay at the Santa Marie opposite and this hotel looked very inviting as we often walk by so basically the view you see as your passing is as good as it gets . The food on their website pictures is nothing like you will be served with the choices being limited however on the Wednesday they have a BBQ which smelt fab until I noticed the cook removing raw chicken from a tray placing it on the BBQ and then picking up cooked sausages putting them in the raw meat tray before placing them on a hot plate (,all with the same tongs) ,I quickly left the queue as did other families that had also noticed ,I returned to my table and told my family to stop eating immediately. My Granddaughters armbands were popped and binned by pool staff one morning whilst I got her changed and despite other guests telling him that they belong to a small Child he still continued (these were on our sun lounger) I asked to speak to a manager but they clearly don't exist and ended up going around in circles with some DIV who asked me in very poor English to write my complaint down and handed me a piece of paper I quickly showed him this site and said I have no use of paper thank you .. All in All NOT Four a star Hotel Two plus tops and trust me we are not snobby in the least but we have stayed in better Three star hotels more local

We have been here before but after reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried. Just going home and I don’t know why I was so worried had a fantastic stay again. Our room was clean, the maid came in everyday. The food fantastic all meals plenty of choice and always so then that we would eat. The restaurant was very quiet for all our meals. All the staff were friendly and hard working. The pool seat was relaxing and served descent drinks no cheap makes. My only negative was on out 2nd night the fire alarm went if twice once at 2.30am they only went off a short while but then at 4am they went off again so we left the hotel. There were only 2 staff that I could see and the communication was very poor we still are not aware of what had happened. On a positive we will defiantly be returning we had a really good holiday for a very reasonable price.

This was our 5th stay at this hotel. Great location, friendly staff and check in was very easy. The only gripe we have is there is a charge of 27 Euro to use the safe deposit box in your room for a 10 night stay. This cannot be justified. Perhaps charge a 50 Euro refundable deposit for the key. That said everything else was fine. The staff work hard and will always help you if they can. Well done guys.

We had booked the All Inclusive plus with Adult Club back in 2020 and finally made it. Have to say all staff friendly and the 2 receptionists Rebecca and Natalia were very efficient and a credit to the hotel. Fantastic sea view from room 901. Bed very large I'm over 6ft and could comfortably slept across the bed. Fridge stocked, had to pay for safe but that's normal. A/C included, large balcony. Adult only terrace on 8th floor with stocked fridge of water soft drinks and beer on tap. Sun beds with mattresses also double beds with canopies. VIP Lounge with snacks and international spirits, coffee and beer on tap. Entertainment bit hit and miss but the Motwn nights were very good. Buffet meals all acceptable with plenty of choice (Adult Club area for meals) 3 al la carte included in Mylos restaurant. Ideal position for beachand walks to La Caleta, Sian Mall/Park and las Americas etc. All made for a relaxing break

So I came to this hotel with my boyfriend as it’s our first couples holiday away together and I am extremely disappointed. We booked a superior room, which is nothing more than a kingsize bed, the room is dated, dark and is definitely not worth the money. The food has been absolutely atrocious, I wouldn’t even feed my dogs the rubbish they serve here. The majority of the staff are rude, dismissive and unhelpful. The entertainment was rubbish, for bingo they were giving away free bottles of wine (baring in mind it’s an all inclusive hotel). I will not be coming back here, waste of money!!
