Ramada Residences by Wyndham Costa Adeje is often celebrated for its spacious and well-appointed rooms, though cleanliness has been a concern for some guests. The hotel's elevated position offers stunning views, but the climb may prove challenging, prompting guests to opt for taxis. The welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by generously sized balconies.
While the amenities, including diverse dining options and pools, are generally appreciated, there have been mentions of additional costs. Guests commend the hotel for its value and the staff's friendliness, although the cleaning service frequency has received some criticism.

Detailed Reviews
We stayed in a 2 bedroomed, 2 bath roomed apartment with a large balcony which had wonderful views. It was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent - clean sheets and towels every few days. Our apartment had air con / heating which we were glad of for the first couple of evenings as it was chilly. There is a sofa bed but the apartment would feel crowded if 6 people stayed as the sofa bed would take up most of the sitting area. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, although I would have liked a small roasting tray to use in the oven and a bread basket. There are 2 restaurants on site and supermarkets within walking distance. The resort is on a hill so you need to be fit! There is also a mini market on site. There are 2 swimming pools and a kids club and adult activities for those that want them. There is a good book swap but it is a pity that it is not located where it is accessible at all times. There are recycling bins on site, but it would be useful if they had glass recycling as well. We were located high up in the resort and were able to access the street recycling bins easily. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and we would come again.

+1
The resort is located up a hill, which is not insignificant, and we found that the walk back from the beach to be rather strenuous especially after spending the day on the sea front in some heat. We hired a car due to the location of Paradise and the fact that the cost of hiring a car was not much different in price to the cost of transfers to and from the airport by taxi. One problem with hiring a car is that there is a limited amount of car parking on site, we had to park the car on the public road overnight.
Paradise is well appointed if a little lacking in amenities. there are two restaurants but no dedicated bar - we tried to get a drink just after 9.30 p.m. and were told that they were closing.
There is a small shop on site but, again, the opening hours seem limited, however, there is a supermarket (Superdino) just down the hill but that means carrying your purchases back up the steepest part of the hill, if you have not got the use of a vehicle.
The accommodation is very good although the location of our apartment was squashed into a corner and so the view was very limited. I need to add that we were staying for a 'free week' and we had to attend CLC's presentation to try to convince us to buy into their scheme. We were told that we had to attend for 90 minutes - we got away after 6 hours. I do add that included them giving us breakfast and showing us around an apartment that we could get with our money. I would like to add that the sales reps were very nice and pleasant but we did not buy!
Having said that there were only two places to eat on site (next to each other) we found that the food was of a very good standard and the staff in Janice's were very good and friendly.

Overall, it was a nice family experience for us. So apart from the outdated bathroom, dirty floor tiles and the sofas. The cleanliness of the apartment is a bit on the low side. The sofas and cushions are full of animal hairs which was not good for me as I'm allergic to furs. The quality of food service was average, I had a nice cocktail drinks on our first night but after that not good, the food at the restaurant are a bit overpriced so we mostly went outside and had dinners and drinks near the beach in some classy restaurants at the same price. The good side was, they have excursions that family or couples can all enjoy also they team to look after kids if parents want to go out for a few drinks and just relax.

This was our 3rd stay with Paradise and find each stay feeling more like a second home. There were some obvious changes to the way things usually were because of Covid-19 but it didn’t spoil our break. We felt very safe and all necessary precautions were taken and adhered to by staff and holiday makers and even found on arrival to our room a bag with masks and hand gel in for our use. The rooms had been sterilised before we got there and the staff even went around spraying the sun beds when they weren’t being occupied ready for the next person to use safely. Will definitely be staying here again next year

