Really great hotel. Everything is fantastic. We stayed B&B and can honestly say the breakfast options and quality was perfect. Plenty of loungers by the pool. A really great hotel in a great location. Only a few minors: Poolside restaurant is overly expensive, 38 euro for chicken goujons and a turkey bagel with two soft drinks…….menu is just to upmarket for the hotel audience and coupled with the price means it’s very quiet. Pool guy who issues towels beside the toilet, you can tell he just hates his job, zero engagement and sits and hides in the doorway and refused to swap towels when it was raining unless you had a towel card (erm, you already have my card)…..he actually sent us back to reception to request our towels be changed. The minors did not spoil a great hotel and holiday.…

This is a lovely hotel. We have stayed in many hotels over the past 8 years since retirement, always AI. This is up there with one of the best. We where in room 575, I had paid for the Star Prestige package when booking. Room was lovely, a little noisy at night from the entertainment at the hotel opposite. To be honest we enjoyed sitting on our balcony and listening to their acts. It always ended bang on 11 and after that silence. Hotel entertainment itself was OK, a bit hit and miss, although the Elton John tribute act was as good as I have ever seen, don’t miss it. The hotel had some serious elevator problems when we where there, when working the design is great. When it’s faulty it’s a nightmare. To their credit they put a lot of effort into getting it sorted and by day 3 of our week it was fine. As I said we were Star Prestige. Worth every penny extra in my opinion. The rooftop pol area did get very busy, very quickly. By day 2 we decided to use the reserved area at the main pool and did so for the rest of the week. A free pour bar with Prosecco, wine and all spirits. Including Tanquery and Absolute. Every mixer known to man and beer. You do have to suffer the very noisy pool aerobics every day, but it’s worth it. Aside to management, does the volume really need to be that loud for the aerobics ?, I think not. Every meal at the buffet restaurant is wonderful. Wine by the bottle, and decent wine to. Star Prestige area is furthest from the food, and has no outside seating area ?, makes no sense and needs addressing. Sandwiches at the rooftop area are the same ever day, and not that good. Given the wonderful breads and cold meats on the main buffet I’m amazed a little more effort isn’t put into that areas food . Same for the Star Cafe, waste of space, put some more effort into the food selection there. Present selection is the same as the rooftop area… very poor.…

Excellent stay at Selection Sábila. Such a great chilled atmosphere. The staff were amazing and the animation team went above and beyond to really include everyone. I would definitely recommend if you’re wanting a nice chilled holiday in the sun. I will return although we’ve picked Anthelia for next September.

This is my second time in the Iberostar Sabila and it just can’t get better. I could not believed that Miguel in the hotel reception did remember us and ones again we felt more than VIP customers. Miguel is so helpful and he always anticipates to our needs . Miguel goes the extra mile to make us feel especial . We will definitely come back again and again. Thank you Miguel

Having last been here 12 years ago, we wondered how it would be…… excellent, great place and the staff are superb from front of house, in the bars and restaurant to cleaning around the pool. We went bed and breakfast, a good choice with so many good local restaurants and will be back. The only common complaint we heard was from people that we chatted to who went all inclusive, not all of the mini bar is all inclusive, some has to be paid for. Not a lot of money in the scheme of life but certainly upset people on principle. We had a great break and couldn’t ask for better.

We decided to visit this hotel after going back and forth about where we should stay. We have loved it and was the perfect stay for us. We decided to do bed and breakfast. Pros - You cannot fault the staff here, they will bend over backwards to help you. From meeting us out the front of the hotel, to the complimentary drink when we arrived to taking our bags up to the room. You cannot fault their service. The breakfast selection was great too - and the staff at breakfast were so helpful. By the end of our trip we were slightly sick of it, but I think that happens anywhere you go. The pool is great - it did get busy but it was the perfect size pool overlooking the sea. The location is also perfect too - you are a 1 min walk from the beach. Cons - Our room was slightly worn out. Our shower didn’t work properly and the shower door didn’t close properly either. We were given twin beds instead of a double, and whenever you sat on them they slid across the floor. Our view from our room wasn’t great either but that really is a minor thing. The music for aqua fit was blaring - although it was great fun to watch I wonder if it could be turned down a notch? Overall - we would deffo stay here again but maybe we would do the prestige pkg instead. We loved the flexibility of going out for dinner in the evenings but having breakfast in the mornings. This place is run by such amazing staff - they are the main reason we would return.…

Excellent location with easy access to the main promenade. Staff were fabulous, courteous, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and the room so comfortable. Sustainability efforts throughout the hotel was welcome sight with no single use plastic or paper napkins. Congratulations IHG

This was my 6th time visiting. My sister and I went for 10 days.Both had a stressful event and needed a real treat. Spent 4 and a half thousand all inclusive. Extremely disappointing lots of omissions poor restaurant service stress inducing. Not like any other visit. Feel I wasted enormous amount of money for underrated service. Cheated. Shame. Could have been amazing. Will look at somewhere else when I save up again.

I work as a travel advisor so I recommend hotels in my daily role. This was an extra special holiday to celebrate two special birthdays (including my husband's 60th). I undertook a lot of research before choosing this package as I have high expectations. I am very pleased to say that every aspect of the hospitality we received was 5*. The service is thoughtful, friendly, and professional. The thoughtful details are what set this hotel brand above others (we especially appreciated the cake and cava to celebrate both our birthdays). As a guest, you feel a common theme throughout all the elements of the hotel that all the staff are committed to offering the best of everything (with a smile). The decor is modern but not too clinical (it felt like a beautiful home from home). The cuisine is amazing (we chose all-inclusive) as there is plenty of choice for every taste. The quality and provenance of the ingredients are also excellent. The standard of housekeeping is the best I have ever come across in my forty years of travel. We upgraded to sea view which I would recommend as a worthy investment. The hotel is also located in a great location. The area is busy enough to be interesting yet still offers the opportunity to relax. I feel this holiday was exceptional value for money considering the quality. It was a fantastic adult-only experience. I also would not hesitate to recommend it to solo travelers and all age groups are welcome. This was the best all-inclusive experience and I will not hesitate in recommending this hotel and the Iberostar brand to my customers.…
