Having stayed in many self catering Hotels over the last 30 years this one was at the highest end for everything you could wish for.? I would have no hesitation in re booking to come here again. Next year.
You should be upfront on booking sites regarding breakfast, the fact you have to pay a supplement for a hot breakfast. I have never stayed at a Ramada resort or hotel and paid for breakfast to be told that if I want anything hot there is a £5 supplement. Also when we booked and also at check in we were not told towels would not be changed and rooms would not be serviced or cleaned throughout the whole stay. The only reason they changed my towels was due to the fact we had not been told when we checked it that the service was not available. You should be honest so people know what they are getting when they book. No where on the website does it explain that you may have to take 3 lifts to get to your room. Very poor customer service and I felt like I was deceived when I booked this hotel the price was similar to some amazing hotels who actually look after their guests…
The balcony overlooking the sea was an unexpected pleasure, and the location of our room next to a street with lots of on-street parking was fortuitous. Kitchen had more than everything we needed. A short walk and an even shorter drive down the hill is a mall with stores, restaurants, grocery store, and a movie theater. Halfway between the resort and the mall is a little strip mall with a little grocery store and several restaurants. Super convenient. Really a great base from which to explore the island.
I booked this hotel based on my good experience in summer of 2021. I left a 5* review at the time. I didn't bothered to check the latest reviews but I should have. We got a room in need of a repair from day 1, there was no washing machine, everything was dated and the price was higher. It partially ruined my holiday. I expressed my bad experience to the reception and they said there is nothing they can do to give a nicer room. I'm sorry also but this was my last time here.
standards are dropping in what used to be an excellent resort and is now overpriced there are hotels with more facilities and better standards than here .the rooms need updated as they have not changed in about 8-10 years
Pretty disappointing experience under Ramada - not what we experienced when Paradise was under CLC management. Hope this improves for next visit as expected a lot more considering we brought 10 of our family on our first family holiday.
Really like the ambiance but too much vaping spoils it. The smell of vapes permeates around Zachary's restaurant. People who vape think the no smoking rule doesn't apply to them. Vaping should be treated the same as smoking. The smell of burnt strawberries is not nice.
This was a well appointed stay with all amenities first class. The main pool area is very good and very clean as was the rest of the site. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything in between. Team Marina offered the usual entertainment through out the day and children were catered for. Recommend happy hour great value for money.
Lovely family resort, clean and spacious with very good service and facilities. Heated pools out of season plus a separate adults pool away from family and baby pool. Activity team works hard to provide a range of entertainment
Loved the place, room was very spacious, stunning views from our hugh sun terrace, restaurant was excellent, service 👍 pools fabulous. Could have had a little music at the pool , very quiet all round