Relocated to Paradise 3 weeks before arrival as 2 out of 3 CLC Tenerife resorts closed still. We were booked originally in a signature suite at Sunningdale and no equivalent available at Paradise…disappointing. Apartments 2 x 1 beds were spacious and had air con and 1 had a washing machine. Bathroom had a poorly designed over bath shower that leaked onto floor causing a large puddle that was a slip hazard. Resolved only by placing a towel on bath edge to soak up water. Safe also was locked on arrival and needed an ‘outside’ company to come and unlock, this was however resolved within an hour of reporting. Had to ask for cleaning in 1 apartment after 5 days, not the service normally received & no apology from reception when highlighted. CLC restaurant & shop closed due to covid, again disappointing as no information about this on website and given that this is the only CLC resort open at the moment I feel it should be ‘fully’ open or at the very least members should be made aware of this. However Janice’s restaurant on site was open, albeit limited opening hours on certain days, serving drinks and ok food. The resort is near enough to plenty of bars and restaurants so eating out is easy, a 5€ taxi back is advisable as resort is uphill. The whole resort is pristine, well kept, pool area great with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Few niggles but lucky to get a week away in the sun. No problems with covid formalities if gov advice followed.

our 4th stay at CLC Paradise and once again the resort was well up to standard and managing more than well in very difficult circumstances. All staff remain positive and optimistic but able to discuss their hopes for the future
Housekeeping was very restricted but responded very well when needed.
Suite was perfect and all maintained to the usual high standard. Appliance manuals in English would help
Pool was crystal clear and warm enough to enjoy. Lifeguards were vigilant and willing to speak effectively to customers who were unruly.
Restaurant menu would benefit from a revamp and more variety - the chefs are more than capable
Reception and restaurant staff went 'above and beyond' to make our stay as enjoyable as always
We look forward to our return

Beautiful location, with a great heated pool, friendly staff, spacious apartment. We had a lovely holiday. Disinfectant was placed in several locations around the pool to disinfect our sun-beds after use.

The place is overall clean & tidy although a bit dated and the position of the property means we didn't get sun on the balcony until about 11 o'clock. Our apartment was right next to the delivery area, on the road side & opposite the maintenance room . So maintenance men start 5 am bins get emptied at between 1 am & 3 am delivery s arrive anytime . So unfortunately we were in the wrong place

Just home from a weeks stay at CLC Paradise. I went with a friend who is a member.
Apartment was amazing - we were on floor 10 and the views facing the sea were spectacular. We had a large 2 bedroomed apartment with a washing machine which was fantastic to do most of our washing before we left.
The main pool area was lovely the the lifeguards sanitised the sun beds when people vacated them. Janice’s bar by the pool was open - very odd opening hours - and sadly one of the waitresses was very rude and abrupt. Everyone was saying the same. The other restaurant hadn’t reopened and neither had the onsite supermarket which considering the walk down to the one at the bottom of the hill was quite hard work was a bloody nuisance.
Word of warning they are not offering courtesy rooms or a room to change if you have a late flight! We had the day around the pool then had to go and shower at the pool on floor 4 in front of people and then go and get changed in the toilets! Sadly everything gets blamed on Covid!!
We did have a wonderful week and nearly everyone was friendly and we are going to re book for next year.

We stayed here for 11 days for a well needed holiday. Check in was quick & efficient and we were given the keys to our room. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was in Block D. Very clean, spacious and comfortable with a huge balcony & amazing views of the pool and sea.
The rooms have a full kitchenette, a washing machine in the bathroom and a safe in the bedroom. It seems that the resort has had a good refurb recently which was great to see.
Reception staff couldn’t do enough for us, and took the hassle out of getting tests sorted for our departure. Thank you to all the ladies and gents on the desk. The pool was open but sadly the on site bar was shut. Plenty of sun beds available though!
It was promising to see just how frequent the hotel staff are cleaning. There’s sanitisers throughout the resort too and I was impressed by the level of cleanliness here. It really was home away from home! Room was cleaned once after 7 days and was done very well.
There are shops and restaurants nearby, but there’s a hill to battle on your return! Taxi’s are cheap enough though. Local buses run along the road outside the resort entrance and take you to the Plaza and as far as Los Cristianos. These are cheap and easy, and you can get a bus card from the phone shop in the shopping centre just down the road from the resort.
We had an amazing stay and would recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you team CLC for yet again another amazing holiday ❤️
