Stayed here for 7 nights as a family of 4 on half board. We had a bungalow directly in front of the main pool which was ideal for us as we could access the pool easily with the kids and go back and forth if needed. A few reviews have stated it can get noisy, which is true as there is music and activities for the kids, a simple solution for this is to request a room away from the pool if you have young babies who need to nap during the day. We found all the pools sufficient, small slides for younger kids which ours loved. Never really had any issue in getting a sunbed, although the queues start to form just before 10am. Breakfast was great, huge selection and we always found something to eat. Lunch and dinner were OK, although not to my taste I did always find something to eat. Half board worked for us as we had a light lunch and then went out most evenings for dinner. Kids entertainment was great, my two loved the mini disco, and one night they had a Disney themed event which went down well. I personally found the decor to be lovely, yes bungalow are a bit basic but we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The cobbled paths between the hotel, pool and Bungalows were lovely and gave the resort a nice feel. I would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect and we had a very comfortable stay. …
Al activity around the pool is between 12:00 and 15:00. Same time small kids and old grand dads need there afternoon sleep. I measured the noice level from the techno Dacke-Dak music to 95-100 dB in front of our apartment. Not very nice with 2 crying kids, trying to sleep. My suggestion is to allocate noicy activities as water aerobic - Dace-Dak disco to 10-11:30 or between 14:30-17:00.
Stayed in September 2021 for 14 nights and was at the far end of the village. Room 432 was well maintained but lacked shade on the balcony in the afternoon which was a bit of a downer for me. The pool at that end of the village was a good spot compared to the main pool which was noisy and crowded. Stayed b & b and the food was ok if somewhat luke warm at times. Maintenance to the fruit juice and coffee machines during breakfast time was somewhat annoying as, in my opinion, these should be good to go from 8am start time. However you just get on with it. The staff were excellent but the village itself looked rather tired and the dark wood decor made the reception look a bit outdated. Highly unlikely to come again unless there's a refurb but can see the sttraction for families.
This was our fourth stay at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Check in was friendly and quick, our bungalow was spotless and maintained throughout our stay, the restaurant staff, especially Rafael, were welcoming, helpful and professional and the food was delicious. We have a young wheelchair user in our family and the staff could not have helped us enough around the hotel. Thank you for an amazing holiday and hope to visit again someday soon!
Food is nice good variety especially with being a picky eater myself. excellent entertainment team shout out to Jonny, amazing house keeping and bar staff/waiters another special shout out to the lovely Fabian amazing waiter very attentive friendly and always jolly. Restaurant manager is also amazing all staff do an amazing job the hotel is spotless. The Hotel is like a village, wheelchair friendly nearby shops and market on Thursdays and Saturdays. Highly recommend and will certainly come again. Only downside to this hotel is unable to have inflatables in the pool only allowed for babies/ very young children. Thankyou all very a fabulous holiday. Hope you see you all Soon.
