We stayed there for 6 nights. The room needs to be renovated, the furniture was old, and the sofa bed was not completely functional. From my point of view, the owners don't want to spend money to improve the property, but they hire people to take care of the repairings. During our stay in the middle of the night, some water supply valve broke, so the living room flooded. Luckily I woke up from the noise and closed the water supply temporarily. The workers took care of it super fast. The staff is very good and helpful. The swimming pools are nice for chilling, and the bar owners are very kind.
A good 3 star, lacks air conditioning in the rooms, 5 euros in a taxi from the front or a 20 min uphill walk, steep on last section. Room only cleaned once in a week, this needs improved. Lots of steps between rooms and can be noisy on a night from other rooms. Safe in room but with limited value coverage.
We have just got back from this hotel and we thought it was great. Easy check in and we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was massive. The hotel is very clean and there are 2 pools an adult only one that was heated and a bigger family pool. We stayed in November so it was much quieter and I would say that the pools would not be big enough in the summer. The adult only pool had about 25 Sun beds and the family one about 50. We didn’t have any fighting over sun beds but I reckon it would be a different matter in the peak season. They have a lifeguard on everyday 10-6 which I thought was great and you aren’t allowed in there till 10am. The bar has everything and serves lovely ice cold beers. The food is your typical bar snacks and ok. The hotel is up a hill and it takes about 15/20 minutes to walk but most people get taxis back and it costs €5. There are loads of places to eat in the town and the beach is there. We also did a dolphin tour with a boat called Delphine and it was amazing I really recommend that we saw dolphins and pilot whales. There is a supermarket opp the hotel and another about 5 minutes walk away. Check out is 12 and they store your luggage for you and there is a place to have a shower. We got a taxi from the airport and it was 20 minutes and cost €25. I would 100% go back to this hotel without a doubt.…
We stayed at Neptune Costa Adeje in May 2022 and had a very good experience. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and the room was brilliant- immaculately clean and enormous for 2 people! The pool and bar area is excellent- comfy seats, plenty of sun beds and a good bar with lots of food options for a very good price. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only real problem staying was the distance to the beach- which we were well aware of before staying. It is a 20 minute, downhill walk to the beach and a 25 minute walk back up- however I can’t give the hotel a lower score because of this. A taxi to the main beach area of costa Adeje was between 4 and 5 euros and taxi to Siam Park (a must do) was around 8 euros. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed for 7 nights in June 2022. Gad 2 rooms overlooking the supermarket and car park. Not the best view but the rooms were very nice, large and well equipped. The man on reception when we arrived after being delayed at night wasn't overly helpful, he just gave us directions to the rooms. However, the receptionist during the day was the opposite. He was extremely helpful giving me a map for the local buses and when selling us tickets to Siam Park rang them up to check if we needed masks on the free bus ( you don't). The two ladies on the pool bar were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at Neptuno. The only downside is the location-the walk back up the hill from the resort is quite strenuous. We did it twice a day which was enough!
We stayd in this hotel in the beginning of May for a week. All staff members where really friendly and welcoming. Room was renovated and we had a really nice balcony with view to the sea. We liked our room and cleaners cleaned the room daily. This hotel has two pools and it is walking distance from the beach and different restaurants
The Neptuno is beautifully located. We had a one bed apartment ( room 135), with an amazing sea view and double balcony. The kitchen was the best we have had on holiday, with all the amenities you could need for a self catering week. There is a small supermarket, open until very late in the evenings at the end of the road and a larger Mercadona at the base of the hill near the Burger King. We made breakfast in the apartment and the occasional lunch but ate out each evening. The walk down to the beach with our children (8 &6) took about 20 mins (wear decent shoes though as it can be a bit slippery on the walk down). It wouldn’t be suitable for those with walking or mobility issues, unless you used taxis each way - which are reasonable at less than 5 Euros a ride down to the sea front. Unfortunately the free shuttle bus is not currently running, which is a shame. There is a bus stop nearby but with taxis being so cheap we never tried it. We did walk the 10 mins down the road to Aqualand, which the kids loved. There are ceiling fans in the rooms which even in April we needed to have on all night to keep us comfortable. They were effective but I doubt that they would be sufficient in the height of summer to keep the rooms cool. There is no air conditioning available. There is a safe to hire in the room for the week at an additional cost. You can use all the facilities at the nearby Regency Club apartment complex, which we felt had a warmer, more child friendly pool and more amenities such as pool table and jacuzzi. The Neptuno main pool is beautiful, very calm but much colder than the Regency one. Unfortunately the evening entertainment programme is currently cancelled due to covid so that was a slight disappointment to us but we instead spent our evenings in town/by the harbour or beach. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We had no issues at all during our stay and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone with children wanting a relaxing break, but who are willing to walk the 1.5km into town and to the beach each day.…
We went a coupltof years ago and are returning in may.we should have come back sooner as we think it was our best holiday so far.our first attraction was the small hard to find so quiet heated swimming pool. Go rest in the cooler months.the room and balcony looked over the sea and was in the sun.prvate too.what more could you want from a 3 star.all amenities were good and our room kept clean.hihly recommend as it's not far to walk to supermarket or beach.jts uphill walking back though..
Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband in July 2019. The room was amazing and very classy! lovely bedroom and bathroom, nice kitchen area with all necessities provided, lounge area with a flat screen TV and a balcony. Amazing value for the price. The outdoor pools were clean and sun loungers provided. The location was great, supermarket nearby and places to book excursions such as the Siam water park, Mount Teide and Loro Parque which is a must! Beach is about a 15 minute walk and was lovely and clean.
