We stopped here for a week, lovely hotel, friendly and very helpful staff we stopped half board, there was a wide verity of food , would definitely stop here again. Not far from the beach and was near the shops
First time back since covid stayed for 2 weeks in September all inclusive and had a great stay. The only complaint i have is at check in we had booked a sea view room while waiting the 2 couples who had checked in before us came back up and complained that they did not have a sea view and to come back in the morning so when we got told of our room number we also knew we would not have a sea view as this had happened to us once before first time we stayed here. So next morning got a move to a room with a bit of a sea view. Other than that had a great time friendly staff. Rooms are good nice comfy bed and the usual fridge tv a kettle would be nice in room something for the hotel group to think about our room had a nice big terrace with sunloungers which was nice. Didn't stay in much at night as entertainment wasn't that good so would have a couple of drinks and head out loads of bars and restaurants about. Wednesday night bbq night is probably my favourite food night. Will be going back in September but wont be booking a sea view room as don't get it when you check in late on a Sunday.…
We booked with Jet2 holidays for a week All inclusive Plus. When we arrived at the hotel the women on the desk checked us in but didn’t say anything about our stay and was slow. We got black wristbands and we asked the lady at the reception later on what our All inclusive Plus included and she said we don’t do that anymore, we have stopped the All inclusive Plus. This was disappointing as we had paid extra for this but was told we needed to contact Jet2 about this situation. We had read the reviews leading up to the holiday and the all inclusive plus was still a thing at the end of November 2022 and we arrived on the 1st December. When we booked the holiday it said we could use the al a carte restaurant twice throughout our stay, it was open but we was told it wasn’t open and as they don’t do they all inclusive plus anymore we wouldn’t of had access. We spoke to other guests and they were told the exact same thing but they argued there point that they booked all inclusive plus which they then booked twice during there week stay at the restaurant. By the time we had heard this we wasn’t able to book as the restaurant was then closed towards the end of our stay. We got to our room and it was clean but needed a little work doing to it. In our bathroom there was rust all round the bath and taps which when I ran the bath the water come out filthy brown & then suddenly stopped working. Went down to reception and they sent a maintenance man up to fix the problem however the water was still coming out dirty. We noticed all white stains on the dressing table seat. With this my partner went down and showed the staff member on reception photos of the room and she was very rude about it. With conversation going back and fourth they upgraded us to a different room - club room which was just what we expected. Lovely view, clean & no issues. Food was good. My partner is pregnant so when beside the pool I asked for a mock-tail or something alcohol free such as smoothie as there was only so much coke or lemonade she could’ve drank and the smoothies or other drinks weren’t included in the all inclusive they were at an extra cost which when booked hotel it stated snacks & all drinks where included. Beside the pool they were serving drinks in paper cups but some people were getting plastic cups. The pool was cold, it said there was meant to be one heated pool which was indoors which you had to pay for. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, was very slow & kept disconnecting which meant we was using our mobile data. The staff were friendly and food was nice. The location was brilliant, lots of bars/restaurants and close to the beach. Entertainment was ok. Unfortunately we felt we didn’t get our moneys worth for what we paid, and won’t be returning/recommending unless improvements been made.…
We spent 2 weeks in La Niña late November early December and found the hotel to be an excellent choice for a holiday in Adjece. The whole ambience of the hotel from the entrance to the rooms was excellent and service second to none. Situated right in the heart of the resort the hotel is perfect.
We stayed here for 4 nights as a last minute getaway. Honestly, the pictures on the websites made it look better than it was in real life. It was clean(ish) and a great location but a few points to notice. They were quite slow on reception, the lady took about 15 minutes to check us in very slowly. The room was clean except for the long dark hairs I found on the back of the bathroom door. And the shower is so confusing how to switch from bath to shower water, and when trying to adjust this the tap broke straight off in our hands from the rust. And the water was running out a rusty brown colour. (I went straight t reception and got a maintenance man sent up straight away and he fitted a new one). But love the option of different channels on the TV in different languages (guilty of enjoying the British channels). The breakfast was really good! Lots of different options for different nationalities, in particular enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes! The Pool area was nice and spot-on location. Thought it was a good price for 4 nights but after stayed here, feel a little over-charged. It was good don't get me wrong, but won't be returning.…
All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially to our 5 year old. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony and fridge. Maybe a little tired in places but everything worked. They have a nice pool with bar alongside - no slides and it’s not huge but was fine for us. Great location just minutes from the beach and to pick up points for excursions. There’s food available all day long - our only complaint was some of it was a bit bland and couldn’t get a decent coffee or tea really (would’ve loved to have a mug and a kettle in the room) Overall it’s great for uncomplicated holiday, wonderful service. It does have a spa too but I didn’t visit it.
Writing this on our 3rd day here and already have all this to say. Pool is freezing not heated at all like listed. Doesn’t cater well for gluten free/allergies it’s offering is chicken every night, however the main waiter does try but this shouldn’t be necessary if allergies where just labeled next to the food. Mattress is so loud when moved on.kitchen Staff don’t speak good English. Spa is okay. Entertainment okay. Location amazing. Very quiet hotel with a few games such as ping pong/boules/ pool which is great. Overall not good so won’t be coming back.
Stayed here for a winter break in November. We were all inclusive plus with adult club. Room was on the ninth floor with great sea views. The food was good at the buffets with plenty on choice. We went to the a la carte restaurant twice which was included in our package, the food was excellent with great service from the guys. The only down side was the lack of plastic glasses at the pool bar as we had to drink sangria and gins out of paper cups . All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hasn't put us off as we have booked again for next March .
Fantastic hotel, staff work very hard make you feel very welcome and special. food always varied and fresh great themed nights, barstaff always friendly and helpful Entertainment very enjoyable, we loved queen. Hotel in Great location. Would definitely return
We were at this hotel six months ago and are so pleased we went back. The hotel is just what we paid for. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun beds. The meals were more than just enough! The choice was really good at every meal time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with Alberto at the helm. We will be looking to return soon. Thank you.
